Worst experience of my 41 years ever purchasing a new vehicle. This place is definitely a shady car dealership when you think of a car salesman and that shady practices they perform this place has it down to a perfection. I would highly recommend do not waste your time dealing with these people after wasting 4 hours as I watch them try to run multiple scams on me I left I would suggest you do the same don't stop.

For years I ve always had had me downs, so I thought it was time to get my dream car. I went to Ancira Dodge just to look around, but I never thought I d be driving away in my Challenger. Orton was the man who made it possible. He was really knowledgeable and kind and just an around great salesman with a great attitude. I highly recommend Orton for future buyers or people who are just interested in looking. Thank you again Orton and the Ancria team! Couldn t be happier.

The sales guys are genuine and will help you out with car deals, best time of year to buy cars, and even discuss pricing with you- without being pushy and trying to force you into a car. Go to Jay if you want to deal with good people.

I also will only take my car to this dealership. I purchased my charger from Ingram, and their service has been the worst experience of any dealership I have ever been to. There is always an excuse for why they cannot take my car, or they will need it for up to a month for the simplest of warranty work. Whenever I take my car here, Paul is always helpful and gets me on the books asap. He's always helpful and a good go to, whether it's for basic car talk, getting me on his schedule- even though I didn't purchase my car from there, and even just being a chill guy to talk to up there.

I would definitely recommend this dealership to buy a car and have your service work done.

I don't like the car buying process. I had been to 6 other dealerships prior to coming here looking for a truck. Other places I went I was getting frustrated because I couldn't get a straight answer on price, the price online apparently had some strings attached liked using the dealership's lenders (I already had my own financing). Dealt with the back and forth on price, kept asking me what I wanted my monthly payment to be instead of working on the overall price, and I finally just had tl walk out of a couple places. I also get some really low trade-in appraisals at some and being told "oh, you won't get more than that on that truck anywhere." I also got a slimy "used car vibe" at a few, and just didn't like it. I didn't experience any of that here. I came to this dealership because I saw a truck I thought would work for me on their website. My sales person, David Rodriguez, did an amazing job. I felt good about the process, and felt I got a fair value for my trade-in (more than others offered, including the one who told me I wouldn't get more than their low offer elsewhere, knew he was wrong). David also followed up afterwards, and he really made the process great. All around, I had a great experience here, and would definitely come back to buy another vehicle. I would also highly recommend this dealership to others.

Looking online I found Ancira had the best prices in town. I was helped by Ahmed. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and we were able to stay in my price range. After purchasing the vehicle I had a couple of questions and he was always there to help me out. I even won the daily give away for a monthly car payment. What more can I say. I would recommend shopping here anytime.

Purchased a 2020 Dodge Ram 3500 back in April at Nyle Maxwell Austin. A month later the truck stopped working. I took it to Ancira on 10807 I-10, San Antonio so it can be repaired. They found metal shavings in the fuel system. The Service Advisor (Ed) told me that they could not give me a loaner so he gave me the number to the warranty department (Roody) so they can help me. I called the warranty department. They opened up a case. They were not able to give me a loaner because it was for commercial use, so instead, they told me in writing that they were going to reimburse me $45 plus tax for a rental. I have turned in receipts to the warranty department and now no one Roody does not return my calls or emails. They told me the Director is now in charge of my case but the same thing. He is not returning my calls or emails. Not only Dodge sold me a defective truck, but it did not want to buy back or change my truck. They forced me to use a warranty, and now they do not want to reimburse me for the money that I have spent in the rental.

Almost three months later Ancira returned my truck saying repairs have been completed, but two days later, it left me stranded again because it was leaking diesel in different places. I had to take it to another RAM dealership to get it repaired. After this bad experience, all I want now is my rental reimbursement money and move on. I feel like i'm going to get ripoff

They were honest, they were patient, and they valued our time and business. Along with our finance advisor, Scott Russell, this team is the epitome of an exemplary car buying experience. Ancira went above and beyond to ensure us they were on our side, and instead of trying to just make a sale, they were here to help us achieve our goals and get what we wanted. The same cannot be said about the other guys down the road in Boerne; they flat out lied, they were pushy trying to justify extra dealer add-ons and were not courteous. Put your trust and confidence in Ancira, and go see Corbin. He will reciprocate the respect, and it doesn t matter if your credit score is not top tier, he will give you his full support and find the right angle to make sure you are satisfied. Got taken care of immediately. Set up with the vehicle I specifically asked for. Very straight forward and to the point. They beat every offer I was given at other dealerships, except for the trade in offer which came close, 2nd highest, to the highest bid from 3 other dealerships.

