Very disappointing. Foul food. I fell ill (flu) and received no care or medication to help me get better. Staff however Very friendly.

Stay in August 2017 very disappointing and regrettable:
* Missed medication twice, forced to ask them!
* Error in drug delivery, intended for another patient!
* Refusal to give me a medicine that fell under the bed!
* Transmissions not made
* No fresh water in the room in the heat wave (tap water from the bedroom sink ...)
* 400 euros deposit at the entrance !!! 80 deposit for the TV remote control; 6 per TV day
* Compared to the dedication and kindness of the hospital staff, it's day and night!
* Voluntary exit subject to discharge ...

Excellent establishment of S.S.R. (Follow-up and Rehabilitation Care) Very good medical and paramedical teams. Very welcome and coordination with the family of the resident patient. Spacious single room equipped TV. Bathroom and separate WC, with walk-in shower. Cleanliness and perfect hygiene.

First of all, there is a great lack of personnel.

The response from Les Buissonnets, after having received a registered letter and a private interview between the family and the management, was null.

I would like to remove this star because I think this establishment should be closed. Francine, you must be a parasitic opinion. Either you have Alzheimer's (and I'm sorry for you and your family) or you haven't been there.
Food is actually awful.
The staff. Apart from the physiotherapists and the adorable nurse (Mme breton), the nurses and a few caregivers (and I mean some) the staff are at VOMIT.

My 83-year-old mother at the time had just had a leg amputated. We put it on the 1st floor. Apparently a dying floor. Mom has been abused several times: verbal, mental and physical nastiness (flushing while the person is seated, an acquaintance broke his arm tendon ...).

I alerted management. First contact with a manager who tells you that the second floor is better than the first. Wow. I had never seen this.
My mom goes up to the second. It is true that it is better but good. Monsters are prohibited from entering his room.

The director explains to you that the nursing assistants involved have not found any other job, it is food. I don't mind, but we don't do this job when we have no empathy for people.
I asked the sanctions department. Results: still no response from them after a year.

My mom was then (6 months later) to the hills for her prosthesis (PERFECT establishment) where she found people who came out of the bushes. These gave a negative opinion. Wickedness. Disrespect for the person ...

So a word of advice, not to send someone you love to the bushes. An enemy why not !!!
I think the ARS should really look into this establishment.

I just forgot to tell you that even a doctor succeeded on the final document in mentioning that my little mom had my leg amputated. FYI, I torched her on the phone, telling her that she had graduated in a bonux package and that she shouldn't be the doctor before the operating room. I have of course kept a paper record of his incompetence.

With all these negative comments, and having a member of my family currently in Les Buissonnet and very dissatisfied, I do not understand that the Management remains blind and deaf !!

Staff available and pleasant, and good support from my loved one.
on the other hand the calls on 08 ... are really very expensive, you have to call several times to get the people, it's racketeering!
