Very good and comfortable. Good services. Very well placed with access in 7 min by train in the center every 10 min. Disappointment on billing errors at the end of stay, rectified but we must be vigilant.

Fantastic friendly service. Great facilities, close to public transport 10mins out of Amsterdam Central. Apartment was well seviced and the comfiest bed I've ever slept on. The joining bar does a fantastic dinner menu and provides great space for socials... maaaan. I wish i could have stayed longer!

It was a wise choice. We support three couples. The central station is right in front of the aparthotel. The staff very friendly. Some of them even speak Spanish.

****Avoid****Rooms are dirty and are not cleaned enough nor towels changed whilst we was there for 5days , put a 100 deposit down when checking in and spent most days from 9am-10pm in amsterdam central , checked out and asked for 100 back and to be told after rooms are checked it will be put back on my debit card and might take 3 working days , left bags at hotel till flight which was 5hours as had to check out at 11am nothing was said about room when came back collected bags end of trip , came back to england and waited week and half to email amsterdam id to be told that my apartment had traces of smoking in it and the charge for smoking is 200 but because it traces there keeping my deposit , amsterdam id was never going to inform me about this as they had time when i was in the hotel 5hours after i checked out , they have also not got no evidence or provided me with evidence that i was smoking in the apartment e.g: fire alarms going off , stayed in mercure hotel which is next door and that was a better service than amsterdam id

I would recommend it to everyone, a place that I have enjoyed for 3 days every week for 1 month.

The hotel is conveniently located near the station. The room is a bit small and the big luggage needs to be placed in the living room. The worst feeling of staying at this time was that the pot was not washed! There was grease on it... There was no dishwashing detergent and cleaning utensils, only to be washed in the dishwasher, so give up the idea of cooking in the apartment. There are dust in some places in the room and living room, and the cleaning is not very thorough. The bathroom supplies are very small, only one for three nights, and only one and a half rolls for toilet paper. It needs to be strengthened.

Excellent location opposite the train station, five minutes to Dam Square in the center of Amsterdam, the hotel is comfortable and safe from all directions, I recommend it

Apartment was nice. But i was lying in bed sleeping when someone who works there came into my room an started measuring stuff around the apartment! Nobody wanta strangers just walking into their room at any time never mind when they are sleeping!

yes really a top hotel. was only threatened by a new intern from the Roc dacosta street. but after giving 2 spring rolls, he became quiet again.

Fantastic staff and being located a 5 minute walk from Sloterdijk Station meant getting in and out of the town centre was quick and easy.

Rooms were big and roomy. Clean on check-in and had all the amenities needed for our stay.

Would definitely recommend staying here.

The hotel is a price / performance hammer. The staff are very courteous and friendly, without being overly intrusive. The rooms are large and have a sufficiently equipped kitchen.
From the hotel you don't need 5 minutes to the bus / train / tram stadium and from there you can explore all of Amsterdam.
Should we be planning a visit to Amsterdam again, we would use the hotel again.

Comfortable, clean and well equipped apartments. Quiet area but very well connected. Super friendly staff.

In general, the hotel is good, everything corresponds to the photo, the only thing that was not on the list is a toaster , minus the fact that the floors are very dirty, and obviously they haven't cleaned under the bed for half a year, our room was on the side of the construction site, and in the morning we were already up with the workers

Ah Mustindan Railway Station takes the ferry to the other side. The landscape platform is on the top floor of the opposite building. You can buy a ticket before you can go upstairs. The ticket is divided into a simple landscape building, and you can play the two kinds of expenses. Autumn is a very exciting activity, don't try to be timid. There is an elevator to go to the viewing platform. If a wheelchair friend wants to take it, the staff will be happy to help with the seat.

Great location right next to the train station (1 min walk). Hotel parking costs 15 euros so very affordable for Amsterdam. The staff are really welcoming. Clean and spacious rooms. Access to sauna and gym.

We went to the bookstore (at the station) to buy tickets and thus have unlimited access to public transport (tram, bus and metro) for 13 50/2 days. Very interesting deal to be able to move easily and at any time of the day.

