Purchased triple pane windows in 2005. Immediately noticed a reduction in outside noise. We have only had to replace one glass pack. The company came right out and replaced it. I am now having Ameritech replace my siding and trim. I am really looking forward to my "new" house. Timmy was very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to work with.