Brian Sixtos, was my sales rep, and this Marine took good care of me. Great attitude, good energy, no BS. He stayed after closing to ensure demo was done, and linking up my cell phone and all. Why can t all interactions at dealerships be exactly like this? Bravo and thank you.

I recently took my 09 charger to get that third tail light replaced and the person I dealt with who was extremely professorial was Paul Carter, not only did he fix that issue with my vehicle he fixed 3 recall problems I never knew about and got me a loaner vehicle at no cost to me so I wouldnt be inconvenienced while Ancira got my vehicle up to par, I know for sure I will be buying a 2nd vehicle soon and it will be from that location bc they looked out for me when they didnt have too and that speaks volumes to me.

My experience at Ancira was a great one. It wasn't the typical dealership that forced you into buying the first truck you test drove. My salesman Jason Berlon answered every question and allowed me to make my own decision. He had great patience with me because I asked for several keys to take several trucks for a test run. Thanks Jason for making my purchase of my POWER WAGON a great one. The experience with the sales mgr, Paul, and finance, Mark Garcia, were great as well.

I'm sorry to have to write a negative review, but I feel I have to. I bought my car from Ancira about five years ago, and have basically kept up with maintenance recommendations. Each time I've gone in, I felt like I was intruding. No one payed any attention to me. They just kept looking at their computers. The website is very cluttered and without any logical placement of links. It should work like a flow chart: "Click here if you are looking for a new car", "Click here for service", etc. I spent 15 minutes on line trying to schedule a service appointment, and another 7 minutes talking on the phone to four different people. Depending on what link I looked at, I needed to input the name of my service advisor, and information about my drive train, transmission, VIN, license plate number, milage, and engine size. Why should I be expected to know all of this off the top of my head or have to go get the information from my car. They should be able to do all of this with just my name. Finally, my service advisor no longer works there and they have no record of my license plate number. Sorry Ancira, I'm done with you.

Went in, told them what I wanted, said they could get it in.
The person then tells me about something I did not want In the vehicle.
After negotiating on price the sales person got it to where I was comfortable. A few days later he contacts me and tells me they will raise the price do to them not having what I want in stock and locating it.
Then the floor manager contacts me telling me a whole different price is the best they can do.
The process is to bait you in, pressure you to buy... and the sales associate and management are not even on the same page on price offers... heck I am Military and they didn t even offer me the Jeep military discount.
I would recommend anyone and everyone to avoid this dishonest anti customer place.

Jason Berlon was absolutely wonderful to work with - he took the time to walk us through all the offerings a Jeep would provide us and was extremely thorough and knowledgeable during our test drive. He didn t rush us during the process and was extremely communicative during our car search. We will definitely come back and purchase another vehicle from Ancira and will make sure to request Jason!

Mario Roman is an outstanding customer service advisor. I had very difficult electronics problems with my ram. It took six months of dedicated, patient and persistent work to find the root cause and fix it for good. Mario encouraged both me and the service staff to stick with it and resolved the issue under warranty. This review is for Mario alone. I would not give five stars to the entire service department here, but his service made the difference for me.

so i came in looking for a used car . upon arriving to the used car lot across from the main building i meet a really sweet receptionist who showed me to Lori. You guys Lori is the girl to go to when buying a car . Not ONCE did she pressure me into buying a car . Not ONCE did she question my ways of purchasing a car and what i thought was best . She supported me 100% ! She s one of the most sweetest people i have ever meet . She was honest with me and told me everything straight up . From car fax to minor details . She even helped me get a great deal too ! I just knew i had to come back to lori, when i was ready to trade . She was funny , and had the most contagious laugh ! once we made a deal she showed me to Mark in Finance ! who told me things about credit i didn t even know about . i have bought 3 cars my whole life and he is the only person who showed me ,how and when to finance a car . he told me things that other finance teams have lied about in the past . i just can t wait to buy another car from them . They are the ultimate duo !

