Ameritech installed 7 windows and 1 sliding glass door. Triple pane glass made a major difference to energy savings. Installers did a fantastic job cleaning up. I would highly recommend Ameritech if you are in market for windows or doors.
We were approached by a Home Improvement representative while shopping at BJ's. Knowing that our roof was well over thirty years old, we agreed to meet with an Ameritech salesperson. Abdullah arrived promptly, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. We liked the GAF roofing system proposed, saw and liked a home they had done with the shingles we wanted. We felt the price and financing arrangements were very good for the quality we expected. The installation team, led by Angel, was very prompt, professional, and neat despite the extremely hot weather - completing the job quickly and with little interruption to our daily life. Our new roof looks great. We couldn't be more pleased.

We had our 21 windows installed in May 2012. The men that came to install did a wonderful job and very friendly. They worked very quickly and cleaned up everything. We are now saving a significant amount every month on our electric bill. We love our windows and will use Ameritech in the future.
I contracted Ameritech to install attic insullation in my home that was severely under insullated. The team showed up on time and worked quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up after themselves and took good care of my home. I am satisfied with that job. I had Ameritech come back out to give me a quote on a new deck, the same project manager met with me and found a more pressing issue that needed resolution immediately. I am now having them install gutter guards. The company really takes care of thier customers, they do not try and sell anything but moreso .take care of issues that the untrained eye doesnt detect or notice. Truly a wonderful experience
We had insulation redone by Ameritech almost two months ago. We love the concept of the system we received and it's been warmer in the house. Now the time came to replace our sliding doors. Timmy was our door salesperson. The presentation was great and answered all of our questions. We can't wait for our 2 new triple pane sliding glass doors to be installed!

My experience with Ameritech in the last two weeks. We did a consult with Ameritech to get a quote on windows. While their windows were of good quality from what we could tell, we felt their prices were too high and decided to think about it. Like most companies, they of course offered "sign-up right now" discounts but we passed to think about it. Within two days I lost my job and was relieved I did not sign-up for windows that could take up to 10 years to pay off. What turned me off from this company to the point that I will never use them when it comes time to do my windows is their aggressive sales team. Within 24 hours of the consult I had one call--telling me the general manager can come out and offer an even better price. Within 48 hours of the consult, it was now the Vice President who could come out and offer me even BETTER pricing. 72 hours of the consult, was text messages and more phone calls with promises of better pricing to which I told them I lost my job, they still tried to push the sale saying they are confident they could get me a price I was comfortable with. After telling them to never contact me again--it took about 5 days before the calls started again, several times through out my day. This is not a company I would ever want to do business with, their aggressive sales tactics prove not only are their windows overpriced, but they don't understand the word NO.

Update: Received first phase of windows and they look great! Installers were super knowledgeable and patient when I had lots of questions. Phase 2 starting next month! Already signed the dotted line.
Abdullah was very nice, outstanding customer service I would 10/10 recommend this company to other people. He was super polite an understanding and very professional he helped chose the windows we wanted an the color scheme with us he gave amazing advice and changed my point of view of modern windows he even educated me on modern windows.
They came out, then tried telling us it would cost 300% more than any other company Ive received estimates for. On top of that they call every 30 minutes harassing us!! Horrible and NOT worth your time of day. Rep tried to say they didnt have my number, yet they keep calling it repeatedly HARASSING ME.

The project manager came to my house and inspected all my windows, found a lot of problems with my current ones, she made an outstanding presentation and I was very impressed with the quality of the windows she showed me. She was very patient and helpful, took her time to explain me everything without pressure. I can't wait to get my windows installed and in the future I'll do the doors. I absolutely recommend this company if you want good quality. 5 stars!!

The triple-pane windows that Ameritech installed are amazing! There is tremendous temperature difference the rooms in my 100 year old house. It is especially noticeable when I open the window and the hot air billows in from the outside.

We've had Ameritech come and do two big jobs in our old house: E-shield/Ultramax and gable venting, and installing 2 sets of French doors (front and patio steel doors). They did awesome work - and we called them again to change out our patio door - and they came out the NEXT day to give us an estimate. These guys take the time to explain exactly what you're getting and give you quality products and service. We have not been disappointed and you won't either.

