I've worked at Americom for 5 years now and have always seen a culture of safety and hard work ethic from the foreman to the management. People are individuals and unfortunately not all employees take their pride of work with them everyday. However, the safety and getting all employees home at the end of the day has been a focus of Americom for over 35 years.