Luxury apartments in the sense of the word beautiful furniture and the kitchen is complete and bathrooms clean and apartments in a beautiful area and far away from the traffic station about 10 minutes from the center and safety in the building above the excellent and the positions are available but with a fee of 15 euros per day I recommend in the accommodation

Great place to stay and it's close to mstersam central. Just a train ride away. The only thing bad is the wifinis a little spotty sometimes.

Home away from home.....this is by far the best property...well connected...all amenities & very friendly staff.

Stayed here with friends for 5 nights. Was so impressed with everything. Across the road from tram line and train station. Great friendly service, lovely clean apartment with very comfy beds. Downstairs there's a very nice restaurant and bar with loads of sofas and pool table and is a lovely place to relax. Will be looking to use again in future.

Great experience for family of 4! Relatively inexpensive for Amsterdam with 15 EUR parking per night. We had a huge two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment with a nice kitchen. Plenty of space, clean and comfortable beds. Even their pillows were decent for European hotels. Just wish they had a laundry machine in the room, but they do have machines and dryers in the basement.

Convenient locarion. 5 min walk to the Sloterdijk Station and 1 station away from the Amsterdam Central. Rooms are very clean, but do not expect room service to come change your sheets every day. The service is available upon request or is done once a week. The staff is really friendly, helpful and always have a smile on their face.

Nice and clean apartments which is about a 10 minute train ride from the centre of Amsterdam.

The hotel makes a super good and friendly impression. The kitchen we found unfortunately in a bad condition. Stove and dishes were dirty. The rest of the room is very comfortable and clean. You feel very well and have everything you need. Being so close to Amsterdam Sloterdijk station, the city center was within a few minutes.

Clean apartments with a distinctive hotel feeling. Fairly small for the price. The position is far from the center but close to a big train station easily connected to everything, it depends on what you're looking for.

An alternative way of conceiving hotel reception: mini apartments, also quite large with an equipped kitchen ideal for those who need to prepare their own meals independently because with children with allergy problems.

This is the most favorite and comfortable hotel during my visit in Europe. The hotel staff is very good supportive and helpful and the hotel is near with the train station. Fantastic weekend stay. Nice to have a kitchen for lazy pj breakfast. Great location for exploring Amsterdam and regions.

Rooms are a fair size and comfortable, not cleaned to the highest standard - but good enough I suppose. The gym is well equipped and almost always quiet and their sauna (an infra red one) tends to be quiet too, but sadly is not quite large enough for me to lay down comfortably on the rack.

Very conveniently located near the train station (under a 5 minute walk), but not in the most exciting part of town. Still it's only a 10 minute train ride to Amsterdam city centre or 15 minutes from the airport so it won't take long to get to something more interesting.

Expected much better room (cleaner, at least) for the price. Staff at the desk were great though. Ground floor parking is very convenient.

Overall a good experience, only downside is that the bathroom and shower are split up into two rooms. You are also able to cook and eat in the room itself if you prefer.

Beautiful, modern apartments, equipped with everything you need, even a smart tv ! Very clean and smartly designed. Just a few minutes to a train station where you can get a train/tram/bus to anywhere you want. Highly recommended!

There isn't much around it, but Sloterdijk station is 5 min. Walk away and Amsterdam Centraal after a stop in 6 minutes. Reached with the Sprinter ( 2.40 one way). Ticket (ns) can even be purchased online in advance for printing or for the mobile app.
Price-performance ratio is great, in the hotel billiards and table football as well as an infrared sauna can be used free of charge. The room was large, nicely furnished. We even upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment. The kitchen is well equipped but the stove was encrusted and some things such as the light switch or the bathroom bin were broken. The reception was friendly and quick. Parking costs a reasonable 15 per night (i.e. 2 days if you stay one night). We would book again!

Establishment to avoid! We had bed bugs and apparently according to the night shift it was not the first time.
There were 4 of us in the two bedroom apartment and each had bed bugs. We had pimples.

A change of room took place but on entering the new one, it was already occupied by people who were sleeping and who woke up with a start! This incompetence is unacceptable.
The establishment to wash our belongings and luggage but that was not enough because we returned to France in our car with bedbugs !!! Thank you for the gift...

To top it off, no apologies from the hotel manager and a partial refund of only 200 (overnight cost 300) was made.
It is scandalous in view of the inconvenience caused by the incompetence of the establishment !!!
