My gutters were installed in August of 2012 and I must tell you they are the best thing we ever did. I am leaf and post fall debris free. The workers were professional, neat and really worked to give us the best possible job. Very friendly and extremely focused.

If you are considering gutters to address leaves in your gutter, contact Ameritech, you will not be disappointed. Again, friendly, efficient and economical. A Five Star operation. Love it.

Please note that I am writing this three years after installation because the job has proven to be durable and lasting. That is why I am now contracting them to address my front door issues.

Ameritech Removed my exterior wood trim and installed maintenance free vinyl trim and did an excellent job. I no longer have to worry about painting anything outside of my house!

Repeat customer for this company. Great products and great customer service. Sales rep was prepared for an outdoor consult but came prepared with face mask and gloves as extra precaution. I m sure we ll have them back in a year or two for our next project.

I heard about Ameritech Construction at the DC Travel and Adventure Show. The project manager came out on time to give me an estimate on covering my exterior wood trim on my townhouse with PVC aluminum material so it'll never need maintenance in the future. He was very thorough in his explanations of the different materials, costs, and methods. It seems like they are a very high quality company which will provide the best work. I received two other estimates but I have decided to go with Ameritech.

Horrible experience. Ibrahim arrived to do an estimate for insulation and an entry door. During the required 90 minute presentation my wife had to respond to a text from work. She was told to put her phone away because he was working. We thought he was joking but he said he was serious and repeated that she needed to put the phone away. We asked him to leave at that point.

We needed over 3k feet of insulation that Ameritech will not install in our home.

Ameritech did our door. We were pleased. There were no surprises everything was just as we expected.

We had Ameritech install 26 new windows seven years ago and we have been extremely happy with the quality of the windows and the lack of problems and/or maintenance. Their professionalism, honesty and no-nonsense approach is admirable and is why we are going with them for a new roof. Mike took us by the hand and schooled us on roofing. Truly an A+ experience and company.

We had Ameritech Construction replace out roof less than a year ago and this morning we signed another contract for new siding. Great company. Premium products and warranties. The seven gas filled, triple pane windows have a forty year warranty, the roof fifty years, and the siding is lifetime. Mike was our roofing specialist and Timmy handled our siding. Both were extremely professional and they clearly knew their trade.

Ameritech Construction installed doors for us in 2008, so we are a very satisfied repeat customer. They installed a front entry door with sidelites including internal mini blinds, which have worked great since installation. They also installed two triple pane sliding glass doors from our family room to our 2nd floor deck which have been fantastic, even during the winter months, which is where the snow piles from off our roof. All in all we are ready for this next install of bay window replacements.

Another triple pane patio door from Ameritech to be installed. The initial ones are doing great with no problems since day one. Timmy has always been straight on with us as to quality and price and installation timing. Very satisfied to date and looking forward to the next door. One of the existing doors was moved to the basement in order to have three of the same type and quality.

Ameritech did an awesome job!!! Timmy came to our house and explained everything about the windows we were buying. We got triple pane and they are fantastic! They came out when scheduled and work neat and clean. One window had a manufacturers defect and AMERITECH reordered the window without any problems. After a year they came back out free of charge to inspect windows to ensure they we were still happy and there were no issues. We couldnt be happier with the quality of the product and amazing service they provided.

Ameritech built our sunroom to perfection two years ago. Four seasons, temperature controlled and absolutely beautiful. The work was done masterfully, followed all the codes and was completed on time. The best investment we've made in a long time. Ameritech installed a triple pane bay window several years ago. They protected all my plants outside and cleaned up afterward like promised. The wood trim inside looks great. We are now having them install 3 doors to finish off the rest of the house. Tim has assured us they have the best service of any company!

Ameritech has given us new windows which filter out the heat from the sun, make the house quieter, match our stained woodwork, and has no maintenance upkeep!! While the windows were not inexpensive, the performance of the triple pane, ultra low E glass, in a composite structure, coupled with the lifetime warranty, make it an excellent investment. Installation was quick and expertly done, and cleanup was thorough. Most of all, Michael Best, our salesman, has been the BEST (no pun intended)!! He is very knowledgeable and has been very responsive to our requests. He has been a real pleasure to work with.