I was introduced to Ameritech in 2011 when I was more than ready to replace my windows. Two moths after meeting with the sales person, the Ameritech technicians were out on time to install windows throughout my house. Doing such an excellent job, several months later I solicited to have my two sliding glass doors replaced. Earlier this year I had them come back and install e-sheild in my attic and replace the my entry door with a more secure one. The e-shield really came in handy particularly with the over 100 degree temperatures we have endured the last few weeks. It proved itself to be a great investment. Now I will have them to install a new deck on my home, I can't wait to enjoy walking out onto it from the second floor of my home.
Even though I have a security system I feel even more secure with the new windows, sliding glass door and entry door.
I am extremely happy with their products and customer service and would recommend anyone to use their services.

Since my last post I have had Ameritech complete two additional projects, the deck and attic insulation system (e-shield ultra-max) I am extremely satisfied with the products I purchased with them. In the near future I am having my roof replaced. Will update again once the work is completed.
Ibrahim Ahmed, Senior Project Manager has been my personal project manager on every project on my home. He has always been available to me as I've needed him. He's always extremely professional and I have to say Ameritech is great but without Ibrahim it wouldn't be as must fun. He has made my decisions easier to make.

He arrived promptly when scheduled, walked us through the process without all of the sales hype and, at the end, gave us what we consider to be a very competitive price. We could not be happier with the experience, highly recommend. And by the way, I don t write a lot of reviews, so to write this one means that the expert was truly 5 star.
UPDATE: Installation was accomplished, basically 8 windows in one day. The team arrived when promised and all work was accomplished and well done. One would not know they had been here after they left, except that we definitely have warmer rooms now, highly recommend.
It's been about six years since Ameritech built a sunroom for us on the back of our house; at the time we found they did a great job and the techs who worked on it were absolutely first-rate. Now, after six years of weather, we can say it really lasted well, remains in perfect shape, and we are really enjoying it. We have returned recently to get an estimate on a different project.
Our presentation was wonderful and she was very knowledgeable and gave a great presentation. I would have her back again.

Ameritech put in the Ultramax insulation in my attic in 2018 and the product has yielded amazing results in lowering my overall energy results. A/C repairman commented on the effectiveness of the product.

The Qualaty of the windows seem good. There is a sound reduction of noise that I can definitely notice and the room temperature.

We recently had a new front door installed by Ameritech. The door has a venetian blind in it, so that it can be adjusted on how much light comes in. I LOVE my door so much..

I'm very pleased with my windows...they look very nice. The men cleaned up very well afterwards. I didn't give 5 stars because a couple of the windows were not closed properly. They were locked but wind was still seeping in. However, 1 phone call was made and they came and corrected the problem as well as showed me what it was and how it should be. I would use Ameritect again and recommend as well. It's very windy today and no air is coming through.

Mike best is one of the best sales persons, i have dealt with in construction in years. His knowledge of the products for home improvement is above those that have tried to sale these products to me before. His approach is sensible and appreciated as a great sales person. He care about the customer financial burden and makes it more than fair for the customer to get product of need and not of want. This is a rare thing for any sales person to particularly care about a customers needs instead of wants. On the average the sales presentation makes me want to puke. But by having a concern for customers financial situation. It makes him a real person and that is exceptionally rare.
The product is of quality and seemingly to work already as I felt a difference of the attic from the old draft and loss of heat through the roof literally. To now having it trapped and pushed back into the house as it should have been done originally.
My suggestion, if you want to get a sales person that will deliver. Give old Mike Best a call!!! He will take care of your problems and point out your required items for energy savings.
We purchased a few triple pane windows from Ameritech in 2012. Th windows made a substantial difference in the comfort level of our kitchen and family room. The company representatives were all courteous and professional.
We have now decided to replace the rest of the windows in our 29-year old home. Ameritech and the triple-pane windows they have are our choice.
The sales rep, Tim, has been very professional and provided great information and service.

