On 3 occasions, a technician does not come on the day of the appointment, another time, the transporter does not show up on the day he has to take my computer for repair without forgetting the times when the technician comes with a bad part or a broken one on my computer. HP makes excellent printers and I've been using them for the past 20 years or so. Recently however my new Color laserjetpro started to
print with stripes and faded colors. Even after having done all the tests and cleaning as mentioned on the HP site. Impossible to find ANY telnr in Belgium or The Netherlands or email to request a maintenance or ask for help. Only option is to send it back to the reseller. What a disappointment!

In my humble opinion, this company's review score should reflect how the average customer sees HP, not the quality of the coffee or the meals in the building in Diegem. It is amazing to see how many HP employees are trying to help HP with neutralizing the negative reviews.

What concerns the consumer products (my experience is limited to the HP laptops and printers), I can only say that the quality has dropped dramatically since last 10 years while HP's revenues went up.

Making an appointment for repair is a disaster and a shame for such a brand company.
After 2 appointments for pick-up, nobody could be seen, camera was already defective after 2 weeks.
Do you have to take a week off to sit and wait.
A big 0 and that after my 4 HP laptop.

the telephone no. for contacts is a number in the USA, why not a number from Belgium, calling customer service is a disaster, you first have to go through different menus and then you will end up in a waiting list for a long time ... please wait was answered by an employee as soon as possible .... after 25 minutes I quit, unprofessional up to and including !!!
