The front was very polite.

I'm glad that there are more variations of the dinner menu ^ ^

This hotel has the standard great breakfast but is in dire need of upgrade which look to be planned soon. Bed is not as comfortable as other Embassy Suites and the rooms need repair. But we still stay here each year for the holidays.
Room was nice, staff and service was absolutely atrocious. The manager and security were rude, unaccommodating and unreasonable. A vast majority of the hotel was booked by guests for an event across the street at the convention center, and I didn't hear of one person that enjoyed their stay here. Don't stay here if you want to be treated with respect.
The beds were super comfy and the rooms were clean. Conventional breakfast was mediocre, but I didnt have an omelette from the omelette bar. Maybe that would have been a better choice. There was no free parking for guests. :(
Big suites! Not enough for things nearby. Airplane noise due to The convenient location.
Neat $ clean, however food tasted old. People were friendly and personal.
Great room but slightly dated bathroom and needs stronger ac fan; bedroom portion of suite gets stuffy even at lowest temperature
Found black mold in my room and had to fight hotel staff to get resolution.
The happy hour provided by the hotel was great. They were undergoing construction so the hotel had a slight "constructiony" smell. They allowed guests to use the gym of the double tree next door. The restaurant was delicious!
The delicious breakfast and the complimentary drinks are a wondeful way to treat your guests
The hotel was very nice and polite staff. The location also had easy access to downtown via the rail station down the street. Wish they ran a shuttle, but it only goes to the airport
It was very relaxing and romantic also enjoyed the breakfast and happy hour everyday
My favorite hotel chain. Breakfast was great and the rooms are sound proof
They literally ran out of soap. My room had 3 sinks plus the shower/tub yet no soap. When I asked for soap there was absolutely no effort to get soap or resolve the situation. Think about this, they must have run out of soap when they were cleaning rooms. This could have easily been avoided by going to any store or related chain (say the hilton across the street) to get soap. Instead they did nothing. I did receive soap the afternoon of my second day. Soap seems to be a small amenity, but I guess I prefer using it when I shower more than they do. Super disappointed!
This hotel is a perfect distance from the convention center and that helps a lot. The bed in the main room is pretty comfy and the bathroom is nice. It's also nice how spacious the rooms are overall. Housekeeping also did a fantastic job and definitely should be commended.
However, a big issue with the rooms are the giant, glass windows looking in on the room. It's creepy how you can see the silhouettes of people walking by and if you have to sleep on that pullout couch then you get all the light from the lobby pouring into your room and it's so hard to sleep. You can also hear every single noise in the lobby in the morning. I could hear them setting up for breakfast as if they were right outside my room and I was on the 8th floor.
The room keys for our room stopped working constantly and was very frustrating.
I called the front desk and asked if there was an airport shuttle and was told there is not, when there actually is.
The elevators took FOREVER to get up or down. Every elevator had a unique little problem that every single person in an elevator with me could point out before we got onto it. For example, the middle elevator took like a minute to stop at each floor after they got there.
If i come back for MFF I'll stay here again because of the location but I won't be thrilled to deal with a lot of the amenities.
The staff was very helpful and brought us extra pillows and towels right away and made us free at home.
A little pricy but the free happy hour and free breakfast make up for it if you take advantage of it.
Great service. Room was fine, but a bit stale smelling and no easily accessible electric outlets for laptops and other devices.
This is a high class hotel with a great location directly connected to a shopping mall in downtown Chicago.
Great staff, very clean area. Love the location as well!
Nice location close to the airport. Clean, roomy, and very affordable. Love the 2 tvs in one room and the separation of 2 beds. I just wish the toilets would be low-flow, they waste so much water with the multiple flushes it takes, but it must be a Chicago thing. Parking is $25 and is limited as is shared with the Hilton Doubletree. A bit out dated fixtures but over all a nice hotel. Great service and excellent customer service.
Great service the staff was amazing and the breakfast in the morning is amazing
Nice hotel, clean and good service. No wifi in rooms.
Clean, good food, included breakfast and dinner buffet. Strongly recommended.
Spacious rooms. Nice view. Concierge is very nice. Elevators are slow.
Great hotel super close to the convention center. Super easy to get there without car
The hotel is nice and clean... All the rooms have a separate living room and bedroom so it's nice if you have a baby because they offer a crib for the second room. However, right now they are renovating the rooms and our heater didn't work so we were freezing all night. The engineer fixed it for a few hours then it went out again. It's a great place to stay once the renovations are complete though.
Bathroom hygiene less. Staff friendly. I sometimes find fake.
Decent place to stay. $26 for parking and there really isn't a whole lot of options to eat around there without an uber.
I like Embassy Suites in Rosemont, however, I noticed a change to the location of Managers Reception. The ONE STAR is in regard to this crazy situation. Managers Reception is now in Basils restaurant.
Long lines make it time consuming to get your drinks. The lines go into the lobby. Kids get in line for their soda in the alcohol beverage line so that adds to the lengthy situation. Other bartenders are around but cant help the only reception bartender because they are selling drinks to those who are not staying. Let me tell you, on 2/17, those guys were not making any business.
Complimentary Appetizers are in the back of the restaurant. Kids converge eating right from the bowls due to no supervision. Waiters try to do their best figuring out who is in the restaurant for dinner because no one knows where they can sit. And, they spend most of their time trying to referee the kids and people sitting in the wrong places! I asked one waiter if they were getting any restaurant business. He said not much anymore! Pretty pathetic! My husband and I were going to eat...he got fedup with the fiasco. So we went elsewhere, even in the lousy weather we were in! We always eat in Basils. What an experience! Terrible! This change interferes with the restaurant operation!
