I've worked at Americom for 5 years now and have always seen a culture of safety and hard work ethic from the foreman to the management. People are individuals and unfortunately not all employees take their pride of work with them everyday. However, the safety and getting all employees home at the end of the day has been a focus of Americom for over 35 years.

Worst company to work for i almost got killed becuase their golden boy teishe was always on drugs and they never tested him, plus he was racist towards fellow employees and would whistle and say sexual slurs to girls walking by, and their forman russ always knew about this but would hide it from the boss. They Never paid for my hospital bill when i got hurt on the job cause of their crack head golden boy
