Terrible. Paying for Gig internet but lucky if I get over 30 megs. They throttle tons of websites. I get faster downloads when using a VPN which should never be the case.

It's the exact sleazy service you expect from an internet provider. We were billed 4 additional months after we moved, and when we FINALLY cancelled they charged us a breach of contract which Is only waived by jumping through a million hoops that aren't locatable. We paid for 1gig speed and never broke 300mbs. That's still fast, but don't lie about speeds. There was a group in neighborhood that discussed, and nobody ever broke 300mbs.
Lies, greed, and poor experience. It's absurd that in 2020 companies are still more willing to chase $100 than provide experience.
Internet has been almost non-existent for three days. I've been emailing and calling but can't get through to anyone.
I had the opportunity to speak with Rosie when I called First Digital today. She was extremely friendly and helpful in what I needed. She was also kind enough to remind me that First Digital did offer 24 hour service, so I could call and reverse my temporary change this weekend, once my project was completed. It was very nice to speak with someone that was helpful and friendly. It seems like so many companies give you so-so customer service anymore.
Marcus has the best customer service!!! I have been having a difficult time changing our office voicemail. Where some people will start a ticket promising a call "soon" Marcus, TWICE, has taken it upon himself to call the source needed for the answer and call me back with help. He is the best and if you're lucky enough to have him answer your call you're in good hands!!! This 5 stars if based completely on his service alone
If you're thinking about doing business with Firstdigital, RUN!! Don't walk. They are pathetic to say the least.
I've never worked with a company that cares for its customers more. Every tech always went the extra mile to make absolutely sure everything was as it should be. Every company should be like first digital.
I am a recent customer of FirstDigital Telecom and they have the best service I have ever experienced from a telecommunications company. Shannon (who works in the call center) was pleasant and understanding. I wish more companies had this level of care for their customer base. Price is fair
I've worked with First Digital for two years now and one thing I've noticed is my ability to get a hold of someone, quickly and all of the time. We've experienced 100% up time and every time I had a question or needed to find something out I was able to quickly and promptly. Some carries haven't got the customer service side figured out yet but First Digital has.
They promise the world but cannot deliver. It is frustrating to work with them both in sales as well as support. The front liners don't seem to have adequate training nor the ability to seek help from those who do.
In response to their response-- it does not speak well of their customer service to simply pretend I'm not their customer and write my opinion off!
