This is our 3rd time calling and using Ameritech. They always listen; they always are professional; and they are always courteous and personable. They are very detailed in their presentation, but are always mindful that you clearly understand. Our third project discussed windows, a new front door/entrance, and a new porch. In other words Ameritech does more than just windows, and by the way they do windows great and at a competitive price. What we like the best is that they believe in two-way conversation where discussing options are the best path to customer satisfaction.