Today I received an onsite presentation and estimate from Ameritech. At the end of the presentation I chose to use their services based upon the quality of their products, overall cost in comparison to local competitors, the level of customer service I received during the sign up process and during the presentation. Also the reassurance of the product with the warranty. Overall I am satisfied with my decision to use Ameritech Construction for this project and will definitely use them in the future.

They were hired to insulate my attic. They did not remove the old insulation or seal the recessed lights as discussed. When I contacted them to discuss the issues they would mo longer return my calls. Poor customer service for a 5000.00 job

Yes, it was two years ago. But when the cold weather rolls in and you can feel cold air coming from your attic and you paid over 5000.00 to have it insulated, it kind of gets you a little upset.

While I did not end up going with their product, Starmark by Okna windows, Abdullah Ahmad(the product managager) did a great job conveying the quality. The windows seem like some of the best on the market and the company was willing to provide a very fair price after some negotiation. Abdullah was knowledgeable on the product and was able to answer all of our questions, he even taught us some new, interesting things. The visit was enjoyable, and Abdullah was easy to talk to, open and responsive and even took time to educate the kids when they had questions. For customers looking for very high quality windows who want an enjoyable sales experience, I recommend Ameritech Constructon Corporation. The only reason we didn't buy is because the Starmark windows were not within our price point.

Ameritech installed a sunroom and 2 triple pane sliding glass doors in 2007 they both are in excellent condition. We are now starting to replace our windows now with the same triple pane technology. I would recommend them to anybody looking for high quality products.

Ameritech service has been very helpful in providing me great heating and cooling performance within my home. They replaced all the windows in my home and my house is very quiet now and there is no loss of air anymore. My house is way more efficient now. The neighbors have given them great comments on the work provided by your company. We once again wanted to maximize the thermal efficiency of our home, so we had Ameritech come out and Sr. Project Manager Ibrahim Ahmed come out and he was thorough in showing us the energy loss we had in our attic. Ibrahim showed us the perfect attic system and were so impressed we decided to go ahead with the project and get our attic up to par for Max thermal efficiency. It was a pleasure working with Ibrahim and are looking forward to having our house cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter.

We had Ameritech install new windows last summer, and have been very happy with them. But since our utility bills didn't change much, we agreed to have Mike Best come to evaluate our insulation situation. Turns out our attic's insulation (if there ever was much), is completely insufficient, not to mention that it doesn't come close to meeting basic guidelines. Mike was friendly, informative, and energetic without being pushy. He showed me exactly what needed to be done to significantly reduce our heat and AC loss, and even moved some stored items around in the attic to simplify the scheduled installation. Fingers crossed that this will do the trick to make our upstairs bedrooms more comfy.

We had Home Depot measure for a front door replacement initially. After discovering Ameritech at a booth at a local fair, I scheduled an appointment to have a representative look at our door and show us samples. The demonstration that the Project Manager gave us was very educational. We learned many things about doors and windows that we would have never known otherwise. After learning what a great quality product Ameritech offers, we were sold immediately! They were prompt for their appointment, curtious and upfront and honest. I highly recommend this company to anyone in the market for new doors or windows.

The first experience I had with Ameritech was in 2009 when I bought my home when I needed a new front door. I was visited back then by Senior Project Manager Ibrahim Ahmed, who came over and walked me through the quality of the Ameritech doors that were way over and above the quality of the other companies I had seen. Since then I have worked with Ameritech to replace two more doors on my house and windows. I just completed a contract to get siding done on my home (07/2017) working with the same Senior Project Manager Ibrahim Ahmed to replace my siding for my home. I will recommend Ameritech for their professional people, their straightforward approach to my time, and especially the quality of their products.

My first experience with Ameritech was in 2011 with the purchase of 5 windows, 3 basement windows, gutters, patio door and front door. It was a bit pricey but worth it. The guys that came out to do the job were great. I have a finished basement but the window wells were not created so one of the guys built a window frame around all three windows in the basement. I asked him how much it would cost me and he said it's part of the job which blew me away and it looks fantastic! Now, I saw three spots in the ceiling from the last big storm and thought about a roof. It just happened that Ameritech contacted me to see if everything was OK and to see if I would be interest in any additional estimates. I thought of my roof. Today, Sept 2016, I had a really nice guy, Chris, come to my home and explain the roof work and insulation options. With the experience I received in 2011, I felt really good about having Ameritech complete this work especially since it comes with a 50 year warranty. No other company gave me this type of warranty. From my experience today and in 2011, I recommend Ameritech specifically for the quality of work that is provided and superior quality of the materials used and they back it up with a 50 year warranty. As soon as my recent work request is complete - I'll write a review.

