My fiance and I sat through a 3 hrs presentation with an Ameritech salesman and he provided detailed information about windows that we would have not considered on our own. Long story short, we were convinced to look no further and hire Ameritech to replace 11 windows throughout our house. Ameritech maintained communications throughout the entire process and even after the installation they ensured to follow up with us. Needless to say, the windows are of great quality, easy to clean, and the indoor temperature is more manageable.

We are very happy with our Ameritech Construction experience. Our window installation was painless and productive. Yes we did realize a decrease in our energy bills and most noticeable we now have a much more quiet home. Ameritech was very easy to work with, very professional installation and results are better than promised.
We had e-shield insulation installed in the attic five years ago. We noticed immediate heat-reduction. The second floor was cooler *that* day. We are still really happy with the quick installation and the energy savings. We're cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. We're talking to them now about more work, like replacement windows and roof. Ameritech did a great job. They're also easy to schedule with, because they were available when we were.
Ameritech put in new Windows upstairs in our home. We like them WAY better than the ones we had Home Depot do downstairs! The clean up was perfect. Attention to detail also deserves a 10. We also had them do gutters and downspouts. Again it went perfect. We are now having them do a new front door. We expect the same results. If you are in need of something these guys sell, you should defintely get an estimate! You will not be disappointed.
I am editing our review because our experience has taken a complete 180 degree turn. I'll leave the original review below. We had doors installed by ameritech, and they're working well. We also had shutters installed, and that was a HUGE mistake. It really looks like they just slapped a last minute deal together with whatever they had leftover from a larger order. Some of the shutters started to come off, and when we called in to get that fixed, we were told they had to order the pegs. Now, how do you not have any in stock. This is a ~5-inch plastic peg. It takes no space up in comparison to the other items Ameritech deals with. Anyways, after being told they had to be ordered, we had to wait for them to come in (~3 weeks until we heard back), and we realized there is only one person in charge of responding to service calls! How does a company this big have one person to take care of everything, with no backup? What happens if the technician is sick, away, or on vacation?
We had some problems with the sales rep shortly after meeting with him, so we spoke with the owner, Gary, who was very professional and promised us that he'd make things right. He told us that when we were ready to replace our windows, that he would take care of us personally and give us a very good deal. When the time came, I called Gary's direct number on a Tuesday and didn't hear back from him at all. Someone else from ameritech contacted us almost a week late. By that time, luckily, we had already met with Thompson Creek and had signed an agreement with them. Couldn't be happier with our Thompson Creek experience, but that's a whole different review.
To make a long story short, sales pitch was good enough to convince us, then things went downhill. The contractors that showed up for the doors did a good job. Experience talking to the owner was neutral. It took forever to get the pegs for out shutters in, and now we were just re-scheduled AGAIN because the technician had a personal emergency. Just a terribly set-up company.
Needless to say, I would not recommend you do any work with ameritech.

