Beachfront hotel with luxurious suites. The rooftop restaurant and bar is an excellent place from which to enjoy the Bali sunsets

We had an excellent time at this hotel for 9 days. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful - they were the main highlight for me. They went above and beyond whenever they had the chance. The hotel is fairly small and never felt crowded (albeit it was low season) with plenty of room to lazy by the pool and sink some Bintang (or cocktails). We stayed in an ocean view room (and would highly recommend) with amazing views that were spacious, very comfortable with lots of little extras. They also showed us great flexibility: we were delayed more than two days on our departure from Bali. Although our airline offered us an airport motel, we spoked with the Hotel Manager and explained that our preference would be to stay at the Anantara and whether they could be flexible considering the situation - we stayed an extra 2 nights!! Thank you to everyone for a memorable and great time!

We stayed in one of the newly remodeled rooms and wow!. It was stylish and comfortable with an amazing view.
I would recommend staying at Anantara with you're looking to stay in a beachfront hotel that is located near good food and bars.

Cool place. I deejayed on the rooftop/ terrace. Now its just a place to see the sunset.

Nice relaxing hotel set on the beach you can hear the waves crashing from your bedroom at night. The rooftop bar has an amazing vista.The resort is starting to look a little dated , but i was told they are doing a mini renovation & it will be completed by the end of November. Overall had a great time and would recommend this place

The condition of the room and the hotel as a whole is too old, dirty and dirty.
Amenities posted on multiple blogs are also not provided.
Ants crawl around the dining table and fruit flies fly around.
Fruit flies are attached to the breakfast fruit,
When I ordered an afternoon tea set, I got a lot of white oil
Peppermint tea with oil floating in a dirty cup came out, and a flies-chased dessert came out on a dirty tray.
I don't want to come again.
One star is a waste.

I was lucky enough to be asked as maid of honour to organize a destination wedding celebration. Anantara made this happen with such ease, grace and class.
Working with Tiara through emails, she understood my vision and reflected it with lanterns, a private table on the beach, tiffany chairs and an incredible 7 course meal.
The table was decorated with low chrisanthamums, lilies and other white flowers that i dont know. Tiara insured every detail was covered even the photographer, music and insuring sign boards and greeters were available to lead the way.
Anantara Seminyaj made this event special and possible. Thank you!

The hotel is nice,clean and comfortable,the few is amazing by the beach side,and the stuff are really friendly and polite.I'd love to go there again soon

When I choose this hotel I really confident of 5 star. But the car park only 10 vehicle the others must be valet. I don't know how five star rule, but all of you can decide when hotel with many room with no carport is awarded of 5 star ( at traveloka ). Is this worth for your payment at 5 star hotel?

Grand entrance with great service staff! Located right on the beach, a definite plus waking up to the ocean and falling asleep to the sound of ocean waves.

We booked the Ocean Suite, however for the price we paid we were expecting a more unblocked view of the ocean. We were in room 303.

The room is big and spacious with a huge bathroom with separate shower and bath. Comes with a walk in wardrobe too.

However it wasn t luxe enough based on the price we paid. Limited elevators which were slightly old.

Breakfast quality, both buffet and ordered from menu, were not up to par.

Service staff are wonderful. Always friendly and ready to help.

Would definitively stay again for the right price and no breakfast.

Amazing place, amazing staff! Cannot recommend this place enough. They are all really helpful, the rooms are regularly cleaned, the small finishing touches to the room are brilliant. The food is always good with great chefs preparing the food. Breakfast was also really good and well worth it. Would love to go back again.

The rooms are spacious, it & amp; # 39; s just that there are many that need repair such as the glass door that has been dragged, the toilet seat that has been rocking, the wood around the room that is worn / weathered, the elevator that is old, etc. which seems that this hotel is no longer a 5 star. renovated

A nice place to hang around the beach. Not too crowded during our time of visit. The pizza we had is great. Bintang is a bit pricey

toilet not clean, moisture everywhere, bad condition, needs renovations. mini bar was not filled up. disappointed, disgusting.

not a 5 star hotel. even the rate is heavy discounted, better stay in Kempinski which is just about 20 dollars more expansive or in the many other 5 star hotels in Bali.

