Sadly, our experience with Toyota hasn t been too good. We bought a 2020 RAV4 out of word of mouth about Toyota s reliability. In the 7 months we ve owned it it s refused to start 3 times now. Thankfully roadside assistance has come every time to jump it. We have taken it to Toyota for servicing and we ve been trying to find the problem, and every time we have been told nothings wrong with it. Thankfully all 3 times the car has refused to start, it was at home. Future problems are a worry if we re not at home or in a place that roadside assistance can t reach. It s a shame we ve had this experience, but the reliability of a brand new Toyota SUV has been frustrating to say the least.
