Waited on-hold for 35 minutes before the system hung up on me. It seems to be a thing that you pay off your loan, but the lien is never released by them for some reason. I read multiple reviews of other people having the exact same issue.

This company is SHADY! They will add fees and charges without any explanation. Even well after they say a loan has been paid off, they will refuse to release a vehicle title saying you owe "other charges." They've even issued me a 1099-C writing off the same old debt twice, in two different years. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS! REPORT THEM TO THE FTC, THE IRS, and the ATTORNEY GENERAL of your state for unethical and/or fraudulent practices.

All you people with bad credit, that have never paid any of your loans back, went to a car dealership begging for a 2nd chance and a car. This bank took a chance on you and your sloppy a$$ credit, knowing most of you won't make more than 6 or 7 payments and now, you get on here and talk bad about the bank.

I have called twice for the two days and sat on hold for 2 hours each time to obtain a title for a car that was paid off 12 years ago. I kept getting transfered to various people. The last person I asked to speak to a supervisor they refused to allow me to. Customer service representative went by the name CJ. At 6:59 pm he hung up knowing I would not be able to call back in time to speak to anyone. I intend on calling back and having their supervisor pull the call I had with him. I asked over 20 times to speak to a supervisor and was refused. The account is an old account and needs a special system to pull it up but everyone refused because they just wanted to go home for the day.

'0' star!!! From the reviews, I see this company has a reputation for selling faux dreams to second chancers! The deal was approved! A month later, Americredit did the reverse running man on the deal! This company's policies and procedures are jackass backwards!

I would give this place 0 stars but obviously you have to give something in order to leave a review. Told me I was financed for a vehicle and then 2 weeks later getting a call from my dealership saying I needed to return the car. Call them to find out what s going on for them to tell me I was only preapproved for the loan. I had this car for a month and now having to return it trying to get a down payment and figuring out something to drive at the same time because I sold my vehicle when I got the new one.
