My past experience with Ameritech Construction Corporation happened at BJ's wholesale store at Alexandria and the employee from BJ's asked me if I need any renovation at my home. The first thought, it was a sliding door and a lady filled out the paper work. Until next day, a professional Project Manager from Ameritech Construction demonstrated to me a professional grade of sliding glass door. It was an excellent offer and installed within a few weeks. The sliding door has UV protection and triple panel glasses built in and the purpose was for an energy efficiency. I can tell big different since it has been installed and the temperature is lower than it was in the past especially the summer time. The professional installer did the excellent job and the staff offered excellent customer service to meet my needs. I would highly recommend Ameritech to anyone that wants a Fantastic project. I was so happy with the custom door install that I decided to now have my whole house of siding, trim, and gutters done.

I had windows installed by Ameritech and I couldn't be happier with the job. The triple pane windows make a noticeable difference to the heat retention in my home and I will be purchasing more of them. The installers were clean and professional and left no mess for me to clean up. I would recommend Ameritech.

First, the roof looks great. That's the only reason for 2 stars. Otherwise it'd be 1. That's it. The experience getting there was not good. It was my own fault, my defenses were down as this company was recommended by BJ's and Costco Wholesale clubs, (whom I've had great experiences with, be it for doors, cars or vacations) so I assumed it would be the same here. I was wrong. The very charming and persuasive salesman convinced us (with his "expertise") that I needed new soffits ("see how there's no light coming through?" sounded convincing) AND pointed out stains on the wood panels in the attic (" look how flexible it is!" & " these stains show proof of leakage") . Being they were recommended by these 2 buying clubs, I bought it. He promised he'd be there both days to make sure things were done right. He wasn't. I called and he said he was not able to make it today, to which I reminded him it was actually tomorrow, and he stammered something. The only man of the 4 who spoke English (another broken promise, because I couldn't speak Spanish well enough to ask questions) said he only had to replace 1 panel and it WASN'T one of the ones he pointed out that were so bad! Then when the soffits got replaced ( a week later) because of his recommendations, the worker (who put in ill fitting not-as-pourous soffits) said the amount of light coming in had NOTHING to do with state of the soffits! Lesson: don't do what I did and let your guard down with these folks! Use them with caution! It was an expensive lesson in the school of life! I have deck and siding issues that I need and will certainly look elsewhere.

Such a great company to do business with. They did such a great job with the windows now we are having them do our gutters.

I have been patronizing the services of Ameritech for the past 7 years and I am very happy with their quality of service delivery, great customer care and speedy response to any post project questions. I was shopping in BJ's and spoke with an Ameritech representative about getting an estimate for my replacement windows and sliding glass doors. The sales rep who came to our home was personable and courteous. He talked us through our options. We decided to try them out for the sliding glass doors to start. Ameritech representatives who did final measurements and the installers fantastic. They were on-time, they installed their excellent product (which has held up well so far), and the overall experience was excellent. We just signed a contract for the rest of the windows and would highly recommend your work.

I had Ameritech come out for a roofing project. The warranty and the product sold its self. Ibrahim Ahmed, Senior Project Manager with Ameritech was very helpful in the description and pricing of our amazing new roof system. Ibrahim took the time to break it all down and explain to us how Ameritech's roofing system is superior to others on the market. He even took the time to climb into our attic and check the plywood to see if there was rotten wood or damage.
I am looking forward to a great experience with Ameritech!

Ameritech installed triple pane windows when in 2003. And they still work perfect. Completely satisfied with them. I highly recommend them.

I have always been impressed with the service and quality of products supplied by Ameritech. I have on two prior occasions had windows installed through them. On each occasion the process went smooth and easy. Each time they sent someone to my house to go over the available products and pricing options they were very thorough in their explanations and were ready to answer any questions I may have had on the spot. Once the crews came for the installs they were very courteous and respectful of both me and my house. They were friendly crews who performed the jobs in a great timeline while still managing to take the time to be cautious by taking off their shoes in the house and making sure drop clothes were down anywhere their may be a mess created inside. After each of the jobs were done I was very pleased with the cleanup of the yard of all related debris. The only thing that went wrong with the prior jobs was a piece of siding that got cracked from taking out the prior windows, which they promptly and happily replaced that same day.