On April 18th, 2015, we had the pleasure to meet with a project manager of Ameritech Construction. He showed up on time at 4:00 PM and stayed till almost 9:00 PM to explain everything patiently. Was not pushy and understood what we needed done to our house. He asked us what was more important us, then we talked it from there. After a while we decided to sign up to have the work done. Hopefully the work will be done by June. We highly suggest using Ameritech in assisting your home improvement. Also if you have a BJ's or Costco membership, you may have a good incentive.
Ameritech installed 23 triple pane windows in March and we immediately saw a savings in heating and cooling costs. The most significant factor that we saw was how comfortable the office in the front of our house stayed even in the heat of the summer. My wife and I were so impressed with the work and quality of the product that we are now having a roofing system installed.
Will was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when answering questions. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the customer service Ameritech has provided us. We are doing our third phase of windows and have been very happy.
Had a great experience working with both ROBERT & CHRIS. They were both very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I loved the quality of the Starmark Windows. As a whole the company was were very accommodating and creative with their finance options.
Kevin s presentation helped me with the decision to replace some of my worst windows. He has assured me that these are the best. He has done a wonderful job helping me. He has a great personality too. And a very nice person!
Ameritech Construction has provided work for us in the past. We had a sliding glass door put in and have been very pleased. The work was clean and professional and exceeded our expectations. Ameritech put in triple pane windows before and now we're having them finish the job up. Also having them add a triple pane sliding glass door. Saw an difference in both the energy used and the sound from the outside. Timmy helped us both times and we had a great experience dealing with him.
Ameritech completed our ultramax insulation and we've noticed a dramatic improvement in the quality of our heating and cooling. Very professional installers, and easy to work with!
Ameritech did a great job on our siding last year, so we called them when we needed windows. For the siding, they were responsive and very helpful when we had questions. The job was done on time, actually a little earlier than expected. We were very pleased with the finished product! I would recommend Ameritech.
9 months ago we had a triple paned picture window and casement windows put in the LR. We are very happy with the service and products. We are at the table again looking at replacing our double hung BR windows now! And the heating costs have gone down from just the few we had replaced before, we are looking forward to even lower A/C bills this summer. Thank you Ameritech.
Back with Ameritech again for kitchen triple pane windows with the great insulation properties! We are also getting a solid outside door this time. As usual the sale person, Timmy, is very knowledgeable about all the products and he gave us all possibilities for both the door and windows. We have always been very happy with Ameritech every time we have used them and again in our new house as they have not disappointed. They have high quality products, help you with financing, apply discounts to the pricing, and installation is done very professionally. We put in our windows in 2015 and realized shortly after that we've been losing way too much energy. Our energy bills were cut in half, and even more during winter. Timmy came out to our house again in 2017 and tested the windows again, they were still preventing the same heat loss as when they were just installed. Highly recommended! Today was my third time having help from Ameritech for my my home upgrades needs. The first time was when I got my windows replaced. My home was built in the 1959 and the windows were shot. After 15 years, the new windows are still perfect!. The second time was Ameritech replaced new my front and and back French doors 10 years ago. The job came out perfect. Now I'm replacing the vinyl siding on my homes addition.
Senior Project Manager, Ibrahim Ahmed, who helped us with the above mention doors came out and show us siding options. First, he didn't try to sell me options I didn't need. Second, he showed me why my siding needed to be changed and why Ameritech's siding was better then the Home Depot siding, which it is. No joke, this stuff really is better. The price for this job came in much lower then I thought and I was completely satisfied. The last major job to be done on my home will be a new roof and I'm going to call Ibrahim first because I now Ameritech is going to give me the best options for the job.
It's a pleasure to see Ibrahim is still with Ameritech. This is the same guy who helped me the doors. For a sails guy to stay with the same company for over 15 years says something about Ameritech Construction.

The demstration for replacement windows by the sales representative was very good. The installation team was very professional and completed the installation of our windows within the scheduled time. Everyone was very professional and we'd recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

We had new doors and trim installed a little less than a year ago. We had a great experience throughout the process. We had to have Ameritech come back out and make some adjustments due to hot and cold cycles. They have lived up to their warranty and we are extremely pleased with the company as a whole. The cost does seem high in comparison to competitors, but the worry free, high quality products and services backed by a lifetime warranty are more than worth it. We are now utilizing their services to replace the exterior trim on our house. The company is very well organized and structured to deliver top notch quality throughout the life cycle of any project. Even more, they stick by your side after the check is signed.

Ameritech installed my triple pane windows in 2013. They are AMAZING !!!! Super energy efficient. Noise reduction also was a immeadeatly noticed. Timmy Gayle was my represantive. He's very knowledgeable. If anyone is in the market for new windows call Ameritech Construction !
I initially signed a contract with them for some windows and gutters (should have waited a day). Thinking things over the very next day I cancelled the contract (I had 7 days). I called and confirmed they received said email/cancellation. Now almost a month later I still haven't received my initial deposit back. I have called multiple times and the customer service and executive are both out of the office so can't address my concerns. Before signing a contract get at least one other quote for a comparison. I got 8 after the fact and every single one was cheaper, A+ BBB, and 4+ rating on google.
I have recently been in contact with Ameritech regarding the installation of the balance of the windows for our townhouse. I appreciated the way we were treated initially and how we continued to be treated by Ameritech. Their service is very good and their people are the best. From initial interview to final installation all went as described. I am only sorry that I don't have another house where I can make use of the services that Ameritech provides.
I had the front and side windows of my house replaced in 2008. When the windows were replaced, I immediately found that they made a noticeable difference in both the summer and winter months; they kept the heat out in the summer and the heat in during the winter. I'm very pleased with the product and haven't had any issues in the past 10 years.
We had Ameritech install the attic insulation for us last year and it works wonders in the summer. The upper AC unit (attic installed) is now in a much cooler place and works to cool the upper zone much more efficiently. Cuts down cooling time by half at least! Thanks!