Do not trust this dealership or their factory warranties. Five years ago I purchased a new Jeep Cherokee that the salesman swore was covered parts and labor bumper to bumper...period...no cost to me. My mother and I spent a whole day at the dealership mainly for questions about the warranty. I knew my 80 year old mother would need help in the near future and I wanted to trust I was covered when the car started needing repairs. Now...my first repair...during a pandemic...and I find out that they put a $200 deductible in on every repair. And...without notice Chrysler can refuse to pay for certain things...with no written notice or no way of knowing what will be covered under their fraudulent bumper to bumper claims!!!!!!!!!!!!!. They lie outright. I just called their dealership today and I was transferred 8 times. No one would help me or talk to me. They want to sell you warranties...then they refuse to help you without more money every time. And we specifically asked them these questions. Tomorrow I will return to do another review. If I could give these liars zero stars, I would. Watch out.

While I was waiting I was able to get my oiled changed and a Great price package by Mr. Daoud. Excellent customer service. Definitely Recomend the Auto sevice's area. There was no hidden fees or magic acts on the numbers or paperwork. Carlos was on top of everything. Return visit for the same problem Both times it needed a flatbed to take it into the shop. As I told Mr. Carter the most frustrating thing about the whole experience it went in Friday late sat over the weekend and I was able to pick it up three days later. I understand workload. But when I have to go looking for information about where or what the status of my jeep is. Well all I can say is communication from the shop overall. Would ve made things less hectic for me. I had a visitor coming in at the airport and then leaving in both ways had to take an Uber because I was hard down with my jeep for the second time with the same problem. And then I had to spend $272 to fix an old problem that should ve been already fixed. Scratch I added oil change so it s a bit less $39 I believe. Communication with the current customer would have helped in this situation a great deal. I really think the crew dropped the ball on this event. I got the jeep back there was grease on the dash, A little thing like the clock was not set correctly because they killed the power on it apparently. And things that were in my tool bag were now in my glove box. And things that were in my glove box were on the floor. There was hand marks and when I had the jeep brought in it was crystal clean and when I got it back it look like it had been running through mud or dirt. Overall I m not a happy camper with the experience. I ve had several calls asking if I was interested in trading in my Jeep or selling it to Ancira. That s a hard no! I would not sell it to Ancira or trade it. Hurried is no excuse for messiness or poor communication. As I told Mr. Carter You guys need to get your Stuff together. On a good note Rose and I are happy to have our jeep back. We look forward to The new adventures to follow.

I came in for a inspection of my Cherokee because my check engine light was on. After waiting for an hour one of the service employees offered for me to make an appt for a week later so I wouldn t have to wait because they were busy. I show up a week later & my service advisor Joseph McKenzie informs me after waiting 3 hours that it would be a while before they look at my vehicle. Now I m confused because I made an appt for 8AM per the advisement of another service rep & Joseph rudely informed me they don t make appts that s just a drop off time. After nearly 6 hours Joseph becomes extremely rude, short tempered & impatient when I inquire about my vehicle and asked for an estimated remaining wait time. I was respectful when speaking to him but he impatiently (after yelling & going back & for with another customer on the phone) informed me that the crew was going on lunch so he didn t have an answer!! His tone and customer service was beyond uncalled for, disrespectful and downright rude. Nearly $400 later this was my first and last time doing business with Ancira especially having to work with Joseph McKenzie!!

Came in today for a problem with my 1500 Ram. Ed from service took good care of me. Every time I come in in here it is professional and all my needs are taken care of. They treat you as family which I like most about this establishment. No one ignores you like other places do as you walk in. I was broke down far away and ED walked me threw getting in touch with roadside assistance. Great service from beginning to end. Very professional and friendly people. I was not worried about my 1500 Ram because they have great mechanics and it would be taken care of as usual. Over all this is a great place to bring your vehicle and get great service. I recommend it.

I made a quick unplanned trip to ensure my brakes were ok, and have a piece of under glovebox felt stuffed back into place. I didn t even have to get out of my vehicle to go inside, I was greeted at my Jeep, a technician was summoned, drove around the building to listen to and observe brakes, then tucked the felt back in. No fuss, no wait. Thanks guys. :).

Took my 2014 Dodge Promaster for repairs. My Van ...

