This hotel so overpriced ok maybe the hotel it's old but that's not the excuse to keep it in a bad shape .The all hotel him self looks very poor quality not worth the money only one good thing about this place they have very friendly staff and great suites but still not worth the money !!!

International class hotel, walk in the water, very spacious and luxurious rooms, impeccable service, very helpful staff, very good cuisine, offers national and international menus ... I highly recommend it.

The hotel is nice and well located. I had a suite at 5th floor which was beautiful and comfortable.
But the air conditionner made the room very wet and the floor sliding.
The hotel reception was not good at all ! They were very low, unprofessionnal and unpleasant. we had to wait 2hours to have our room and we did not had the welcome-massage to wait !
The next day, the hotel reception told us that the 15min massage is only for arrival when we asked for it...

Room is very spacious and huge bathroom and walking closet.

Our ocean suite facing the ocean is breathtaking and very soothing to be looked at.
Stay here if you want to enjoy the big spacious room and beautiful view, otherwise the hotel features are so so.

Things that can be improved:
- the cleanliness of the hotel. The elevator looks very dirty and there are lots of ants at the table inside my room.
- the plug for the indoor bath isn't working and it's replaced with a tiny rubber to plug the drain.
- no bidet for the toilet (in this day and age this is a requirement)

Pros: Spacious rooms, located right on the beach, good view for sunset, friendly staff
Cons: Hot water kept going in and out. Not enough towels but you can call for more. Poor entertainment center in room. Speaker kept going in and out while watching tv, small day bed, and hot tub isn't comfortable.

Old hotel, not maintained. Beach is dirty. Rooms are not clean. Staff is nice but not well trained. Definitely not 5*

Amazing resort with quality services & facilities. Excellent staffs. We had wonderful 4 days 3 nights. Great and memorable stays. Would love to go back again!

Great location...lovely setting...a bit too much of a controlled environment for me....they tell you how to act and behave in their suggestion manual. The staff are very polite...reception not so much.

I was stay on Anantara Seminyak with family during NY holiday. The major turn on was the room that was so big and great with jacuzzy on the balcony, however some things were broken during my stay (e.g. AC controller s on/off button). 90/100 for the room. The staffs were so nice, 5-stars hotel standard. The restaurant, on the other hand, not reflecting a 5-stars hotel and should be improved in the future. They don t even have Tabasco during new year dinner. The breakfast choices were so minimal (getting so bored after 4 days eating pretty much the same menu). The taste was good. Further, the seminyak beach located directly in the hotel s front which is additional point (with this range of price) however the best point to witness the sunset was through its Moonlight restaurant on the rooftop level while having a glass of beer or coffee.

Service is terrible and hotel is old and outdated. The GM didn't even try to solve a problem we had, just simply ignored us. Terrrible hotel, overpriced and not worthed.

Pricey restaurant. Nachos, pork bun and rosemary fries were too greasy (everything was deep fried). Good cocktails and service.

Extraordinarily good. Excellent service, friendly staff, good food and affordable prices. Very fitting for a family vacation. The pool is good and can see the sea right away. Will come back again

Loved our stay here & will be back again. Lovely staff, beautiful room overlooking the ocean, and perfect sunset views from the Supperclub rooftop bar.

The price of hotel rooms is expensive, but ancient buildings, some interior models are outdated. Only the location is good, directly to the beach. Breakfast is also not good.

Can't free to search for transportation ... Because of the hotel adverts a group of people offering high-priced transport services ... The more hot joss is ...

Thiefs they never returned our bond, don't go to this hotel the beach is disgusting and they steal your money, like I said they never returned my bond for the room

My Brothers ex-wife, Carolyn & my Niece Imogen are staying in this luxurious resort! It looks seriously relaxing!

