Recently bought a 2018 Highlander, was not even a car on my radar. Kim Rizvi was so patient with me and my husband as we inquired and test drove several Toyota vehicles over several visits. He was always professional and very knowledgeable.When we finally decided upon the Highlander the sales process was efficient thanks to Kim and finance manager Steve Brown.If you like low pressure but very knowledgeable sales person I highly recommend Kim Rizvi.
