My parents stay at this hotel when they come to visit me at college. They have stayed at many of the options available in Laramie, but this is the only option they will continue to use. The building has a luxurious, calm feeling to it. My dad likes the elk mounts in the lobby. There are free cookies in the lobby too ( I always pig out on them).
Clean rooms, easy check in and check out. Love that the pool/hot tub opens so early and a really good free breakfast. Staff was really friendly and helpful.

Was wowed on walking in. Soft beds and super clean room. Staff was so nice and very helpful with town info as we are here from Texas to see the college. If we ever come back here this is where I will stay. Will for sure be looking into this hotel chain for more stays.

Comfortable enough rooms, decent complementary breakfast with a few legitimately GF options, complementary fruit bowls and coffee seemingly 24/7 and great customer service! Everything was orderly and clean, but the one downside was the A/C was a bit finicky.
Road weary,,, a nice lil place to stop. They were pet friendly with a fee. We have learned to appreciate americinn. The rest of town didn't offer a lot of options. The desk clerk actually shook my fiance's hand. Extreme host skills.

It's decent, no fridge in room, shower heads are not adjustable and shoot out several high pressure streams, staff are friendy.
This location is not what it used to be, used to very fresh & exceptionally clean. Now it is stuffy, & moderately clean.

It's clean and has a nice place to eat breakfast and breakfast hours are longer. The breakfast was fresh. The beds were comfortable. Just couldn't hook our Blu-ray player to the tv.
Pet stains on the carpet. Manager was very helpful in taking care of the problem.
We really enjoyed our stay here it was a nice room clean the buffet was great we able to get our food and leave the only problem with the table in the buffet room is they needed you had to ask to get them white before you can eat because they don't they're not attentive to keeping the tables clean but the food was great it was easy check-in and check-out people were friendly and they seem to know their Town very well so they were able to point this out to different areas which is refreshing I would definitely stay here again

I think the fact that the pool was shut down by the health inspector is enough of an indication of the quality of the hotel. Hair on the sheets...wasn't ours.
A valuable stay...helpfully friendly staff. A+ architecturally designed roomy room that was very comfortable and clean...the morning view is super fresh for a walk with a cup of hot coffee...weather your on a family vacation or just a drive through for the night...this hotel is satisfactory and highly recommended.
Clean room. Nice staff , not a bad location. Had hot chicken noodle soup ready when we arrived. Very pleasant atmosphere.

Very clean! Several Gluten-free options at breakfast bar! Very clean rooms. Has a pool. I had to go to the hospital for an emergency and ended up not staying the duration of my reservation and they were kind enough to allow me to cancel the nights I was in the hospital. Very caring people.
Great people. We left our gold fish in his travel tank in our room. These kind people took care of him. Went to get him food. We can't express our most gratitude. Great breakfast, ultra clean rooms, fantastic view and just really good people. If I could give it more stars I would. 10 out of 10 for us.
2 queen beds, both were suspect as to if they had clean sheets. One pillowcase had make up on it (mascara). Salvaged two of the cleanest pillows and the cleanest bed. No laundy bag in room. Towels were fresh and clean and appreciated. Room keys stopped working for no apparent reason and a replacement key worked once then stopped working. Very disappointed with this stay as we were here just a few days ago and all was very nice. Yes we could have requested a a fresh room however after 530 miles, already unpacked and one funeral, just wanted to rest.
It is well taken care of and the breakfast was very good. Bed was comfortable.

Great view, dog friendly, nice breakfast, they will charge extra for dogs and it's like 25 bucks but that's it. Pretty sure they front desk guy was hitting on my wife.
Decent looking hotel. Nice and clean room. Staff could be more friendly (talking on the phone while 'helping' you. Breakfast is not so good here, if you have to pay extra just don't do it! Dull bread, pancakes from a machine and horrible sausages.

We LOVE this hotel! Our son is in college in Laramie, so we are in town, frequently...we have stayed in many places in Laramie, but we have found our "home away from home" ! The place is very clean, the staff are AMAZING! They remember us every time! The breakfast is wonderful, coffee is THE BEST!! (what brand is it?)
It's a ok hotel they do need to get there booking better the room that was showed that was booked was not the room as it said it was