I received professional service from AMERITECH Corp during the installation of insulation in my attic. My Senior Project Manager Ibrahim Ahmed, did a very good job going over the pros and cons of these type of installation. I was so pleased with the savings on my utilities bill, I had the insulation placed in a rental property. As a result of upgrading my rental, I was able to increase the rental fee based on savings the renters would receive on their utilities. I was such a satisfied customer, that I had my roof also replaced. Again another well done job by AMERITECH led by Senior Project Manager Ibrahim Ahmed. My husband and I originally had Ameritech come out to our house and give us an Estimate on replacing a junky old builders grade sliding glass door. We had seen several different types of doors at Home Depot and Lowes but they were all the same low grade handy man specials and we didn't want that. Our project manager really took us around the door market in just a few minutes and gave us a great definition of what a real high quality door is suppose to be like. We were so impressed with Ameritech and their custom made doors we decided to get the project started on the spot. We were thrilled when Ameritech came in much earlier than expected for the installation. The crew that came out here was on time, on schedule, were diligent, and did an amazing install job, all in one day at that.
There was a slight error in one of the door trim pieces and Ameritech, without hesitation, ordered us a new piece and rectified the problem. The Warranty on our custom door was wonderful and no maintenance on the product is exactly what we needed. We were impressed with the level of customer service that we decided to go ahead and invest into resurfacing our old worn down wood deck with a new Ameritech Composite decking system. were sooooo excited and cant wait to get the project started!! We will certainly be recommending Ameritech to all our family, and friends.
We have used Ameritech for many years. They installed all our windows (16) with triple pane windows, and our beautiful front door, and we have always been happy with them. We have now ordered patio doors which should last 40 years at a good price. The technician who came to see us was punctual, knowledgeable and courteous and did a fine job of explaining and selling his product. Ameritech has always been very good about follow-up on our windows, even sending someone out to reaquaint me with the tilt-in cleaning or replacing the balance systems. We will most certainly use them again in the future.
Our salesrep came in Covid ready. He took his time explaining all that is involved. More importantly made us feel comfortable with no pressure to purchase anything. We really appreciate his professionalism and the product that he was presenting.

This is my 3rd time getting windows from Ameritech. I have been happy with the product but did change up on the window manufacturer to a window that had more glass surface for our 2nd set of windows. My 2nd representative from Ameritech was not particularly easy to deal with, enough so that I seriously considered going to a competitor this next time. Additionally, the workmanship on the 2nd go-around was disappointing. The windows were installed but the damage to the interior frame and walls required a lot of work. Ameritech sent Mike Best for my last set of window replacement, knowing that I was already a very frustrated customer. I did not make it easy for Mike. He addressed each of my issues, those former ones from previous experience and any current ones I had (financing, timing of work, workmanship). Mike Best won me over! I am finishing up with Ameritech for my last 9 windows.
Ibrahim Ahmed, the Senior Project Manager, is a major blessing. He took time to make sure we understood the services Ameritech would provide and worked diligently to develop the product to meet our expectations. He has been most helpful in helping us to move forward on projects that we knew had to be done but just kept holding out. I would recommend him to anyone in need of home repairs.

Outstanding experience from the moment the project manager introduced himself through installation. The project manager, Will Butts, was very friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable of his products and the other products on the market. There was absolutely no pressure from a sales perspective. Great experience. The installation team met and exceeded all expectations as far as professionalism, courtesy, being considerate, and ensuring that the work areas were cleaner than when they started. Windows were a bit pricey when compared to windows at Lowes and Home Depot, but when you get down to a comparing material, build, and warranty, Ameritech Windows were untouchable. Just replacing a few windows in our home made a huge difference in temperature regulation and we instantly noticed our furnace running much less often. The windows are so spectacular my wife and I are reaching back to them to replace the remaining windows

Ameritech has replaced 2 doors with storm doors on their first visit. The second visit they replaced the roof. This visit is for the purchase of a front door with a storm door. We are using Ameritech because they have shown that they have quality products with a staff that puts customers first.
This is my third business transaction with Ameritech. I now have replaced all windows and doors with triple pane glass. The difference is quit noticeable and the desired effect has been achieved. Timmy has been my contact all three times and the service has been excellent.
We used Ameritech to replace our patio doors about 6 years ago. We were very pleased with the doors and the workmanship and decided to get an estimate on window replacement. Tim was detailed in his presentation and we decided to go with Ameritech to install a triple pane reinforced vinyl window, an option which was never offered with any other window company. The cost was reasonable with the discounts provided. I can't wait for the installation.

My experience with Ameritech Construction Corp. was excellent. I had siding, gutters, soffit, insulation and facia wrap installed, and throughout the project; the sales rep, the account manager and the construction were polite and took pride in cleaning up at the end of each work day and they practiced good "construction safety." All I communicated with were willing to provide information about the status of the work and did not hesitate to answer questions. They demonstrated commitment to providing an excellent Customer Service and I will consider them for my next home improvement project.
The old window in my bedroom let in so much heat in the summer and cold air in the winter that I had to run a space heater and window air condition (on top of central air). The window Ameritech put in (triple pane) makes a huge different in energy, looks great, and not only opens from the bottom but also the top (with a sliding screen). They also replaced our front door, which had an awful draft coming through it. The new door is SOLID and air tight.
EDIT: It has been almost a year and everything is holding up. We went ahead and had the patio door replaced and it has made a huge difference with temperature and our energy bill. We didn't realize how bad our old one was until we had a quality one put in. We are now getting the rest of the windows in the house replaced and it is definitely worth the investment!