Very professional initial consultation. Our project manager Michael Best....was...well, the BEST!

Starting our third job with Ameritech. That says it all however, I wanted to point out that I was pleased to see them following the CDC guidelines when entering our home. Great on you and believe me it is MUCH appreciated!

My wife and I purchased Ameritech windows 10 Years ago. The windows not only raised the value of my house, but our energy bills decreased. Our house now stays cooler in the summers and warmer in the winters. My wife especially enjoys the ease of cleaning the outside of the windows without having to go outside of the house. Additionally, throughout the years my glass sliding windows were broken and Ameritech immediately came to the house to assess the situation and made repairs within the week. Ameritech is a company that we would definitely purchase from again in the future. We are currently looking at putting a deck onto our house with Ameritech and our Project Manager, Mr. Ibrahim is helping us figure out what's the best way to go about it. Also, our 10 year old windows still look as good today as they did 10 years ago.

Ameritech came out to install our windows. We purchased 28 windows and they have be phenomenal. We are going to have them replace all of our exterior doors now. They were on time and the installation team was extremely professional. We asked to have three of the new windows replaced with picture windows instead of double hung windows. They ordered the windows and promptly swapped them out. It has been a very pleasant experience.

Ameritech installed windows and a side door on my garage and also installed gutters on the garage and house. The work was completed on time and very professionally. Michael did an outstanding job of providing us with an education on what makes a quality door. He was responsive to our needs and preferences. Both Michael and Hugh were masked up when they came to the house, and followed CDC guidelines.

Very disappointing with the customer service of this company. I reached out to request a quote on a new deck. However, after many calls (which yes I was unavailable to take their call and requested a call back) of a new person asking the same questions over and over I was tired. I then got a call from a nice gentleman named Derek who calmed me down on my anger towards the bad customer service. He and I discussed how I would be happy to give an hour for him to come out and give me an estimate as we already know what we want.. just have to see if Ameritech could do it. Derek transferred me to a rude woman who proceeded to ask questions I already told her I answered and then when I refused to say I would have 90 minutes to spend with them she said too bad its their policy and they can't help me. SERIOUSLY? Extremely disappointed since I saw such great reviews regarding them. Oh well, someone else will now get our business!

Love their products. Great stuff that hold up exactly as they stated. Products that I bought: Windows, siding, doors and e-shield insulation. Windows are triple pane; greatly reduced heat coming through the windows in the summer and keeps the house warmer in the winter. Best part was the immediate reduction in outside noise/sound dampening. I sleep much more sound at night not hearing everything going on outside my house. Siding has sound reduction and insulating material. Another bonus. Doors are solid and again, reduce noise and better insulate against heat and cold. The e-shielding in the attic is the best out there. My electric bills are way lower just as Ameritech said they would be. Their sales people are awesome, not pushy. Guys like Timmy Gayle go out of their way to ensure that you, the buyer, are fully satisfied with your installation and the quality of the overall experience. Ameritech's products are worth the money, you won't regret investing your house's future value with them!

This is our second time working with Ameritech. We had a great experience 5 years ago and look forward to replacing some windows and adding our new door. Great, no hassle deal with our initial visit.

2.5 stars. Read below for why. Ameritech installed new windows on my main level and replaced my sliding glass door in the basement. The sales presentation was thorough, informative and all my questions and concerns were answered. The rep was very knowledgeable and is a very good salesperson. I set up my appointment through my BJ's membership. If you're ready to get work done, go ahead with the appointment, but if you're just looking to get pricing, be ready to say no because they will push hard for the sale.

My experience and interactions with the production manager was less than pleasant. He couldnt commit to the install crew finishing at a certain time so I left him a VM informing him that I'd need to reschedule. Not only did he not call me back, he still sent the install crew out and I had to turn them away. Then it took another several days to get the new install date and he didnt hide his frustration with me when we talked on the phone. Very unprofessional.

The install person (yes, they sent ONE GUY out) was great and I had no issues there. The install took about 11 hours because he had no help. That's ridiculous.

