This company is SHADY! They will add fees and charges without any explanation. Even well after they say a loan has been paid off, they will refuse to release a vehicle title saying you owe "other charges." They've even issued me a 1099-C writing off the same old debt twice, in two different years.
AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!
REPORT THEM TO THE FTC, THE IRS, and the ATTORNEY GENERAL of your state for unethical and/or fraudulent practices.
