Outstanding service dept. Had a recall for service change. One 5 minute call got me scheduled and parts ordered. I was early arriving for my appointment and as it was early am my tech had not arrived. . I turned the car over to them and they asked if I needed a ride. I didn t. The service tech called me within an a few minutes explaining what would be done and how long he expected. Later in the day they called well before the time quoted telling me it was ready. I picked the car after work and they quickly review what had been done, handed Me the keys... perfect experience, clean shop, clean work.

My husband and I had a very great experience at this dealership! Everyone was welcoming and inviting! We also had a perfect car salesman Jerry! Jerry you did a phenomenal job!! We pray that your endeavors continue to increase!! Great dealership! Great people! Perfect customer service!!

Worked with Jerry Nixon. He was easy to work with. Explained the features of the vehicle and got to know what we wanted. When it got to the numbers Griffen thought out of the box to get us the numbers we wanted. Probably the most fun I ve had buying a car. I had to drive a little to save a lot. I live in Greer.

The men said good service. It was a long wait, 1 1/2 hours. The building needs refreshing, outside and waiting area, pretty boring, close seating, drab. The back work area looked run down too. Employees were knowledgeable and friendly.

Today's visit was wonderful! Dave in the service department was wonderful! Very helpful and patient under busy circumstances! Very impressive! Michele the cashier was ever so friendly and cheerful! It's rare the weekend staff is so courteous! Last week's appointment was horrible but the reschedule was worth the wait!

I worked with Jerry .. he was very courteous and easy to drive around with. I drove three trucks.
When it came time for numbers, for my trade in, this dealership offered me the LOWEST by THOUSANDS of any of 7 dealerships I've been too in the past 3 weeks. Business is business, but they were $12k lower than my highest offer.
All things taken into consideration, there wasn't enough to work with, so nothing happened.
That stated, nothing personal.
