Descent accommodation. Clean and tidy. Good pricing.

Awesome place, fantastic location. Super friendly staffs, super comfortable bed. Functional kitchenette, good view from bedroom. Airy and have a lot of natural lights. If there is one complaint, the wifi connection keeps dropping (this usually irk me, but in this case, with other awesome things they get right in this place, I am willing to overlook the wifi problem)

Incredibly spacious rooms, impeccably clean and really helpful and friendly staff.

Stay for 2 nights and was thouroughly impressed! Very helpful and courteous staff. Nicely laid out rooms. All needs catered for. Thanks to all who worked there!

Absolutely stunning 1 bedroom apartment,amazing staff,easy for traveling to & from centrum,also close to sloterdijk town.we will be back again very soon.such an amazing place weather business lesure or relaxing breaks. .very refreshing.xx also very reasonable prices too.

Clean spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Good size TV in the lounge and in the bedroom. Top location: 5 minutes walk to the station, trains take 6 minutes to Amsterdam Centraal and roughly the same to Schiphol airport. Local stores and cafes nearby.

I was diverted to this aparthotel from the hotel2stay pq they had overbooked so it was not bad but it was not the hotel I had chosen. The people at the reception are very nice but I personally find the decoration horrible.

Probably as a couple we would have enjoyed our stay but we stayed there with 2 small kids in a 3 bedroom apartment.
On the first day we asked for a microwave but they told us to go down from the 5th floor to the restaurant if we want to warm up something. Seriously? With two toddlers five times a day just to warm up their milk etc? Wouldn't have been easier to get a microwave for us for 50 euro? Or get one from another apartment?
When our tv stopped working I called the reception at 8:30am,noon,3 pm.. Nothing happened, but 9pm 2 men came to fix it. (if it is raining outside and you are stuck in the hotel with 2 kids.. You would probably understand why was it urgent)
We booked the place for 4 weeks but because of these issues we cancelled our stay and moved to another serviced apartment.
Also we found long black hair everywhere even after the first weekly cleaning.

Great Apartment Hotel. Great location that very convenient for getting there and great if if intend to use the public transport whilst you stay, as Sloterdijk Station is very close by (Trains, Trams, Bus), so getting into Amsterdam Central is easy for getting around and about.

The neighbourhood is peaceful and quite, making it nice to relax in the apartment. Apartments are very nice, comfortable and very clean. As a hotel, it has some good facilities (restaurant, bar, gym, etc).

Only minor quibble would be the placement of the combi microwave / oven in the kitchen, as that might be a bit too low down.

If you wish to stay there, please note this is a cashless place. This is easy and convenient for most people, but a I noticed for a couple of individuals at check in did not expect this and they had to think about this.

Staff are very friendly and helpful as well.

Very good hotel with small kitchen as very nice staffs.

The location is not the center in the most lively Amsterdam, but in fact it is only one stop by train. ID Aparthoel is right next to the Sloterdijk train station. In addition to the convenient transportation to and from Schiphol Airport, we are also free to take the train to the city. The center, or even to other cities such as Rotterdam, The Hague, Utrecht. If you want to enter the city, you can take the plane tram No. 7 or No. 19 to the city center, which is quite convenient.
Because of the location, the price of ID Aarthotel is relatively intimate, and the room is full of space, and a small kitchen is attached. If you want to wash clothes, you can go to the first floor. They have a laundry room and can change clothes to wash clothes. ! It is quite convenient for travelers who stay for 2~3 days. It is definitely recommended to come to Amsterdam for sightseeing~

Very excellent apartments opposite the train station and close to the supermarket Spar and 5 minutes and you are in the center (Dam Square) by train

Hotel is close to train, bus, tram station. It's nice, clean with friendly staff.

Amazingly warm and friendly staff, great bar and restaurant, and the rooms are exactly the same as the pictures, will definitely be coming back and recommending to anyone.

This is a superb full size appartnent, kept to a high standard, with on suite, leather sofa, dishwasher, microwave, cooker hobs, kettle, safe box, dining table, flat screen tv (with ppv and browser)

Its 10mins by train from Sloterdijk Central to Amsterdam Central.(every 10 mins to 11:45pm)
Heads up you will be asked to pay extra as a deposit around 150(which if you've not budgeted for, can't be nice) also this place does not accept cash! Plastic or online transactions only.
Free WiFi through out. Three is some kind of smart/cable service built onto the TV...? I never used it just plugged in my fire TV and watched what I wanted, or cast from phone or tablet

Very cute hotel, very nice excellent service. Any question / problem happy to help. The room is cool, clean, tidy and well-equipped. The restaurant / pub downstairs in a nice atmosphere. And the food is delicious too. Very close to transportation. There is also parking at the hotel for short

The apartments are very clean, very modern and the staff are more than accommodating, I've gone out of my way to book this hotel as people should!

The hotel is right beside Sloterdijk trainstation which can bring you anywhere!! Looking forward to my next stay here.

Nice aparhart hotel, big rooms and clean and stylish

We been here as a group of four and the room was stylish, clean and got all amenities you would need (dishwasher, microwave, electric cooker etc.)
The WiFi connection was strong and each bedroom had its own bathroom.
Hotel has parking, a beautiful lounge, gym, sauna, nice restaurant and laundry room which is around 5E for washing + drying.
Reception is 24/7 and the staff is friendly, helpful and always kind with the customers, nice one guys !