Sorry to see the commotion. People in long lines with long waiting times upset and taking pictures. My hope is someone pays attention to this situation. It's so bad, you can't get coffee. On 2nd floor, in the original location, kids could get soda , juices from dispensers! You could get your own coffee! Not now! Stand in long lines! Plus one more thing, Basils can't handle the volume of those attending the reception. Finally, if you are trying to control who is taking advantage of these amenities, bartender needs to ask to see our guest card! And, give him a helper! He looked pressured because he could not keep up! The experience is like someone is begrudging loyal customers of their amenities!
I hope this situation gets rectified before I return .
Super fabulous hotel! Not a bad walk from the convention center, and much more spacious rooms than the Hyatt Regency O'Hare. There's no completely covered walkway from this hotel to the convention center though.
Parking was kind of cramped and dirty, but the hotel was clean and comfortable
Friendly staff, quality rooms and complimentary full breakfast. No complaints. Will return.
Bad elevators, very slow and would get stuck at times on various floors.
They have a good breakfast set up and the managers special in the evening is nice too.
Accomodated my room preference without hesitation. Hreat service. Nice, clean room.
Comfortable living and office space in the suite. Good breakfast.
Average hotel, I was expecting more for the price, room are clean but bedding lacks good pillows they're too small... No free parking
The Embassy Suites in Rosemont it's terrible their customer service suck it's so confusing and nobody helps you you have to figure it out on your own
Staff are great, they make you feel that you are home. Rooms are newly changed and bed is so comfortable. Breakfast and social time is plus plus. It is not your ordinary breakfast, make to order.
Great location within short walk of convention center and restaurants. Room was big, appreciated raised shower head, cocktail reception, and breakfast.
Good breakfast, large rooms, convenient to Rosemont Outlet Mall
Went for a meeting. Couldn't have AV equipment because it was a weekend and the union members were not working
Overall the hotel is outdated and so far the staff we've interacted with so far has not been the most helpful. The rooms have fixable damage that has been ignored (Doors on closets not level or hanging straight. Walls with slices left as they are, wallpaper peeling in edges and at connection places etc..). Elevators are slow, jerking up and down, make high pitched noises and often take up to thirty seconds to open the doors at the correct floor. There are even stains on the ceiling. Shower leaked and didn't give full pressure when switching from the tub function. Things here work...but just barely. Also, it is to be noticed there are hardly any power plugs. The nightstand had one, taken by the clock and the lights. Then one across the room, with one part taken by another light. You have to choose to charge one item at time or unplug lights. The hotel is functioning and alright, but don't expect the usual Hilton luxury.
Loved the early check in time, late check out time and the food and the staff. We will be back.
The elevators broke down at the worst possible time during one of the biggest coventions of the year!!!
Fast check-in, friendly and helpful staff. Received extra towels as requested. Good comfortable beds.
Fourth year in a row at this hotel! Love the free bar in the evenings, breakfast is cheap but cheerful and the rooms are always top notch!
the whole staff was nice, and the room i had was comfortable
Nice place....breakfast selections where good... I opted not to have housekeeping during my stay to get more points bit was told by front desk just call and we will send whatever you need up. Wrong when I called for clean glasses never got them...when I called for clean towels never got them, even when I filled out the form and put in my door. The points weren't worth it and even when I complained via their customer service survey, no response.
Though they were working on updating the hotel (making noise), the rooms were very comfortable and staff was great.
Rooms are spacious and clean, friendly staff, everything is within walking distance, everytime I'm in chicago this is my spot
Nice rooms, however my pullout couch bed was very uncomfortable and light and noise from the halls were heard and seen through the doors causing a very rough night for me. Especially with an early flight the next day.
Very nice room, friendly and helpful staff, enjoyed the breakfast omelets.
Me and my family went there for a night with family! Best hotel i have ever been to. Staff are nice and breakfast was the best out of all the hotels !!! Would go more times! But don't leave anything behind!
The people are very nice and helpful and clean and go out of their way to be helpful
Work trip to Rosemont, staying at the Embassy Suites. As always the stay has been great. Manager's reception is the best part!
Large rooms, complimentary breakfast, helpful staff, right across from the convention center.
Was under going renovations at the time but the room was a good size for any duration stay. Convenient location to the airport and is reachable by train and a short walk.
It's a beautiful hotel. I love the whole place and the staff is great.
It was a very nice hotel. Rooms were large. Very nicely kept.
Love the free breakfast in the morning. Very professional front desk.
Rooms are dated. Elevators are the worst in any hotel I've been. Breakfast and drinks are definitely lower quality than other ES I've been to. Probably better idea to go to the doubletree.
Absolutely one of the best hotels we have stayed at. Super clean and nice inside, love the complimentary snacks and drinks. Great breakfast as well. We've stayed here a few times in the past and look forward to returning.
Woke up with bites all over my legs, can only assume bed bugs or sub par room sanitation.
Almost good..but internet is not free..poor... $5 per day.
VERY convenient to the convention center via the walkway from the parking garage. Rooms are nice but rather simple. Light passes through the room door's frosted windows, so be aware of sofa bed issues with light-sensitive sleepers. The sitting area is rather small, so double check the square footage of the rooms meet your expectations and requirements.
Outstanding conference room-hotel room combo, good complementary breakfast. Service was top notch.
Good comfortable rooms with lots of space. The rooms included 2 large TV's which was a nice touch. The free breakfast was also very good, however the service could have been better
Our overall experience every good. The pool was closed during our visit and we had to go avross the street to swim which was inconvenient. We would have appreciated being notified in advance.
The breakfast was awesome lots of good choices! I loved the curtains the free drinks from 530-730 is an amazing perk! Close to most things. Definitely recommend!