Combined with my prior experience with the company and the excellent presentation given today by their Senior Project Manager Ibrahim Ahmed I have decided to invest in a new roof through this company. Ibrahim laid out how the roof project would work and the difference in their line vs. the average install. He was excellent and friendly in explaining any questions I may have had about the different components involved. By the end I was very pleased with the product and how well it would work with myself along with the warranty that backs the entire roof system.

Ameritech completed two projects on my home; both of which I am extemely pleased with all facets of the service. First project, I had gutters installed the team was professional and extremely helpful. Second project, I had triple pane windows installed....love them...they are a great addition to my home. I strongly recommend Ameritech and will use them for any future projects.

Had Ameritech out for the first time today to estimate a job. They missed the first appointment time however, recovered nicely, and were punctual for the second agreed upon time. Ameritech installed e-Shield 31/2 years ago and we are completely satisfied with their professional work installation and materials. We are now purchasing a new roofing system.

ACC is a quality source for siding. I love the final product and receive very positive comment from all who see it. The installer was a professional and the attention to detail was there and my house is beautiful. I'm hoping to be able to get new windows and SGDs in the future from them.

Ameritech put in one garden and one double hung window last year. The triple pane is well worth the money! They originally insulated my attic over 8 years ago. They made a big difference. Now I'm having a front bay window done. I'm very confident they will do a perfect job like my last 2 projects.

Sales guy arrived not wearing a mask. He was not helpful in educating me about his product or prices. Just an aggressive sales pitch. He managed to put several scratches our newly resurfaced hardwood floors with his suitcases of samples.

Ameritech put in 6 windows for us about 2 years ago. What a great installion team! The triple pane really does help with energy and comfort. Sound reduction also. If you are in the market for new windows check these guys out.

Triple pane and for the basement. This is our 3rd purchase from Ameritech. Are we happy, yes. Could it have been a better price? Doubtful. The experience that we have each time is nothing but spectacular. The salesmen are wonderful and always trying to work with us. The bottom line is the product. It's worth the investment as far as we are concerned. BTW Ask for Timmy. He's the bomb.

Trey Sturgeon was a very professional and knowledgeable Project Manager He answered all my questions. Completed his evaluation showed priduct choices and an excellent demonstration on the efficiency of the product which was very impressive. He presented my costs and savings . Well worth my time and an excellent choice for me to lessen my heating and cooling expenses with rising electrical costs. Highly recommended.

Received new windows from them back in the Summer. Their team worked with me to try to find what would work both with my house and within my budget. Windows have been great as my upper floor used to get down to the upper 40s even with the thermostat set to 78. Now I can have the thermostat at 72 and it hasn't dropped below 60 upstairs.

We worked with Ameritech to install a new roof. They were very professional. We love our new roof.

This past Winter was really unusual for us - too cold! Thanks to our triple pane windows from Ameritech we have saved about 50% on our energy bill. So, that is why we contacted them to replace our 9 doors (which we had to put paper and towels around this past Winter), so that we are prepared for Summer heat and Winter cold! It was great that we had the same representative for our doors, made everything more comfortable since he was familiar with our home (and actually waited for us to get home - we were running late :)). Can't wait for the new doors!
Don't waste your time on other companies as the quality is not anywhere near the quality of Ameritech! That's it for now . . .

Had front door, transom window,, storm door and triple pane sliding door installed nearly 2 years ago and am so thrilled with quality of the work that was done. The construction was beautifully done, the installers were polite and professional and made sure every everything was perfectly fit and tidied. So impressed that I just signed a new contract for siding!

Mike Best, a representative for Ameritech Construction, was very personable and very easy to work with. He came out to our home on time and spent as much time as we needed going over the window and door products and answering all our questions and concerns. I cannot emphasize enough how pleasant and professional Mike was. He did not pressure us to make a decision and was very patient throughout our decision-making process. He remained in contact with us throughout the period from our initial decision through the end of the installation and beyond. He came to our home during the installation of our windows and door to make sure everything was going according to plan. He also followed up post-installation to make sure we were happy with everything. The installation was done within the 2-day time period that was promised and they reinstalled all our blinds and cleaned up the area after they were done. When they were done, it was as if they had never been there except for the windows which were beautiful. The windows and doors look great! I highly recommend Mike Best and Ameritech construction!

I have worked with Ameritech since 2006. They first added a beautiful sunroom and deck to our house. In the years since, they have replaced our gutters with very well functioning Gutter Helmet like system which has worked very well. Last fall, they replaced 3 windows and added an EShield insulation in our attic. All have worked very well. All workers and salesmen are very knowledgeable and personable. We are now replacing our roof with Ameritech. Both Mike and Ibrahim explained all aspects of the GAF roofing system in a very easy to understand way. The price given to use was excellent.