Have only just checked in here, but first impression is fantastic.
Nice staff despite corona, and our room is fantastic for us.
Very clean compared to other hotel.
The costs are also very reasonable.
For budget hotel / apartment ...

Good atmosphere n location.. Stayed in studio executive room. Kitchen is an advantage to prepare native food if you stay longer period. Room clean will be taken once per week.. Based on request we can get cleaning, toaster, electric cooker.. Etc. Overall good experience with this apartment hotel.

The crew is not tolerant to non europeans. The way they treated us is disgraceful. Should be ashamed.

Clean, nice, right next to the train station with easy access to just about anywhere

A great hotel, staff always smiling and helpful, will do their best to assist you with any query or problem. The rooms are well equipped and the hotel itself is in a great location and is well connected to everything (metro, train, tram nearby). The only complaint about the cleanliness of the room itself is that even after we asked the staff to clean the room again because upon arrival we found it messy (dust, garbage under the bed, dried food stains on furniture and children's hands in the windows), well cleaned.
If you are staying, I definitely recommend breakfast, the choice of food is large enough and the food is delicious.

Nice enough hotel with good sized apartments. Was very disappointed to find out there was a large deposit required and, despite insisting it was on the booking details, having checked all my confirmation emails could not find any mention of the required deposit. Not a fun way to start a stay.

Super helpful People , the only complain that i have od on the girls that cleaned the rooms , because our room was not cleaned at all , there was pills (Pink) and pistacio under the bed but besides that i had a splended time there and Will visit them again soon. The hotel staff was the best and they did all that they can do to help us.

We absolutely loved our stay there, the building is literally across the road from the station, and we had the friendliest receptionists greeting us. It is situated in a business district so its super quiet (perfect for a good night sleep) and only 10 minutes by train to Centraal station (2 euros one way). We had a 2 bedrooms apartment which suits perfectly for a group of 4 as there is an en-suite bathroom in each bedroom. If I ever go back to Amsterdam, which is likely, I will definitely stay there again!

Friendly and cheerful staff. I accidentally left my bag outside the hotel and they were very helpful in retrieving it. Nice spacious rooms.

This is the place to stay when visiting Amsterdam.

I stayed in a studio apartment and it was absolutely fantastic. Although I was not well on my first night, the Room was lovely and warm. Great view too. I woke up at 3am and was really unwell and couldn't get back to sleep, so I went to reception and they had some medicine available. I managed to get back to sleep and was so grateful for the help.

I got up in the morning and made some bacon rolls and had some coffee and took in the view, It honestly felt a home from home.

Situated 1 stop from Amsterdam central is handy, however there is local stores outside the hotel where you can stock up on necessities.

Beds are really comfortable and shower rooms are a decent size also.

Personally I'll be coming back here whenever working in Amsterdam again.

Everything has been great. Stored our luggage early to check out the city. Very close to Sloterdijk station for easy transportation. Nice modern room with kitchen. Great restaurant downstairs. Very friendly staff.

We stayed in one of the executive studios. Fantastic location just over the road from the station. Lovely staff who all speak great english. Breakfast was buffet style, definitely worth the price with lovely touches like fresh juice and mini pancakes. Only minutes by train from the centre. Really highly recommend.

The apartments are wonderful and suitable for families and clean and close to you supermarket and no other and about 2 km whole street Arab shops and groceries and restaurants

Amazing experience. We extended our check-out time just to enjoy the apartment for a little longer. Very friendly receptionists, clean rooms with all amenities we would need and nice service. Would love to return.

Lovely apartment. Staff are great and helpful. Station just across the road one stop to centre of town. Uber drive to town is 9mins. Lovely breakfast and perfect weekend break here.

Excellent hotel. Very good cost benefit. A little bit away from the center but very close to the Sloterdijk station which is a central station.

The place is clean but no smoking is even outside the hotel

Cozy and uncomplicated. 25min from Amsterdam central by metro, too far from the center for a city trip. Nothing works without the Metro and Uber. There is no metro from 00:30 to 06h. Uber only with credit card at the moment, cash is not possible!

Friends were staying here so came to visit - rooms were spacious, full and clean. Wish I stayed here!

Very clean rooms although it is a 3 stars hotel you have basically all what you need from tv (smart) to dish washer in the rooms

An amazing hotel! Did go all the way around as we didn't realise the entrance was at the side. Pretty seasonal decorations. Friendly staff upon check in and the friendliness of the staff continued throughout my stay. Always willing to help and make conversation. There were 5 of us staying so we had a 3 bedroom apartment. Apartment was really nice! In order to get your deposit back all you had to do was put the dishes in the dishwasher/wash up the dishes & put the rubbish in the bin, which was obviously no problem. I have already spread the word about how much I loved staying here to friends and family. If I were to go Amsterdam again I'd definitely stay here again!!

Wouldn t stay here again. Well I even have not checked out earlier as booked so you can stay there but don t have to...

Convenient transportation to city center and airport by train. Hotel ambience is very nice.

Good sized rooms, excellent service/layout. Very good location with the closest station only 5 mins away, and Amsterdam Central only a stop away.
