Their products are sold as high range, their problem is water and not knowing how to stop it, placing the flaw of their products on installers! Their own products were installed by myself in my home without their water stop (about 8 years ago) and it was I who created a "candy" with gel to protect the extension cable joint, power supply of a well-known brand unknown Chinese, even undersized, no surge protection; to date, everything is still fully functional!
We are the professionals who recommend your products and put your face on them.
If this is the way to make Made in Italy I will recommend other products, perhaps cheap brands.

If I could go back I would completely use other products. I have been asking for technical assistance for the replacement of a spotlight out of production for months without obtaining any solution. Their dealers are absolutely unprepared. However, we are talking about products that are certainly not high-end but at the level of assistance they offer no guarantee.

I was really surprised to read some negative reviews. The product is truly exceptional, both aesthetically and technically (resistance over time). Also in the company (Umberto inprimis) they are always available and attentive. And if some retailers are not sufficiently prepared and correct, it certainly cannot be generalized.

I give him a star maybe too much. I counted the company for a problem, sent a manager to him, then they all disappeared, no one was understood anymore. I was told that it was a serious company (thankfully), maybe I would also remove that of stella.
