Ancira Buick GMC Review

1st visit. No complaints. Purchased a maintenance program, so I am hoping that each visit will be to my satisfaction?

My family experienced one of the best car purchase experiences at Ancira! It was stress free with the no pushy salespersons and all of our questions were answered to our satisfaction. I figured all ANCIRA dealerships were all the same excellent sales when buying a vehicle from them . I was wrong and disappointed with Buick .... I've have bought and traded many cars at ANCIRA Nissan as my sales person Steven Gomez now he's finance Manager he can back me up on that. I guess not all of your sales staff are not all professional like Nissan .

Had an awesome experience the whole way through. Jeff didn't give off any salesman vibes, so that made it easier looking for our next family vehicle. We just had our first oil change here a couple of weeks ago and that experience was just as pleasant. Definitely coming back for future purchases!

Exactly what the previous reviewer stated. Our sales guys (including Tyler) were great and I really wish I could leave a better review based on my interactions with them.

However, I simply cannot leave a good review based on our horrible experiences with the service department, specifically with Charlie and Oscar. I highly recommend just skipping everything with the service department. I'll spare everyone the long story, but we had had to bring our vehicle back for a second time because they didn't seat the motor mount correctly the first time (among several other issues). Each time we've gotten the vehicle back it has been in worse condition than when dropped it off. Most recently, our vehicle came back with a reverse light out, a new chip in the windshield, and two grease handprints on the interior headliner. That was super disappointing especially after all of the bad work and communication with the service department previously.

Sara was an amazing sells rep. She knew every detail about the vehicle i was interested in and also took the time to show me other vehicles to compare it with. She made me feel very comfortable. It did take me a few days to come to a decision and she checked up on me a few time but never pressured me, like most car dealerships. The dealship was an amazing experience also, everyone was friendly, approachable and very hospitable. They did not act like volchers (like most dealerships), they gave you your space to look around. The financial dept. was so patient, friendly and entertaining. Everyone had a great sense of humor and extremely nice! I highly recommend this dealership. They will go above and beyond for you!

In 2013 my wife and I purchased our first Buick Enclave....the 2014 model. After 6 years and numerous trips later the time came to update and trade in our Enclave. We did thorough review of all similar models in the same class as our Enclave ...the new 2019 Buick Enclave was simply a class above all other options in the same price range. So here I am again, 6 years later sharing a 5* review for Ancira Buick. Unlike last time, we didn't look at any other Buick dealers...and our experience with our purchase confirmed that decision. Ricky did a great job in helping us get the right vehicle and a fair trade price for our 2014 model. We enjoyed the car buying experience very much.

This dealership never ceases to amaze me. I purchased a vehicle from them in July 2020 & it was time for my first free service. I had also ordered a cargo mat from them which they installed. Not only did they service my car, they also gave me a loaner vehicle so I could make it to a doctor appointment. The service manager sent me an email on the same day my vehicle was serviced to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Everyone at the dealership was more than helpful & took the time to explain exactly what they did to the vehicle & what would need to be done at my next service call. I will never purchase another vehicle from anyone else. The people at this dealership are so thankful for your business & their actions prove it. I ve had so many bad experiences with the GMC dealers in California that I take my truck to Chevrolet for service. The team at Ancira was great. Patrick showed me a great truck and the finance team was very helpful in helping me come up with a finance plan that worked best for me. I drove 4 hours to and from the dealership on one occasion to look at and purchase the truck, and then a second time to pick it up. It was worth it and I wouldn t hesitate to make the drive again to do business in the future. Couldn t be happier!

Ancira B-GMC service reps are courteous, professional, and no-b.s. They promptly serviced my vehicle and identified other needed services without the usual "I recommend ..." nonsense. The accounts rep cashed me out quickly and courteously. Also, they are practicing safe social distancing, protecting employees and clients.