I had my windows replaced by Ameritech. The crew was courteous, efficient and did a great job. I had previously had my sliding glass door replaced as well, and the crew did not like the original trim job that was done, so they went ahead and cleaned the trim, going above and beyond their original work. I would do business with them again.
We did not go with this company but asked for a quote for siding. We experienced aggressive and unpleasant sales tactics. The salesman stayed for 3 hours to try and wear us down and made us feel very uncomfortable in our own home. There was a discount for making a decision on the spot. I made it clear that we would not be making a decision on the spot and yet he continued to push. Over an hour was wasted telling us that the company was great and every other company was terrible. I have no idea whether the products are any good but I do not trust a company using such aggressive sales tactics.
We are a very pleased with Ameritech Construction Corporation products. We have a sunroom in our Stafford, VA. We enjoyed the sunroom while we lived in Stafford, VA. I would recommend this company to anyone who would like to get a product from Ameritech Construction Corporation. Ameritech doesn't excellent work and they stand by their products!!! We had new windows installed by Ameritech about 2 years ago and I want tell you how happy we are that we did it. These triple pane window have been excellent. We have noticed a reduction in our electric bill.
Ameritech did windows in our last house. We made the mistake of using someone else first who didn't do a good job. Ameritech did such a fabulous job we had them come back and complete the rest. The triple pane glass they use made a huge difference in energy costs and sound reduction!!!
Ameritech worked at my home 15 years ago to replace the soffit. With the excellent job they did, I called them to add siding to my porch. They are professional, have great craftsmanship, and appreciate their loyal customers.

Ok where do I start. This company has been great!!! My salesman John was the absolute best. He was courteous, polite, very knowledgeable and always followed up with me in a timely manner. Went above and beyond his call of duty. I would also like to mention the great customer care from Levon the Ameritech installation technician. I purchased windows, a roof, gutters and the work is amazing and so far the products are excellent. The windows are beautiful and you can definitely tell they are energy efficient. These types of home improvements are always going to be expensive so it's not much that you can do about the cost. I think they were fair and they definitely worked with me to get a price and payment that was affordable. I would highly recommend this company and would use them again for my future home improvement needs.

This is my fifth project. Ameritech has done hardy plank siding, a four season sun room, attic insulation, triple pane windows, and now another set of windows plus new door and shutters. Timmy has helped us on almost all of these projects and, as always, has been professional, fair, and very helpful. Ameritech always cleans up their work, the crews are always efficient and quiet, and the quality of the work is consistently high. I continue to use Ameritech because of the high quality of their products, installation, and personnel.
Last year 2017 I had a new roof and insulation put in. You could tell the temperature difference. upstairs right away. My townhouse is more comfortable with the insulation. The guys did a great job installing the new roof.
In 2016 I had the company wrapped all exterior wood trim with pvc aluminum which gave my house a great "facelift". My house still looks good.
Ameritech did our siding and our sunroom. People stop us in the street to compliment the siding. The sunroom has been great, and we enjoy it every day. Good work!

Overall great experience. Sales rep Kevin made an awesome presentation, one of the best we've ever seen. He explained everything fully and answered all our questions. Installation was on time and very clean. Installers were very nice and took extra care not to damage gardens or bring dirt into the house. One and only service call was resolved without incident and on schedule.

I was offered to get a free estmate with no obligation while shopping at BJ's. I met with the Senior Project Manager, Mr. Ibrahim Ahmed who was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, explained what I needed to help reduce my high energy bills, and the entire process of the perfect attic system, so I decided to use Ameritech for my home improvement needs. Ibrahim actually got in my attic and did a through inspection to determine where my energy loss was coming from. Upon closer examination we learned that he insulation was the original from 1976 and had never been updated and to make matters worse, it had severly settled to the point where only a few mere inches were left. Ibrahim was very detailed in explaining and making me understand about the deficiency of the energy envelope of my home. So happy I had Ameritech come out and help solve this problem for me.

