It was super fun and it was close to the train station

There is a great restaurant in this hotel, too bad it is not marketed separately. Good food, good portions and Brit in the service is super nice.

You have everything you need at close range, and the price is acceptable.

There are two suites, a kitchen, and a well-equipped location next to the train station. But pay attention to the nearby liar, you will be taught to take money to see him, and then steal your money.

Stayed here and was surprised by a few unmentioned things on their website. First its a card only hotel. That is to say a credit card is needed as a deposit and any use of their bar, restaurant, cafe or coin machines.

Also a city tax was just added when we checked in.

Those hoping to use cash for the facilities would be wise to stay elsewhere :(
They seemed great but we just couldn't as we took out money before we left home.

The only other thing was we had a kitchen without an oven.

A fantastic stay. Apartment well maintained and equipped with everything needed. The beds are made every day and the employees are spontaneous, enthusiastic and friendly and are happy to do a little extra for you. An absolute must for a few days in Amsterdam, the location is easily accessible by public transport

Very nice apartments with all the services in a quite area. Perfect for families. Close to the apartments there are shops and restaurants. Tram, railway, metro and buses stations at 5 minutes walk connect you in 10 minutes to the city center. The apartments are clean and well manned

Had a great stay with a group of six. Great location close to public transportation. Would come here again.

The people who worked in Apartment building could not have been any better. Had a problem with the hob when trying to cook in one night and they gave us a free dinner and breakfast the morning after which was nice. I will be staying there again when I go back

Pros: Overall, very clean, super friendly staff, nice ambience, great bathroom, delicious and rich breakfast (except fruit fehtl!). Cons: Quite bad beds, real hammocks. Hotel bar closes at 11 o'clock, fruit is only in short supply at the breakfast. To put down a basket of apples and / or a few bananas is not rocket science.

I was about 2 weeks Ago with my friends in this Hotel and i can say that everything was perfect. The People were very friendly and helpfull. Our room was very nice and clean.

Good Apart hotel, well located from the center. Only 1 stop with the train (5 mn walk).Nice concept and lot of room for 4 people. But don't ask for service, no cleaning, no answer to any of my requirements.

We were very excited about the apartment. Perfect location! Opposite (practically on the other side of the street) there is a train station. There are 5/6 trains to Central Station. The apartment was nicely decorated. The only thing that bothered us was that the cleaning lady did not come once during our 4 day stay.

It's quite close to The station and just 5 mins away from central. Not many restaurant options around. The in hotel kitchen lacks choices.

Apart at 3 ... How the condos in the room turn off is not clear, the refrigerator is small, there is a smart TV, but it does not work.

Girl at front desk and bar exceptionally rude. Ordered a drink and 10 minutes later still not arrived. After asking where it was she snapped at me and told me to wait until she served other customers, there was only 5 customers in the bar lounge area and all had been seen too . She walked around and talked to her colleague for 10 minutes while carrying out every task possible apart from serving us. In the days to follow she muttered stuff under her breath and in general made sarcastic remarks, totally horrible experience. Did she forget she is in the hospitality business? Rest of staff were nice.

Neat and clean so far. In the bathroom, i.e. by the toilet, it would have been in need of improvement. Multilingual reception staff who clearly and friendly help you check in and park.

Great Hotel. Had a room with 5 mates. Enough space for everyone and amazing view over the outer part of Amsterdam. Furthermore there is a metro station nearby called Slooterdijk which is 5 min away from the city center and 7min away from the airport. Our appartment had 2 bathrooms, a living room and 3 bedrooms. Moreover the staff is really friendly and quickly helps you, if you have any questions.
Conclusion: All in all a great Amsterdam trip, obviously also thanks to the amazing hotel.
I can only recommend the Amsterdam ID Aparthotel.

Modern hotel, neat and clean, nice restaurant and private party spaces. At walking distance from Amsterdam Sloterdijk Railway (and bus and tram) Station, with fast train connections to Amsterdam Central Station, city center, Amsterdam international Airport, Zaanstad, North-Holland, Haarlem, Leiden, the Hague, Rotterdam, Utrecht. The railway crossroad, West from Amsterdam centre.

Just back from a weekend stay here, it's was by far one of the nicest hotels I have stayed. The staff are so so friendly, we will so be returning to this hotel. Thanks so making our weekend

Food was good, room was ok had a few issues aircon wasn't working but the location an stay was quite good

Love the apartment. Facilities are in good condition. You can cook meals and enjoy the luxurious setting.

Great rooms but shame about the front desk. We had great dialogue with reservations as we had a complicated booking. We were assured we would be accommodated. However when we arrived we were told that reservations were not practical. Glad to know they don't talk to each other!

Rooms are spacious and cozy, and the hotel has a good restaurant.

Amazing rooms, 5minutes on the train from sloterdijk station to Centraal station. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre and a great place to stay.

Very welcome pity that the staff do not speak French and that the room is not cleaned every day.

The hotel is absolutely lovely, the apartment was in a wonderful condition and the reception staff were welcoming, fun and helpful. We especially enjoyed the sauna!

This would have been a 5 star review if it wasn't for the awful experience we had at their restaurant. The waitress didn't seem to know what she was doing and when our food did finally arrive (50 minutes after ordering) the food was under-cooked; raw chips, raw halloumi (!?) and some orders were wrong. When we complained the staff didn't really seem to care, one even shrugged and walked off.

We spoke to the hotel manager and she said she'd discuss with the kitchen manager but I would advise anyone going to this hotel to avoid the restaurant at all costs; there's plenty of other places surrounding the hotel that do a lovely meal! We went to the breakfast club after the above ordeal.

Shame about the poor service/food otherwise this hotel would have got 5 stars from me!

Loved this place. Just 1 or 2 stops on the train from the city center. Fully equipped.

Stayed in the studio apartment, which was a good size for two people. Loved the room and the location. Rooms were very clean. Kitchen was well-stocked. Super easy to get to Amsterdam Centraal by train (note that the train is run by NS, so choose your transit passes accordingly). Staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall I would stay here again.

The TV doesn't have any apps that are advertised on the hotel website (Netflix and Spotify). I was told they would fix it for two months, and finally after my tenth complaint found out that they don't have a contract with Netflix anymore. Obviously, website still covers it. Some customer service.

Cleaning the room every week doesn't include mopping the floor, so it gets dirty fast, especially since you have no way of doing it yourself. And forget about dusting.

My friends booked this place and it was just a super short walk from the station, buses trams and train, a one stop to city centreaal on sprinter rail. Real nice design of the apartments, friendly front desk and connecting resturant is cool. No smoking dutchies too close or in smoking areas btw.