Took my 2014 Dodge Promaster for repairs. My Van is a SHEROD conversion valued in excess $70,000. (35 inch TV w/cordless earphones, leather seats, stereo thru out, etc. We bought this vehicle to transport our disabled son and his wheelchair.) He recently passed and we were told by a car dealership what was it's trade in value was. I took the vehicle in on Tuesday, 9/20/2015. Listed below were the requested repairs.
- Replace remote tire air pressure gauge,
- Adjust and/or grease sticking right side sliding door, and,
- fix right front passenger door latch (occasionally would not open).

On Friday, I left for my trip to Atlanta having repeatedly called to see when it would be ready. I got a call late Friday night notifying me it was ready.

On Tuesday, 9/27/2016 I returned to ANCIRA to find out that only 2 out of the 3 items had been addressed. The right front door was not even looked at. Service advisor said mechanic could not find problem; so I SHOWED SERVICE ADVISOR. The service advisor suddenly realized he needed to order a new door latch.

15 days later I got a call from the service advisor saying that the part was in and he was ready to schedule me to come in. The earliest he said was ANOTHER WEEK; 9/18/2016 the following Tuesday.

I brought my vehicle on Tuesday 10/18/2016 at 7AM. I also asked for a quote for the installation of a tow hitch along with the wiring harness. I explained how I had already purchased the tow hitch and wanted to hear a quote to install the hitch and wiring.

Thursday evening I got a call with a quote; $11XX to install the hitch I would provide (it only requires to be bolted on and I do supply the bolts) and a wiring harness. ONE THOUSAND, ONE HUNDRED AND I don't remember the rest!!!! I immediately said no to the outrageous quote and asked if my van was ready. I was told I would be called probably tomorrow.

It is 7:08, 10/24/2016 and I have not been contacted. Tomorrow morning, ANCIRA will have had my vehicle for a SOLID WEEK.

I can only suppose that the service department places no urgency in returning my van is because they know my son died and that I do not use it to transport him and his wheelchair. We do use the vehicle for other purposes such as to visit his grave in Corpus...

I do not want to call since I know how upset I will become with their excuses. They can not have any that would satisfy me.

I have decided to make it my mission in life to alert all I meet and see as to how badly anyone will be treated at this dealership....

I purchased a 2015 1500 Ram Ecodiesel a few days ago and I am very satisfied with the vehicle. I also had an incredible buying experience thanks to my salesman Mr.Orton Wagner. Not only did I receive a great price, but I was also treated like family! Mr. Wagner went above and beyond to make sure that I found the exact vehicle that I was looking for and got me an amazing price on it as well. That afternoon I came into the dealership. Worked up some numbers to my satisfaction, Eddie Sanchez, explained everything in detail. 2 hours later driving away in a new Jeep. Very satisfied with sales associate and finance. Vehicle was cleaned and ready to drive away. Highly recommend dealing with Eddie Sanchez.

I bought my car a little over a year ago and I love it! The guy that sold me the car was wounderful. He sold me mother her truck the prior year and just recently sold my sister a car. We recommend buying cars from here all the time. I'm just very disappointed at how hard it is to get in for Servicing. It's next to impossible over half the time. I am to the point of just finding another place of business to do my maintenance. It should not be this difficult to get in for routine maintenance. Maybe the service department needs to expand so that when I call I'm not told I have to wait one to two weeks just for my oil change.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Ancira and had a great experience. Eddie was a great salesman to work with. Yep, he had some of the usual salesman tactics that you'll get anywhere you go. But, I don't mind that, it's just part of the gig. Anywho, I was kind of a PITA customer and had many special requests and Eddie took care of every request without hesitation. And, this was even on a used vehicle. Thank for the smooth vehicle purchase, I'll definitely come back to Ancira in the future.

I went in with my check engine light on and was to...

I went in with my check engine light on and was told it was a small emissions leak . They said they could " fixed it" and it would only be $648. I took my car home they next night and flew out of town for Easter. I came home and the check engine light was on again. I took it in and was told it was an emissions leak. The same problem I had before. They then kept my car for 2 days to fix the problem....again. I then went in and was told it was going to be 1,100 to fix. I was upset but paid because i had to work. Not even 5 hours later I went to put gas in my car and noticed that all of my gas was leaking from the bottom of my car. I then had to have my car towed home . I took it in the next morning and they fixed the problem. I tried to talk to someone before leaving with my car but was told he was on lunch break. So after spending $1,800 I had my car kept from me for 4 days got it back reeking of gas and didn't get so much as a sorry. I understand mistakes happen but this is the worst experience iv had at any dealership. I will definitely not be coming back.