I probably wouldn't engage them for future work. I do have minor repairs that I need to get done this summer, but being in commercial real estate, I have contacts in the construction industry so that will be a better route for me.

Updating my review because the president called me after reading my Google review and said he was disappointed after reading about my experience. He said they were working with a new lender and he was going to see if he could get me a better rate. I said that was great and thanked him. Well, I never got a follow up call and received my first invoice tonight. I suspected he called hoping I'd update my review and now I know. Just glad to be done with everyone at Ameritech.

I love my new door and my husband enjoys it more because it keeps his man cave nice and warm. This company is very professional and reasonably priced that we are going back to get our gutters done.

We have used Ameritech now for three projects. Our windows, Entrance doors and now house siding. The windows are triple pane windows. They have always been professional and reliable. Their workers are fast, efficient and clean. They leave your premises better than they have found it. I highly recommend Ameritech Construction for your housing needs.

Ameritech has been absolutely tremendous to work with in terms of the high quality product they provide, and the outstanding customer service they continue to deliver. I can't undetestimate how important it is to find a contactor that truly delivers that combination. Not only are the windows and doors manufactured superbly, but the techncians are curtious, professional, and efficient.

Ameritech did our decorative front door in 2011 and we absolutely love it! It changed the front of our house. We now just signed up for some triple pane windows and sliding glass doors. Had my front door and back patio door replaced. Everything was great! They show up on time, communicate well and clean up before they go. The windows have given us no problems just hired them for the 4th set of replacement windows in our many-windowed house.

Ameritech installed my front door and sidelites and we are completely satisfied with their work. We also had them come and replace all our windows with triple pane glass. We are now having Ameritech install eShield attic insulation. We no longer have any drafts coming through the door and receive many compliments on the decorative front door glass. Our energy bill has been good since we're better insulated from the hot weather we've been having lately in Virginia. We expect to get better energy savings with the attic insulation. We highly recommend Ameritech!!

I had my sliding glass door and bay windows replaced and I love them! The windows glide easily and are easy to clean. The sliding glass door keeps my kitchen warm. The installers where great and did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. I would use them again.

High pressure sales tactics, can't reach anyone on the phone, overpriced product (like twice as high as the other two contractors I spoke with -- too late -- as it turns out) and REAL JERKS when it comes to cancelling orders. I wouldn't recommend these people to a dog I didn't like. The ONLY reason they get one star is because I couldn't post without some sort of rating. If it was up to me, they'd get no stars at all. OH - did I mention Ameritech had EIGHT complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau? Yah, you might want to reconsider your choice of contractor.

Triple-pane window product offered the best outcome in terms of energy savings. Ameritech did a great job on replacing the entry door at my old condo and did a fantastic job. So we called them about our new townhouse.

Triple pane windows, and doors installed in2001 by Ameritech. We have been pleased with the energy savings and have decided to get the attic installation and a new roof with E-shield!!! So pleased to be working with Timmy.

We had a beautiful door installed last year. Great support, friendly installers and a high quality product. Back again with Ameritech for work on our gutters. Their oversized gutters (6" wide) will be one less thing to worry about next Spring and Autumn.

The project manager assigned to give us a free estimate was AWESOME!!! His presentation was straight to the point and he did a wonderful job explaining the process as he kept our attention throughout. Usually my husband gets bored whenever he sits through a presentation but he was very interested and even asked questions. GREAT JOB!!!

Ameritech replaces all my windows and my sliding glass door, I am extremely pleased with the work and the crew who performed the installation was great. They didn t leave any trash or make a huge mess.

I had previously had Ameritech come out to do my siding and front door. They took care of any issues I had at the time, including when some siding came off in a windstorm; they came out and fixed it promptly. They have a new product called eShield for insulating the attic. The demo is really cool when they use a heat lamp to show how the insulation keeps the attic from overheating. It's made of the same stuff used in NASA space suits (literally, they have the patents!). I had the same project manager both times (in 2006 and this year), and he managed to hook me up with some good discounts for being a repeat customer, as well as 0% financing and some extras to help improve efficiencies that made the whole package attractive. With them having previously done the siding and front door, and now the attic and back door, my house is pretty well set as far as energy efficiency goes, both now and for future federal regulations (the stuff they use overqualifies for regulations set for 2030). A great company to work with.

