Someone want to explain to me how we book for a double queen suite for 5.18.17-5.22.17 for 5-6 people, they give us a double queen for two days, drop us to a single king for the rest of our stay and then they are UPCHARGING US because when they drop us to a single king we suddenly have too many people?

The people on the phones and at the desks have been condescending and running us around in circles claiming they don't know who we spoke to and that the person (who pulled up our reservations, had all of our information, confirmed with us) doesn't exist. In fact they said they booked four different rooms for one person, one night each. So they expected an individual to pack up and move to a different room every night on top of this?

This place is a joke. The staff are clearly incompetent. They've utterly refused to help us. They're telling us that because of their error now we have to buy an additional room, kick the others out or they'll kick us out. We have proof that we called, when we called, that we called this specific location (though they insist we must not have, and we called the same number again to check and guess what, it's here). We made these reservations in September 1st of 2016. This is disgusting. This is absolutely unacceptable, but here we are. I cannot believe this is how they treat guests. Even if it weren't about us being a group, they were going to make a guest move every single night of their stay.

This company should be absolutely embarrassed. These people reflect poorly on the reputation of the hotel.

Nice play very appealing especially with the new renovation.I was here for a professional event seen one conference room and a hotel room. Seemed very clean from my experience which is a huge plus for me. Staff was average

My stay was nice. The hotel is centrally located near outlet mall and a casino. The only thing that made my stay irritating was the elevators. There was only 1 to 2 elevators working for a fully booked hotel

The rooms are a bit small. That you need to pay for parking is not nice. But the hotel is just like any other embassy , they take good care of the rooms and the hotel. Only because you need to pay to park is a 4 start, otherwise it is a 5 start

The room was clean and updated. It was quiet despite being an open atrium design. Room service was prompt and the food was good. They had a reception each night for guests which I thought was a nice touch. The receiver on the door didn't work so I had to switch rooms. The elevators were very slow. The breakfast was okay but it was included in the rate. The conference rooms were very warm--to the point that I felt ill. The catered lunches for our meeting were fine but nothing special in my opinion. I did appreciate the attendants who kept the beverages stocked for our meeting because we never ran out. If I needed a budget friendly location for a meeting, this would be a good option. There are plenty of dining options and the blue line from O'Hare or to the city is a short, 10-min walk. They have a shuttle from the airport which is awesome.

Stayed for a Couple of weeks. The staff working at the bar were really amazing. Rooms are quite big. The breakfast is a joke. Thanks in the name of all vegans for the variety of one different melon.
The Hilton honors lady in the front was a bit too personal with her questions for my standards.
Room was always cleaned up very.

I absolutely love Embassy Suites no matter what city. This time was no exception. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because the curtain draw stick was not working so when the sun came up, it was hitting me directly in the face. The same for the shower curtain. It too was broken so I felt like something was in the tub with me. Also, our room was directly in front of the elevator. Heard traffic and kids the entire time. In spite of all this, I'd stay there again. Service was excellent and the suites are so beautiful and spacious. I love the Embassy!

We stayed on the top floor and our room had some problems. When we got in we opened the mini fridge and there were several partially-consumed mixed drinks in there, so I guess they need to add that to their room checks. The room was 78 degrees and the AC nor the fan would kick on. They sent a maintenance person up to fix it and he was pleasant and resolved the issue, but it still took a few hours to get comfortable which ended up being past Midnight. When we took showers in the morning I appreciated the high shower heads but the water pressure was non-existent. It literally took me 3x as long to shower and it was just unpleasant. Pros: Rest of the room was clean. Beds were comfortable, but the pillows were too small. The included breakfast was above average and the eating area was nice.

I really enjoyed Embassy Suites, and always stay at a Hilton brand Hotel. The breakfast is wonderful, because it has the made-to-order omelettes. And I always appreciate the evening reception. It is a wonderful way to unwind after a long business day. This time I was on the 8th floor, which was quite a trek, considering the elevators were really slow. However it was nice and quiet being on the top floor, so I appreciated that. The pool is small but functional, although I did not use it. Unfortunately there is no hot tub. The gym was nice and bigger than many other Hotel gyms. The staff was friendly and kind and was always accommodating. I would definitely stay at the Embassy Suites Rosemont again.

Amazing service, well appointed rooms, great food, good atmosphere, convenient location. This is a really fantastic place to host an event. The venue flows well with lots of flexible options for layouts. The staff in every department is professional and delightful to work with. A great experience all around.

Location is perfect for events, great dining, rooms were a bit dated, beds definitely need an update, it stormed the night we stayed and they have direct tv so we didn't watch anything. The reception they have is nice. Breakfast was great.

My friends and I stay at this hotel every year for Anime Central. I know this is a very busy time, but the elevators are horrible! At least 1 was broken every day during this past weekend. Sometimes 2 would be broken. I was even stuck in the middle elevator for a few minutes. You would think they would get someone out there to do maintenance since this happens every single year.

The rooms are a nice size and it is very nice to have a mini fridge and a microwave to use. Front desk was somewhat helpful. We asked for an extra sheet the first night but never received one. We asked for extra toilet paper and received it that same night so it is a hit or miss. Our card keys kept not working, even though we kept phone and credit cards away, but the front desk helped out. They ran out of breakfast, but that is understandable due to the high number of people there for the weekend.

***Edit- Another year at Anime Central, another year of the worst elevators I have even encountered. I am waiting for the year that they break beyond repair, because I think that is the only way this hotel will address the issue.