We've used Ameritech for a front door and then later a rear sliding door. The quality of the product is phenomenal and they've been more than happy to come out for the few minor corrections that the installations required.

The thermal reflective insulation and eco friendly blown insulation that Ameritech installed in our attic made a difference that same day. Our second level was noticeably cooler that evening, July 1st. The salesman Mike Best and the installer Kevin were both exceptional. Kevin swept up after he finished.
If you want to reduce your energy bill and increase the comfort level in your home, consider Ameritech. Your energy bill is perpetual, the insulation cost is not. High quality products good price.

Ameritech insulated our attic to a degree that has made a great amount of difference in the energy bill. We were so pleased with their service and product we are having them install a new front door. We believe in their services 100%. They are friendly and professional and prices are competitive. Timmy was our tech both times.

Ameritech installed the aultramax insulation product in our home last year. This was the best thing we could have invested in for the temperature comfort of our home from top to bottom. Additionally, utility bills have significantly decreased. The quality of the products used are comparable to none. So well worth every penny. Purchased triple pane windows in 2005. Immediately noticed a reduction in outside noise. We have only had to replace one glass pack. The company came right out and replaced it. Just a sales based company. Customer service is no help because they want commission. A window is over 900$ they have people harass you at BJ's. I don't even wanna go to BJ's now because these people. I ended up becoming friend's with one of the sales people. They are basically told to harass every person in BJ's. You should work at a office or hardware store. I don't want a chick trying to sell me windows when I am buying my grandma depends. Your windows don't lower a electricity bill 80 percent. I had to block you from my phone. Be a honest company and you would grow. Minimum amount of windows????? 12,000$ noooooooooooooo thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!! Let me buy my groceries!!!!!!!!;!!!!

Ameritech put triple Payne windows in my house and did a great job! Very professional! What a difference in temperature in the house. Even mutes outside sounds. Of course doesn t totally get rid of sound but I have dogs with bionic ears that alert me. Ha ha

I was interested in finding out more about getting my sliding patio door replaced. I ran into Ameritech at BJ's. They came out promptly and the Progect Manager, Ibrahim Ahmed, was on time. So, living in a house from 1940 in Arlington has been a challenge. A few of my neighbors have built McMansions, but I wanted to stay within the original design of the neighborhood and Arlington proper.
I met Ibrahim from Ameritech eight years ago, and we discussed windows. He showed me a great window, but I was concerned that the windows would lose the Arlington style... I did not want Anderson or other home depot windows... I wanted windows that were new, fresh and efficient, but looked like the originals. Ibrahim measured twice and cut once ... I could not have been more pleased with the windows and the service from Ameritech. They were here when they said they would be here, worked long days and did a great job installing. They cleaned up the yard as if they were never here. I couldn't have been happier.
A few years later, it was time for a roof. I contacted Ameritech and was reacquainted with Ibrahim. My roof has steep pitches as well as a flat roof over the kitchen. Ameritech installed a beautiful architectural shingles and a sturdy rubber(?) inset over the kitchen. Once again, they were here on time, finished the job, and cleaned up like they were never here.

I know I will contact Ibrahim again and will need Ameritech for future jobs. I will tell you, they are my go-to contractors for home construction projects.

Received a presentation on heat shield insulation from Michael Best. Not only was Mr. Best completely knowledgeable about his company and the subject matter, he was engaging, patient with my questions, and completely likeable. He toured my house with me and pointed out issues and elements of which I was completely unaware. At the end, I felt as if I had been educated about and made much more aware of what I had needed for years in my own house! And yes, I will be an Ameritech Construction customer thanks to Mr. Best. Sorry, but I have to say it: He's the "Best."

Ameritech replaced some of our windows about a year ago. They did a wonderful. The quality of the windows and installationa lot better than previous replacement windows we have. We are using them to replace our slider and will use for the rest of our windows .

We had Ameritech install a sliding glass door and it's amazing. We also just ordered the second phase of our windows and can't wait to get to the final phase completed. These windows and company are amacing!

Ameritech installed my Ultramax insulstion and I have yet to have anyone in the house complain about the heat upstairs in the summer.

Kevin was so helpful in providing exactly the kind of information I needed, and didn't push on something I was hesitant about. We'd gotten them to replace the house windows some 15 years ago and are still happy. I highly recommend Ameritech construction for window replacement.

