I stayed in this hotel for 3 days 2 nights, and I stayed at this hotel during the pandemic. The first impression about the location of this hotel, this hotel has access to a very strategic location, namely in the Seminyak area, and right in front of Double Six Beach. The scenery is also very beautiful. All the staff here welcomed us very friendly and polite, besides that they were immediately swift in helping to carry our belongings to the lobby. The Covid protocol is implemented quite strictly, starting to check each guest's body temperature, besides that guests are welcome to wash their hands first before entering the hotel area, besides that the hotel also sanitizes guests' luggage one by one. The lobby is quite narrow, but it doesn't matter because the hotel staff is ready to help to carry out the check-in process. We are welcome to wait on chairs in the lobby area, and the hotel will come to us to do the check-in process. The check-in process was fast, and all employees were very friendly. Every visitor here is given a private buttler contact number, and he will always fulfill what the guest wants. Entering the room area, no doubt, the room is quite fragrant, cool, and very spacious. Very complete starting from the powder room, bathtub, jacuzii etc. The quality of the mattress is very comfortable, and according to the standards of the group. The size of the ckup mattress is spacious, besides that, the wifi is very fast. For the scenery, wow, never doubt it, it's very beautiful. Open the bedroom window, you are immediately presented with a very beautiful view of Double Six Beach, especially at sunset, which is very beautiful. But there are some points that are very unfortunate in my experience of staying at this hotel, the first is the building lift which is quite old, the lift feels very noisy when you want to go up and down, and the lift is also quite narrow, secondly for menu choices at fast breakfast very little, and the portion offered is quite small, it would be better, for menu variations it can be added according to 5 star standards, thirdly, the amenities in the bathroom are not quite according to 5 star standards in general, besides it was in my room, no bathrobe was provided, where the bathrobe was a very important element for me. Maybe in the future it can be fixed again, but overall, very happy to stay in between seminyak, and we'll come back ASAP here again !! thank you
