The young man at the front desk was not equipped to handle our reservation in a courteous manner. Didn't ask the person making the reservation on the phone earlier to E-mail him a authorization form, wishy washy about needing it when we show up. In general rude behavior. I was waiting outside in the car with 2 young grandchildren. I am being kind by saying 20 minutes. More like a half hour. He didn't know what a fax machine was! I went in and said we are not staying here. I had plenty more to say but...for what?
