My first experience in looking to buy a new car was at this dealership, what a joke. After reading reviews it appears other people have dealt with the same person I did. Al Smith was the salesman and he was very unprofessional. He offered me alcoholic drinks, dinner and a gym membership if I purchased a car from him. During my interactions with him at times I felt like I was being sexually harassed. Al constantly was reminding me on the statistic that only 30 percent of people return to buy a car after test driving. I recommend that you tell him the statistic of how many people a dissatisfied consumer tell about their experience. I'm a very dissatisfied customer and have told all my friends and coworkers of my experience. Due to my negative experience I chose another dealership and will never buy from Toyota.

The only decent person I dealt with at this dealership was the manager, Devin.
