I had an amazing experience at Ancira! I live in Houston, so all of the business was done over the phone, or email. Sara, Ricky, and Shane did a fantastic job taking care of me and providing the best possible deal. They were over the top professional and nice. When I showed up at the dealership, I was in the truck within 5 minutes for the test drive. They then fueled me up and completely detailed the truck before I took delivery. This is a top notch dealership. My only complaint, is that they aren t in Houston!! If you re looking for a new ride, Ancira is the place to go.

What a pleasant car buying experience I had here. I am a 68 year old woman who had just totaled the car & lost my husband in the last 3 months, so it was a whole new world purchasing a new car alone. Stephanie was an excellent salesperson. She was no pressure but very thorough. I wanted either a Buick Lacrosse or Chevy Impala. After the first test drive I fell in love with the ride of the Buick. Got exactly what I wanted...white exterior with neutral leather seats for the hot TX weather. Not real sure about the new gear shift, but just as Stephanie said I have a grasp on it just fine now.Ethan has a first rate team working for him. The car was ready & paperwork easy making my purchase smoothe & quick. Thanks to all at Ancira. Highly recommend this dealership!

I purchased my Terrain in 2012 and have only had work done on this vehicle at Ancira. The staff is friendly and professional and they work together to keep your customers satisfied. Just had oil changed and tires rotated. Car is great and service is EXCELLENT!!!

I arrived at the appointed time and was met by Oscar in the service department. It took less than 10 minutes to get me in a car and on my way.

Pick up was just as easy. My car was ready on time. I am very pleased with the paint touch up on my new vehicle. Ancira Buick GMC takes good care of their customers.

With all the driving for my job, I m in the dealership for an oil change at least once a month and every time is a pleasant experience. Charlie, Shawn, and Oscar in the service department are always friendly and respectful with me along with other customers I ve seen them interacting with while waiting.

I searched the internet for a GMC Arcadia and Ancira of Boerne had the best price and vehicle available by far. The appearance, year and milage of the vehicle we purchased was Very good.
The sales person Ricky Vargas was not pushy or make us feel like we had to purchase a vehicle.
The Numbers Guy (if you ve ever purchased a vehicle you know who I m talking about) did a great job getting our warranty and financing down to within our budget.
I would and will refer anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle, new or pre-owned to Ancira of Boerne.

Absolutely amazing customer service. We weren't pressured into anything at all. The sales team here is great, Sarah was amazing. We didn't get financing through the dealership, we got all of the bank paperwork done after we looked at the vehicle we wanted to purchase. They sent the purchase order over to the bank, no problem. Went back the next day with the drafting letter and we were out the door. Exceptional dealership. We have purchased from a different Ancira dealership before, b both excellent experiences. I highly recommend Ancira, great company. Thank you Sarah, Bryan, and than you Ancira! We will definitely be back!

I had two issues, one was to take care of a minor recall for the brakes and the other (and much larger problem) was my transmission having a shudder at speed. Already had another dealer look at it and without even a glance they said it would be about $2,000 to rebuild it.
Great news, and kudos to Shaun in Service - he said it only required a flush and the new upgraded fluid. 2 hours later, I m out the door and spent $0! Being honest means so much. So, after owning four GM trucks, when it comes to buy my fifth - I will get it at Ancira GMC due to Shaun Adams and his integrity. Well done.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! My mother bought a used vehicle and they told her what a great car it was and how they were willing to work with her and so on. Here we are not even two weeks later and it completely broke down! Now they are unwilling to work with her and refuse to help fix it!! My mother is a wreck.

The process of finding, buying and driving home in our brand new 2014 GMG Yukon Denali XL coudn't have gone better.
The expert staff at Ancira Boerne did and excellent job and took care of even the more minor details. For example, we had vanity plates on our trade-in that we wished to keep and they were diligent about it and promised to make sure that the local DMV office would acknowledge our desire to keep said vanity plates. They went as far as cleaning and restoring them back to brand new before returning them.
Our overall experience was formidable and we'll definitely be back for our next vehicle here at Ancira Boerne.

Just bought my 2020 GMC Sierra through Ancira GMC and have nothing but positive things to say about the sales experience. I had no previous communication with the dealer about buying a new truck, but had done my own research and had a specific inventory truck in mind when I arrived. Showed up and was assisted by William Billy Martin. Billy was quick to grab the truck, take us on a test drive, easy no haggling fair pricing and he found extra discounts for us I wasn t aware of. The trade in was exactly what I anticipated, so no issues there. Financing was very detailed about warranty options, but wasn t pushy if we declined coverage. Overall a great experience and if the price is right would definitely buy my next vehicle here.

I must say that Billy Martin at Ancira Buick GMC made my car buying experience a pleasant one! I found a vehicle online at their lot in the evening on Memorial Day. I am pretty sure the dealership was already closed. I followed the prompts to inquire about the vehicle through their website and low and behold I received a rather quick response from Billy. He answered all my questions via email.
I made the trip to Boerne first thing the next morning to take a look at the vehicle. Billy was knowledgeable, courteous, and valued my time. Knowing my husband was not going to make it out soon to test drive it because he was working and our twins were graduating from elementary school that evening, Billy offered to meet us near the graduation so my husband could look at the vehicle and test drive it. This may not sound like a lot, but we were 40 minutes away.
I returned to the dealership the following morning to sign on the dotted line! Billy and his team were waiting for me at our scheduled time. The dreaded paperwork process went rather smoothly and I was able
to drive away later that morning with our new vehicle.
At no time did I feel pressured. I felt as though I received a fair deal and because of the customer service I received, Billy will be our first call when we are in the market for our next car.

Had to wait a couple months for it to come in and kristy always responded to me right away and also reached out to me unsolicited with updates. My name is Jake and I was looking for a nice Chevy Colorado with the baby Duramax. I live all the way in DFW: Nate was my salesman and immediately he made things easy. Answered any questions, got me to the finance manager Brian to answer my questions about buying it under my business name, etc etc. Communication was fantastic and prompt. I ve never bought a newer vehicle and am always a cautious person. Even from 300 miles away, the process was simple and the work from Nate and Brian on the back end got me the deal I wanted, CPO, and financed through my business credit. Well worth the 5 hour drive from N TX to buy from these gentlemen and great dealership.

Although the service and completed were very good, I have a problem with fact that after spending as much money on a vehicle that did, I was told they did not have a car wash at that location. To know also they have been there over 20 years is inexcusable to me. I generally go to the dealership I purchase from for service but I will no longer travel the I do and pass up other dealerships who wash my vehicle after all work is completed.

My salesperson Xavier was extremely nice and handled himself in a professional manner. I looked at several vehicles before choosing and Xavier was helpful and patient. After I chose the vehicle I wanted to purchase I was introduced to other members of the Ancira team. General manager, sales, service, and finance. Everyone was professional and friendly.