Project manager Sam Marable came over and did a great job explaining - not just the doors but he did a full energy efficiency checkout including the attic! Sales manager Matt Eldridge came in person to clarify on questions. Great experience dealing with them indeed. Excited and looking forward to the installation now.
We had Ameritech Construction to install Oxford Triple pane windows and patio door. The salesperson, Timmy Gayle, was very professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He insured that we fully understood the windows performance and cost. (We are truly satisfied) On the day of the install, the guys were proficient and very clean. We were really impressed with their workmanship and cleanliness. Months after the install, we needed some adjustments with the screen tightness and Levon, the service technician, came out and fixed our problems and did an excellent job!! We are thankful for our triple pane windows. This winter was extremely cold, but we were warm, with no drafts. Kudos to the windows and Ameritech!
I am very surprised to see such high ratings of this company. Maybe if you get through the sales pitch the quality is good; I can't speak to that. We had a sales person come in to quote us on windows. He was fine in the beginning, but the already long appointment ran long (2 hours) and ended in a high-pressure sales pitch. We were upfront in the beginning that we were likely not going to sign anything that day, yet he ended with well if you aren't going to sign this contract today that must mean you don't trust me or my company....those types of sales tactics do not sit well with me and it was so uncomfortable having him in our home at that point. He left and since then we have had MULTIPLE sales people call and email both me and my husband about when we are going to make our purchase. I spoke to one person on the phone and I let him know that I felt their sales person was aggressive which he didn't even acknowledge and asked if their manager could come out for a "shorter" meeting. I let him know that we didn't want to move forward (we went with another company) and he hung up. This company is rude and aggressive so beware if you schedule an appointment.
Ameritech just completed their second job at my house. I had them replace my windows earlier and they just replaced my trim and soffit on the outside of the house, and it looks great! It feels like my house had a facelift. I was having major issues with carpenter bees drilling into my wood trim for the past several years. And each year more bees would show up to drill. I was discussing this problem with the sales rep, Timmy, and he suggested that the new vinyl trim would alleviate the issue. They gave me a decent price and arranged for financing.
The work crew was AWESOME! Yes, I was one of those annoying customers that did not understand the process of the installation and I had a million questions. I talked to the crew foreman daily and he patiently explained every part of the process to me. On the final day they waited for me to return home from work so we could do a walk through and inspection. When I arrived home the foreman was at my next door neighbor's house with his ladder. It turns out that while he was waiting for me he was kind enough to help my 78 year old neighbor with a problem he was having with his gutter! And it was done totally out of the kindness of his heart. Not only that, he cleaned up my front window that had been dive bombed by a bird and which I could not reach without a ladder. I never expected that kind of service, but that is what you get when you hire Ameritech. They are not just there to make money; they are there to improve your home with quality products, installation and service. I wonder what I will hire them to do next?
Ameritech did a great job recently installing new trim and adding gutter covers to my home. They left the outside area in perfect condition when they were done. I recently called them back to provide an estimate for attic insulation. The offer was within my budget and as a result they will be doing the insulation work as well. Timmy represented the company well and addressed all of my questions to my satisfaction. I would recommend Ameritech to family and friends.
Our rep was very helpful and friendly. He was able to answer all our questions and set us up with a fair deal on work we need done. We are very satisfied return customers and expect to call Ameritech again when we need work done in the future. Their work has been top-notch. On the rare occasion we have needed them to fix a problem, they have been onsite to take care of it within a couple days and taken care of it.
We had 2 doors (front, basement slider) installed a couple of years ago. We were very pleased with the quality and service. The difference in temperature in the basement was immediately noticeable. This year, only slightly interested in replacing our siding, we met with Ibrahim. We appreciated his professionalism and thorough knowledge of his product. It is clearly a superior siding, especially after experiencing the upgrades from the doors. I highly recommend this company for their knowledge and pleasant staff and great product.
Had Ameritech install siding 19 years ago. Now due to faulty istallation I have rotted sheathing and window frames. Product is warranted for life but not the installation.
I have had nothing but a hard time! I now would rather pay the cancellation fee than deal with their incompetence. I was promised certain financing options that never happened, then was blatantly lied to by someone from upper management, claiming I was responsible for the entire contract price, even if I do not get the work done! Finally I was in contact with the "president" of the company and now I have to pay 25% for them not doing any thing! Thanks for helping me pay for absolutely nothing.
Ameritech has completed 2 projects for me ( 1: Front door and 2: 500 sq ft deck expansion ). I highly recommend them to others wanting a great company to work with on any project you may want done.

I ve owned this house for 36 years. I replaced all my windows before i knew about Ameritech s triple pane glass. I wish i found them first, i wouldn t of wasted thousands of dollars!!!! Ameritech Construction is a great company that does great work. I've had them do my deck and the siding on my house and years later everything is holding up. Today I met with another representative who gave a great consult for my church. She was knowledgeable and very professional. Looking forward to continuing working with this company. The pricing is not cheap, but neither is the quality of the products they sell.

Ameritech did the windows in our last house, and we were very pleased with the quality and professionalism of their work. When it came time to do our roof, they came in with a good quality product (GAF) and a good story on the quality of their work - Angies' list, BBB, etc. and most importantly, a good price with clear information on what each portion of the job would cost, instead of some other contractors who came in with a much higher bid for the same materials and job, with little info available on what contributed to those costs. The consultant was knowledgable, friendly, and not high-pressure. Answered my questions, and gave me confidence about a large investment.

I had trim work and e-shield done on my 3 level townhouse. Timmy Gayle from Ameritech gave a wonderful presentation and was able to help me along every step of the way! The crew did a nice job and cleaned up after they were done. The trim looks great and the e shield helped with temperature on the 3rd floor. In fact, while they were installing the e shield, the techs noticed my attic fan was arcing and they recommended I call an electrician. An electrician came out a few hours later and when I took him to the attic he said, wow! I thought it was going to be very hot up here but it's so much cooler!