Basically, the whole hotel was very stylish designed. However, the local conditions were not taken into account during construction. The hotel is located directly on the sea and in Bali it is always very humid. That means it is not enough if you paint everything made of steel with protective paint and tries to get the humidity from the rooms via the air conditioning. The result is that everywhere the rust gnaws and one must be afraid that e.g. fall down suspended ceilings, break off railings or anything else can happen. The other problem is that it smells very musty everywhere because of the moisture and mold has formed on the wall. It is a shame about the hotel, otherwise the service and staff are great, but under these circumstances it is not worth the money. Here was clearly built wrong

Located just by the beach, so what's not to love about it??? They also have some buy one get one cocktail promo, so that's also another plus. The place is pretty chic and it's spacious too, so you have have group parties easily. Service was fine as all the staff were friendly. I came here with my colleagues for a sunset party, and the sunset was pretty!

The rooms are huge and nice and location right on the beach however, the rooms are getting really old. Bath and shower was dirty and old and the pool is also getting old with broken tiles. We stayed in the Ocean View room which had a beautiful view, but was extremely noisy at night with loud techno music all night. We live in the city so are used to loud but this was so loud it was like you were in the nightclub when trying to sleep at night. Moonlite bar/restaurant was nice and had good food. Other than that and given how expensive it is to stay, we are extremely disappointed in the quality and don't recommend staying here.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 days 2 nights, and I stayed at this hotel during the pandemic. The first impression about the location of this hotel, this hotel has access to a very strategic location, namely in the Seminyak area, and right in front of Double Six Beach. The scenery is also very beautiful. All the staff here welcomed us very friendly and polite, besides that they were immediately swift in helping to carry our belongings to the lobby. The Covid protocol is implemented quite strictly, starting to check each guest's body temperature, besides that guests are welcome to wash their hands first before entering the hotel area, besides that the hotel also sanitizes guests' luggage one by one. The lobby is quite narrow, but it doesn't matter because the hotel staff is ready to help to carry out the check-in process. We are welcome to wait on chairs in the lobby area, and the hotel will come to us to do the check-in process. The check-in process was fast, and all employees were very friendly. Every visitor here is given a private buttler contact number, and he will always fulfill what the guest wants. Entering the room area, no doubt, the room is quite fragrant, cool, and very spacious. Very complete starting from the powder room, bathtub, jacuzii etc. The quality of the mattress is very comfortable, and according to the standards of the group. The size of the ckup mattress is spacious, besides that, the wifi is very fast. For the scenery, wow, never doubt it, it's very beautiful. Open the bedroom window, you are immediately presented with a very beautiful view of Double Six Beach, especially at sunset, which is very beautiful. But there are some points that are very unfortunate in my experience of staying at this hotel, the first is the building lift which is quite old, the lift feels very noisy when you want to go up and down, and the lift is also quite narrow, secondly for menu choices at fast breakfast very little, and the portion offered is quite small, it would be better, for menu variations it can be added according to 5 star standards, thirdly, the amenities in the bathroom are not quite according to 5 star standards in general, besides it was in my room, no bathrobe was provided, where the bathrobe was a very important element for me. Maybe in the future it can be fixed again, but overall, very happy to stay in between seminyak, and we'll come back ASAP here again !! thank you

I ve debated long and hard about this review, but feel 3 stars is justified.
First of all the staff are ultra friendly, helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Sometimes a little too much, but I guess the tourists round in Seminyak demand this.
The pool access room we booked was large, spacious and generally well appointed. However the pool itself was a pond in between the front of the hotel and the back of the hotel surrounded on 3 sides by 5 stories of hotel and the 4th a very large wall which meant that it only got sun between 11 and 1pm. On the ground floor which meant it was right next to the service areas full of noisy air con units and with lots of traffic. Once you get past the lobby the hotel is badly in need of refurbishment, with peeling paint and rusty flakes of metal littering the pool. The front pool is badly designed, difficult to get into and big enough for about 5 people, the entrance is badly designed and has a large number of stairs and looks like a car park. The hotel is in a reasonably good position along the beach, however it s quite far from any decent restaurants. The breakfasts were excellent however.

The rooms are ok, but the pool is not big enough, not comfortable for small children.

Good, attractive hotel and strategic location. The staff is friendly, the food is OK and the rooftop is cool. Hny only needs repairs and renewal will soon appear old and some areas are less clean. Good for families.

The room is cool, the view, the swimming pool, but the lobby smells like a septic tank, it turns out that my guess is that my room smells too, I was advised to move rooms, but my room was right when the view was good so I checked ... hik ... hik ...

Quality time we are here with little family. Nice place and really recommended. The staff is humble for a delicious n friendly menu.

Room balcony is big with a nice jacuzzi and sun-bed
Don t stay next to the main road side as it gets noisy and the balcony door is not sound proof as we had to move to another suite because of the noise