Don't know exactly how to start describing the experience I had yesterday with Ancira. My husband and I drove up expecting to be frustrated with pushy and aggressive salesmen. Boy oh Boy were we wrong when this gentleman approached us with such a soothing smile and friendly personality. This gentleman's name is Orton Wagner. Instantly I felt comfortable and at ease. He cared about us as not just a couple looking to buy a Jeep, but as a friend wanting the best vehicle suitable for our needs; in our case this vehicle was the Jeep Renegade. I absolutely love the Renegade and even more than that I love the experience we had with Orton. He made it fun and will refer him to anyone that crosses our path wanting to purchase a vehicle. I finish this statement by saying THANK YOU ORTON, YOU'RE THE MAN !!.. , A happy happy customer.. Letty and Rick Rodriguez..

I took my car in on a Monday (scheduled) and was told I would get a call about the issue. Received a call that same day and was told an inspector will need to come out to approve the repairs. Never got a call back after that. A couple days went by and I call a couple times for an update and never got a call back. My wife called and left messages and she never got a call back. Finally got an update that the car should be finished on friday. I go to get the car the my seat is not fixed. I turn it back cause they said my advisor will be back on Monday and they will fix the car that day. Again, no call so I called for an update and was told they have to order the part and should be in Tuesday or Wednesday. Got a call on Tuesday that the part has no tracking and they don t know when the part will be in. Picked up the car on Wednesday cause my wife needed it and was told they will call when it arrives. I called today for an update and no call back again. Still waiting to get my car fixed. And to top it off, when we went to get groceries, we noticed they didn t put the carpet back correctly so it s little half installed in the back. I m very upset at this whole ordeal and just want my seat fixed and carpet installed correctly. Too bad I can t say half a star!

In summary: Worst car buying experience we've ever...

In summary: Worst car buying experience we've ever had. I've never worked so hard to give someone my money. Do not shop here. Tell your friends not to shop here. Spend your money elsewhere and save yourself a lot of misery.

In detail: This was a good experience until we committed to purchasing a vehicle and signing our names on paper. At that point, we were handed off from one person to another (working with a total of 5 different people!), with poor communication between the employees and multiple mistakes made. There was no disclosure of the total price, financing options, or APR until we explicitly asked for it and, even then they were not forthcoming with the information. Additionally, our initial APR offer from them was over 5% until we informed them that we would be financing through another company. At that point their APR offer quickly dropped to less than 3%. We stuck with our other financing options.

By TX law, the dealership has to register the vehicle for you. We wanted to register the vehicle in our home state and transfer my old plates, as we're only in TX temporarily. We were told that we couldn't do that. A quick call to our home state DMV confirmed that, yes, actually we could and suddenly the problem was solved. The dealership also held onto the registration paper work for 3 WEEKS after everything was official, further delaying the registration process. They had initially told us the paper work would be mailed off the same week we received the vehicle. This is unacceptable. When I called to check the status of the registration, Michelle, the Title Clerk, rudely interrogated me as to why we chose to register our vehicle in a state other than TX (she did not approve of our decision).... obviously mailing a stack of 10 papers instead of 5 is too much of a hassle, even for someone who has just spent over $40,000 with your company. This is an example of pathetic laziness and extremely poor customer service.

We have continuously had to call and go back to the dealership to follow up on paperwork (I went back 3 times after we signed everything) and they always come up with an excuse as to why the job isn't finished yet. What it comes down to in the end is they only want your money and are not concerned with maintaining appropriate business integrity, honest disclosure with their customers, or good customer service relationships. I would give them 0/5 stars if I could.

Right off the back I was greeted with great customer service from the staff once I stepped in. My salesman Javiar Silva really helped my dad and I find the right vehicle in just a day by answering all our questions about certain cars we were looking at and letting us test drive to get a feel for the car. I would definitely return for another car in the future and would recommend anyone who car shops here to ask for Javiar Silva!

I've always read articles about how new car buying...

I've always read articles about how new car buying is painful, I just purchased a new car from Ancira and the experience was anything but. My salesman was Orton Wagner, he was extremely professional, experienced, and made sure I was completely satisfied with the purchase. These guys tell it to you straight and are very upfront, I would highly recommend swinging by if you're in the market for a vehicle. Hey you might even get a free hot dog!