Great service - especially since I have an extended warranty and the service today cost me nothing . Information about my warranty was not shared with service advisor so he had to rework paperwork unnecessarily.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. From the friend referral, the warm reception at the door, the managerial greetings, the test drive, to financing, it was an overall outstanding experience. My family and I just bought a 2014 GMC Sierra from Ancira GMC. I couldn't be happier with the price and service. After speaking with several dealerships, Ancira gave be the best price by $1000. Bianca and Frank were awesome to work with. My family and I arrived late on Friday after closing and Frank was waiting for us on a cold day outside with the truck. Test drove it, loved it, and signed papers within the hour. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

Great customer service but services are inconsistent. Last visit all our car notices were addressed and fulfilled such as washer fluid refill, and the car was at least wiped down. I won t go anywhere else but consistent service regardless of how busy it gets would ve made my rating a 5 star.

After going to another dealer where we got the run around just for them to see how much they could get from us, we said no more and went to Ancira where everything went great from beginning to end. Just drove off with a brand new Yukon and could not have been more happy with the experience. I had inquired about a different vehicle online, was contacted almost immediately by Sara H and after sharing what I was looking for, she found me the perfect car! Before even stepping foot in the dealership, she had exhausted every avenue finding us any deal possible. By the next morning we were ready to purchase the vehicle sight unseen! I have used the Boerne GMC dealership twice now for service on my GMC Denali XL, and I have been really happy both times. For the two separate service appointments, I used the after hours drop off for 8 am service the next day, and it was really easy. They also had my car fixed and ready within a few hours. Everyone who works in the service department is really nice, attentive, and they all seem to take pride in their jobs. I m thankful boerne has such a great group of employees.

We had done a test drive and left. Decided a week later to purchase. We were able to text our salesperson friday and drove away friday evening. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!

I purchased a corvette from this dealership with a clean auto check report they presented at purchase. I have now found that the vehicle had been in a collision that was reported to the insurance company (State Farm) and repaired with a claim on it. They advertise a buyback which is not honored unless the car was totaled or has a brand on the tittle. This is illegal if you represent a car as having a clean title and being accident free and its not. I feel slighted because I paid for a vehicle with a clear title history and received something of lesser value in return. Please use caution in purchasing any used vehicles from this dealer. The auto check report they use is useless as a means to determine the true accident history of there vehicles. I guess a good deal is not always a good deal! I will not buy another product from them again and recommend you use extreme caution when you do.

I purchased a 2019 GMC Terrain SLT Black Edition in October 2018. I contacted the dealership online. Ricky responded quickly and was very helpful. I did a ton of online searching and went to a few dealerships. Ricky continued to followup with me but didn't over do it. Ancira was the first dealership in the San Antonio area to have a Black Edition Terrain so I went by unannounced to take a look. Ricky was quick to assist me. He gave me information about the vehicle and listened to me as well. He called me a day later with a great offer. I continued to shop around but the deal at Ancira was the best. I went back over a week later. They gave me the exact deal Ricky and I spoke about, no games, nothing hidden. I then met with Brian in finance. In the past this is where the car buying experience can often go sour. Brian presented me with a number of extras such as extended warranty, tire and wheel protection, etc. He explained them all thoroughly and was open about the price of each. We talked about finance terms and options. In the end I let him know what I wanted and what I didn't want. There were no issues whatsoever and he was very personable. It didn't turn into some high pressure standoff where you are made to feel like you have to take a bunch of extras or else the world is going end. This was hands down the best car buying experience I've ever hand!

Took my truck in for service. They stated they couldn t help me even though my truck is under warranty and I had the tsb due to me having a lift. Called Gmc and they stated part should be covered even with a lift.

Purchased a used vehicle (over $30k) and it was agreed before the vehicle was shipped to me the interior would be detailed. Come to my surprise when the vehicle was delivered, it was not detailed (didn t vacuum under the floor mats, clean the seats or clean the interior of the windshield). Contacted the sales manager and the general manager but two weeks later I am still waiting to hear back from them.

Tyler and Nate (sales guys) were great, I wish I could leave a higher review based on the interactions I had with them.