I was looking forward to staying here because we have stayed at other Anantara's that far exceeded expectations, that was not the case for the Seminyak location. The rooms are huge and quite nice, the location is also right on the beach and close to other popular Seminyak spots. However, the rooms are getting quite old. When we arrived there was a loud noise coming from the A/C and the toilets hardly flushed. We stayed in the Ocean View room which had a beautiful view, but was extremely noisy. Both at night with loud techno music and in the morning with the cleaning service. The breakfast was also disappointing compared to the other locations that I've stayed at. The spa was located in one of the suite rooms which felt uncomfortable. It felt like it was the vacant room for the day so they put two massage beds in there.

Would recommend some of the other branches of Anantara, but for the price & quality the Anantara Seminyak isn't worth it.

Did not stay here but went to the beach bar outside called SOS and ate at the restaurant! Was pricey but very nice!

Good 5 star hotel with an excellent service. Some equipment of the room become old and should be replaced. The Ocean View suite is wonderful. Perfect for a romantic stay. The bar and restaurant (Moonlight) gives a fantastic view of the sunset.
One of the best breakfast in Seminyak.

We had our wedding in Anantara seminyak, it's was beautiful in so many ways!! the moment when i spoke on the phone with Wiwik ( Event manager ) immediately i trust her to organized my wedding!! I don't even have to worry she had been really amazing. The food was fantastic!! Servise 10/10 and the hotel super clean!! Definitely high recommended!!

The best staff and service I have received in a resort anywhere. Great location right on the beach. Looking forward to see what they do with the upcoming renovations. Loved the ocean view room.

Splendid hotel to enjoy its swimming pool and its restaurant overlooking the beach. The impeccable service. Perfect for watching the sunset live. I recommend it.

We re really disappointed this Hotel. We knew the name of Anantara was quite an image of 5 star resorts. But when we stayed on early Dec 2020, quality adjusted to Pandemic Quality , when coffee asked close to breakfast time finish, But still maybe another 10 mins, waitress didn t say yes straight away, however they are not full/ busy anyway. Main swimming pool was broken tiles but not fixed and the breakfast quality of food was not good at all. We were staying on the Ocean View Suite on 4th level consider over price as our experienced except the room is spacious. The only good thing is the room s oceanview. So last mention was not recommended, could find much better resort at same value..

Traveling throughout the world , I have had the opportunity to stay in some awsum places . Anantara bali is definitely my top 5 , we where greated by an amazing staff member Yuli , who took care of us every day for our 5 day stay . Utilising there hotel car was the greatest luxury , a driver that spoke English perfectly and escorted us to all our locations .our stay at this hotel was beyond words , sitting in a flower bed bath on our balcony , looking at the ocean having champagne is what holidays are about. Thank you anantara hotel seminyak. You are amazing

I was going to give 4 stars, but i give 5 only because the hotel have the quickest access to the beach.

Beachfront hotel with splendid views of the ocean. Swimming pool and garden are very relaxing. Also the a la carte breakfast is delicious.

Very nice hotel, but i prefer more natural setting.

Was here for dinner with friends in SOS restaurant. They have good food and really nice staff.
Nice place to catch sunset while you enjoy your beers. Cheers...

Freaking awesome villa, with sea view. Great for honeymoon or couples without kids. Fantastic for wedding ceremony. The villa is super spacious, private with perfect built-in sound system. Very relaxing sitting in the spa bath watching the sunset while listening to Jazz

The room is beautiful! There is nothing except nice room and reception. There is a small infinity pool but dead! The food is a major issue for Vegetarians. There were many Indians staying , so as a feedback we asked them to make atleast one special dish for vegetarian indians. It can be a grilled sandwich, burger, indian bread etc.
The next day chef had cooked something special for us. To start with, they had made mini samosas for us . They were very good! parantha and alu gobi ( plain maida parantha, and alu gobi with curry absolutely bland and not well Cooked! Not nice. This is usually a lunch or dinner dish. We gave the same feedback)
They made vegetarian sandwich.. the bread was toasted to hard.. and had no dressing /cheese / mayonnaise or butter. Absolutely plain bread with tomato, cucumber and letuce. It was hard to eat.

In a place like semniyak anyone would look forward to a stay with good place to leisure around, Good food, especially breakfast! Good views . Sorry Anantara had these major misses!
