I don't know if it's because it's an older hotel, but the light at the entrance to my room took forever to turn on. The room was pretty small by comparison to other hotels I've been in, the outlets were loose, so things wouldn't stay plugged in, and the walls are apparently really thin as I could hear water running, people walking and taking all day and night. And To top it all off, guests are charged for parking. Seriously, I've never heard of that before. So even though you've already paid to stay at this hotel, you're now expected to pay $18/night.
The nicest thing about my room was the balcony that had a view of the Disneyland fireworks.
That said, all of the staff here are very friendly and accommodating. Especially at their bar! The staff here is the only reason this place gets 3 stars from me.