First and foremost I appreciate Mr. Ford arriving to our home promptly. My time is very important to me. His presentation was quick, clear and concise. My husband and I are now getting new windows from Ameritech. I am very excited and feel like my money and time will not be wasted.

I beyond impressed not only on the work quality but the service. When we sat in the sun room that have 3 windows and french doors we would feel the draft from outside. After getting my french doors and windows replaced no more draft. I had them do all my major windows and replace my french doors and not regrets. I've called them back to finish up my 3 remaining windows and my entry door.

Its money well spent. Oh, almost forgot. My electric bill in the summer went down 40%.

Its been over 5 years and still happy with my windows and their service is above others. My windows are tripe pain and loving it.

I now am having them installl a vinyle 4 season sun room and their repesentative Tim Gayle presented their sun room exceptional and answered all my questions.

Its been over 10 years since Ameritech has installed my doors and windows and I have been 100% satisfied with the doors and windows including their service. I had a door that the internal blinds turned yellow and they came out and replaced them without any hassles.

I am now having them replace my roof for my home, garage and shed and looking forward since my existing roof needs replacing. I went back to them for the quality products but mostly because of their top notch service.

Im not sure how I came across Ameritech today but just out of curiosity I began reading the reviews. Maybe this will bring some light on the subject of "high pressure" sales and price gouging. To begin lets go over the phrase "home improvement", companies like Ameritech dont sell just any window from lowes or home depot. For the most part they have an exclusive product that is unattainable by another company or consumer. I read one review that said the window itself was 900.00 and that was outrageous. Im a contractor myself and I have to charge anywhere from 900 to 1300 for a triple pane window installed because once again these are premium units. So as far as price gouging, not in the least bit. When you want the best quality and you need to "improve" your home it comes with a price. Now lets move on to the "high pressure" side of things. I believe that its only high pressure if you opt to not take advantage of their sales and rebates. What you dont understand is that these companies can provide you cheaper prices depending on their quotas. As I have read Ameritech does a good amount of business in VA therefore allowing their sales reps to pass on savings to you. These savings usually only go on monthly because of quotas being filled. I bet anything that the customers that take advantage of the savings consider it a blessing and not high pressure. So in a nutshell if you want premium products and service call a home improvement company. If you want the basic products that usually dont last due to the vinyl composite (dont get me started on that) just go to lowes. Right now lowes has a sub standard window for about 399.00. with installation and metal wrap your looking at about 650.00 per window. Your choice. By the way I just noticed that that window is in fact a double pane with low uv and r values. And before you think Im affiliated with Ameritech, think again. Im in Hedgesville WV sbout 100 miles away

I m am now having them do triple pane sliding glass door in my dining room. When they put the same triple pane HUGE picture window above my front door, which has made all the difference In the world! I m am sure I will see the same difference with the new door.

Not the cheapest, but defiantly the best!!!!!!

We had Ameritech do our windows a couple of years ago -- got the triple-pane -- the windows are of good quality and have held up well. The crew was polite and whenever service was needed, we have received prompt support. We're going with Ameritech again for replacing our front door & another door in the back -- good team.

Ameritech did our triple pane windows, they did a great job. We can feel the difference during the weather changes. Will highly recommend.

Ameritech did my front door, last year about 7 months ago. I love the door and the installation looks 100% better.

I used Ameritech 3 years ago to replace all 11 windows (including a large bay) - they were outstanding. On the hottest day of the year they dispatched a large team to get the job done in one day rather than several. I've only had to place one service call for a sticky window - no problem - no questions - they are awesome. Then, when I decided to do the replacement doors, I called Ameritech again. Kevin Kraske did a tremendous sales job and helped us make our door selections easy. Although our doors won't be installed for a few weeks yet, I have every confidence that Ameritech will perform with the same quality and service I experienced in the window installation. I would definitely recommend them!

I am very happy with the 9x9 palladium window i had installed a few years back. I am currently having 8 new windows installed. Ameritech is very professional. They cleaned up everything after they finished the job including some of my own trash! Great company from top to bottom!

Good experience, wasn't expecting to sign today but got a discount

The windows Ameritech put in my house are very secure, strong, well built, and keep all the heat and cold out because of the super insulation in between the pane of the triple pane glass. its very good quality. The slide mechanism of the sliding glass door is very smooth and works exactly as it should and I had them replaced back in 2004/2005 and they all still work just as good today as when they were first installed.
