Very scenic and relaxing environment. Good service and facilities. Food could improve in terms of variety.

An excellent hotel.
The food was very tasty.
A variety of Sri Lankan and foreign dishes were available.
Chef Gihan was very helpful and guided us well.
Ideal place to spend your leisure time.

Excellent resort covered with sea from 3 sides. Rooms were good, only problem was of mosquitoes.

I arrived with my group ( Encounter Lanka ), my guests are very happy.foods are very good, service very high level as specially I would like to thank front office staff for the smooth checking and service..Specially Mr.Nimesh and Mr.Nuranga from front office were very helpfull and did a quick and smooth checking.

Avani is a cozy hotel situated near the beautiful lagoon. At night the lagoon view is serene and soothing. The room facilities and the refreshment are high quality.

Greatest costumer satisfaction every one treat with good smile. I think and believe have great touch of nature... Because one side is sea side view one side has the lagoon viwe... Nice place, quiet with a pleasant walk. Access to the lagoon and a sheltered beach via a short paddle across a shallow channel (but unfortunately the beach is not kept clear of rubbish, a wasted asset in my view).

Amazing hospitality extended starting from front office staff, the room attendants team to name a few Lalantha, Chaminda, Bandula, Ravindra,Nimalsiri,Kaluarachchi and the rest of the team members who were considerate and proactive ever so willing Corporation.

A very big thank you to the chefs for the delicious mouth watering food.

The last but not least the ever so vigilant inhouse security team which gave us that complete peace of mind.

We spent one night at Avani Kalutara and it was such a wonderful experience. From th check in to departure all looked after and the service level excellent. The hotel covered with water and amazing location. Large swimming pool and lovely beach as well. Highly recommended.

It's an amazing place where located between sea and Kalutara lagoon feeling a panoramic view.

Beautiful resort on a peninsula surrounded by sea and lagoon. Had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the amenities - the pool, games and the beach, which is at a walking distance. Among other things, the rooms also have ironing facility. But there are no slippers in the room so make sure to bring those. The AC is good but the Wi-Fi is weak. If you can't climb the stairs then opt for the ground floor as this resort has no lifts. A good place for destination weddings. And not the least, the staff is good and helpful.