We first used Ameritech to install new windows throughout the house. The service was tremendous and even minor issues with dealt with promptly and courteously. The windows not only make life easier, since they opened easily from the inside, but they look great. However, the really great thing was the immediate cost savings from reduced heating and cooling costs. I would say our costs were reduced by about 40 percent. An unforeseen consequence was how much quieter the house is. Outside noise just does not penetrate like it used to. Based on this experience, we asked Ameritech to give us an estimate on front and back outside doors. We went to the showroom and found exactly what we wanted for a terrific price. Again, the installation went smoothly and they have been very responsive to any issues we ve had, even to the extent of replacing the glass on the French doors when it was determined that the wrong product was installed inadvertently. We ve recently received a demonstration of a new product insulation for the attic. I would advise anyone looking for improving their energy efficiency while maintaining a nice looking home to contact Ameritech. The combination of great products, exemplary service, and courteous representatives can t be beat.

Ameritech put in amazing triple pane windows and a patio door about 3 years ago. I can't say enough great stuff about them ! Then a year later they insulated my attic. Same high quality installation. I am now having them do my siding trim and gutters. I'm certain they will do an outstanding job ! The sales rep Timmy was great to work with. He did a great job explaining every detail. If anyone needs home improvements you should definitely talk to them.

The crew were friendly and respectful, it was a long job but they had a good attitude each day (even when the weather conditions were not the best). We have noticed the difference in how much better insulated we are, the temperatures have dropped quite low recently and wow! Have not had to keep adjusting the thermostat to stay warm. Ameritech installed insulation at my home three years ago, and I never posted a review. The installation team was excellent, and the results of the insulation exceeded what I hoped for. My cold upstairs was now warm without having to set the thermostat on the first floor and my heating and cooling bills dropped dramatically.

Ameritech built us a screened in room in 2012, and we love it! The construction is awesome, and the process was painless and very professional. It s a great product, and a great company to do business with. We plan to upgrade our room with glass to make it a four-seasons room soon. It was a pleasure to work with Timmy Gayle of Ameritech!

Really love the look of these windows, they are strong and sturdy but wonderfully elegant.

I met with an Ameritech consultant about our plans to replace a front door, a rear slider, and install underdecking. The entire experience was exceptional. The consultant was very professional and it felt more like talking to an old friend than someone who was trying to sell us a product. We felt like he did a good job of balancing out the company's natural desire to sell a product and what was important to us both from a financial and quality perspective.

Ameritech installed my entry door about eight years ago. I could not be happier with the look, and well as the efficiency of their product. about three years later I needed to replace a bay window in my Kitchen. Guess who I went too? You got it, Ameritech. Senior Project Manager Ibrahim Ahmed came out and provided me an estimate. Besides giving me an incredible price, he also engaged me in a funny, and most entertaining conversation. I could not have been happier with Ibrahim, or Ameritech's product. On the day of installation two gentlemen came out, and worked for at least eight hours. When they were finished they cleaned up, and introduced me to my beautiful new window. Three years later I am still impressed with the entire experience.

Ameritech is here again and we are talking about our patio doors. The reason they are here is because they did our front door unit a year ago and they were absolutely fantastic . From Tim from whom we ordered the door to Levon who installed it . The product , the people and the co. Service was great . That is why we are back.

We had a great experience with this company. Everyone was extremely professional. They have the greatest Triple pane windows that have been good on our electric bill. I would definitely recommend this company. Timmy Gayle is a great sales man, he is very professional and he knows his stuff!!!

We had a roof put on our house this past summer. The crew was very professional they removed the old roof covering, replaced bad plywood and installed the new roof covering. They had a truck large enough to remove all of the old roof covering when they left. They had tarps down to catch loose debris and swept the entire lawn with broom magnets to catch any loose nails. They did the entire job in one day. We are extremely satisfied

I have a sliding door from Ameritech. Before I had the sliding door installed in my kitchen I had to use a portable heater during the winter months. Since having the Ameritech sliding door I have not had to use the portable heater. I recommend Ameritech very highly and will be getting Ameritech windows installed as soon as I can

I purchased Ameritech and windows and doors a few years ago and have had great results. They still look great and I have had no problems. That's why when the sales rep came to discuss a roof and gutters, I was very interested. Ameritech sales reps are extremely knowledgeable as well as courteous. I can't wait for my new roof and gutters.