The hotel is within walking distance of all the great resturants and bars. The hotel is extremely clean and the rooms are very comfortable. They give you a coctail hour for 3 hours and serve a delicious breakfast in the morning. Will definitely always be my stay when I visit Rosemont again!

Bathtub dirty, table broken but usable, bathroom door doesn't lock. They screwed up our reservation we made 8 months ago, are making us move rooms halfway through our stay TWICE, then still want to make us pay more for the next room they are making us move to. Front desk staff are snipey and elitist, even outside of this situation. Constant loud noises in the hollow middle part of the building makes sleeping on that uncomfortable pull-out futon even more unbearable. Will probably never stay here again.

The two employees who were actually great were Stacy and Mark. Mark went above his job description and helped fix the problem more than the others.

Hotel was awesome. Rooms were clean, open area for breakfast or family time was perfect. Breakfast had to order omelets, French toast, meats and fruits. Along with cereals, milk and juices. The complementary reception was also quite nice, drinks, hummas, veggies and dips.
The issues I found was that the pool looked a little green/yellow and there were enough pool towels. Also, our shower head didn't work, which apparently is normal because the tech explained that the parts from China have been on backorder for quite sometime. I'm not sure if that's the same reason one elevator was down.

There are a lot of things I have to say about this place ...it s over priced as heck for the service we got.

They did let me check in a couple hours early which was the nicest thing they did for me all weekend.
And First the AC didn t work. They did come fix it that night....

But when I asked for them to bring me blankets and then tampons to my room they just never came.......

They have a complimentary breakfast but they stop serving it right at 9AM.... lol most people don t even wake up that early.

Had security putting their ear up to my door every night listening to what was going on in my room.???? How disrespectful !!!!

They came to my room 2 hours before checkout banging on the door asking when I was going to be leaving on the last day....

The bar downstairs charges $15 for a sandwich and fries that isn t even very good either

I wouldn t really recommend this place

I feel like 3 stars is being generous. Nothing particularly bad but nothing really good either. Well i guess it's good that the room was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable but that's about it. While checking in there was no one waiting bit the front desk pushed us through. No explaining where the pool was or how to get to the walkway to the convention center. Showed us the card we had to use for breakfast and that was it. Ordered room service and got the smallest Caesar salad I've ever seen. The lettuce looked strategically placed in one layer to make it fill up the plate. The pool was A longer walk than I've ever seen at any hotel. Breakfast was decent and plenty of seating. They check your card to make sure no one is getting free fake eggs. Its right across from the convention center which is pretty perfect. Only reason we stayed there. Parking was 29 for guests so we parked at the cta for 13 a night and walked. The hotel restaurant is literal garbage. Eat elsewhere or order a pizza. This is the first time I've stayed at an embassy suites and it doesn't even compare to the hampton. It is overpriced for the customer service you get. For the next convention i will go elsewhere but this will meet your basic needs.

Breakfast is great and free Wi-Fi in this area is a plus. Elevators are horribly slow and don't always work, which is my experience every time I have staid here the last ten years. Employees have always been good to great but never bad.

Front desk gave an excellent service at check-in. This hotel is dog friendly and the pet fee had great price for my three dogs.
Front desk was helpful as well with the parking service.
Breakfast is good enough.
Rooms are clean and big, all the embassy I've been at are big in size making the stay more comfortable.
Bathrooms work good and rooms are quiet, even when dogs bark you can barely hear it from the next room.

This is an o.k. hotel. Our room was nice and the bed was comfy. The employees are nice and the place is clean. My only complaints are...1. The elevators need to be majorly upgraded. They are VERY SLOW. There are three elevators and they are SO slow. It seemed like only one of them was working. It sucks when you have to wait 5 minutes for an elevator to arrive, and no, I am NOT taking the stairs from the 7th floor...Everyone staying there was complaining about the elevators.

2. The continental breakfast was o.k. not great, but not horrible either. They serve breakfast on the 2nd floor. It begins at 7:00 am on Sunday's. We got down there at 7:15. My husband got some scrambled eggs and they were ice cold. So was the bacon and sausage. How can food be that cold at the beginning of serving the breakfast? Yuck. I just settled for some fresh fruit and some yogurt and granola to eat. Then, we both got glasses of milk. The milk machine ran out of milk after we got our two glasses of milk. There were about eight employees just standing around talking to each other. Someone told them the milk was out and they just nodded their heads and stood there. Didn't go refill it. My husband had to go get a soda to drink since they didn't refill the milk. I went to get some apple juice and it was pretty watered down. It had no flavor. Then when we checked out, I called down to the front desk to ask if we needed to bring the room keys down to the front desk. The lady at the front desk told me we could leave BOTH KEYS in the room if we would like. I don't know why she told me that, because FYI, you need a room key to exit the parking deck! You just drop the key card in a little box when you exit the parking deck. That was so you don't have to get out of your car and take the keys all the way back into the hotel. This being our first time staying here, we didn't know that. So, we had to park our car in the parking deck again, go BACK INTO THE HOTEL, and tell the lady at the desk what happened. She said it wasn't a problem and got us another key card to use so we could get out of the parking deck! What a pain! THEN, when we got home, I looked at our bill online and she charged us $25.00 dollars for that extra key card that we had in our hands for maybe 5 minutes! I thought that was a ripoff. PLUS, you have to pay $29.00 a day to park in the parking deck. Another ripoff. You're paying to stay in the hotel, and you have to pay $29.00 a day to park? I guess that's Chicago for ya! It's an ok place to stay, but we might stay at the Hilton next door if we are ever in that area again.

Great
