Reasonable spot to spend a night or two in Laramie, WY. Comfortable rooms, slightly above average amenities including free WiFi, exercise room, and pool / hot tub. Passed on the hotel breakfast, but a nice plus.

Oh this place was salvation for me. The weather in Wyoming got so bad, we were literally forced off the road in the middle of the night. What luck this was the closest hotel! Staff was helpful and friendly when we arrived, hotel was well kept and the room was clean (and most importantly, very warm!). In the morning, we were met with more friendly and helpful staff, and a great breakfast. If the weather had improved, I'd have called it the perfect trip!

Very nice, clean rooms and friendly, accommodating staff. We wanted to check in early and the young girl at the front desk went out of her way to help us do so. I would definitely stay here again.

Such great place to stay very friendly staff. Breakfast was ok. Very clean room and such a comfortable bed. Coffee all hours of the night which is nice and close to the interstate 80. Thank you guys you are great. We had a bad hotel experience from another hotel (not affiliated) but you guys made our trip so awesome.

For the price is was alright. Room didn't feel very clean, hairs in the shower and on pillow cases, carpet and drapes need updating. Breakfast was nice and hot. Housekeepers tried to enter our room an hour and a half before checkout.

Well I was here for state swimming. The rooms were not ready on time and they seemed to be understaffed for the size of the hotel. After waiting for 2 hours we still didn't have our rooms. Maybe it would be better at a slower time but not when there is a bigger event going on.

Just to add to it. It took 3.5 hours to get in my room The room was clean and quiet, the breakfast was horrific.

Great customer service from the employees and the manager. We got our room upgraded for free and enjoyed the Buffalo suite. The hotel is def not upgraded at the least, there are definite areas of improvement, but it was a great hotel.

It was a very nice room. The staff was friendly other than one of the desk managers but can't win them all he may have been having an off day. I was a little irritated that they didn't disclose that all amenities were closed because of covid, others said they were and since this place didn't tell me is why I picked this place.

Comfy bed. Clean room. Kind front desk worker. Beautiful lobby. Overall: a great little find; I'll stay here next time I'm coming through.

I'm driving across the country and so finding a place that is safe, clean, and in my budget is a challenge. After staying at a sketchy place the night before, I was very weary when arriving at Laramie. I needed a comfy bed so I could be fresh my next leg of my drive. Immediately after getting to my room, I always check for bed bugs--there were none here :). While checking, I noticed and appreciated the cleanliness of the mattress and floor. The room smelled clean so I know they take covid seriously. I was so tired I passed out and didn't wake up the whole night. The bed is great. Super comfy. Exactly what I needed.

Since I was arriving at night, I was glad the parking lot was well lit. The outside of the place was clean. Only downside was the people smoking outside the front doors. Check-in was pretty quick; I forgot the name of the lady but she was patient and kind.

This was a very convenient location for us on the way from Denver to Jackson Hole. The hotel was reasonably priced and very clean. It was perfect for an overnight stay. They also have free breakfast. They had fruit if you are a gluten free eater. I had eggs and sausage. It's free so that should give a nod to taste of everything. Not trying to be mean but if you're looking for delicious you might go somewhere else for breakfast. The coffee was delicious though! All in all it's a decent place to stay.

Had a wonderful experience. The employees were all very nice and helpful. I traveled with my dog and they were very willing to accommodate us. The only thing that I wish would have better was the continental breakfast, not that it was bad, just that it could be better. The room I stayed in was very clean and well taken care.

Service was nice, all staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and warm. The beds are very comfortable. The decor was exactly what you would expect of Wyoming, while still not being over the top, very tasteful. Breakfast wasn't outstanding but a typical hotel breakfast.

Upon arrival around 1030 pm my wife and were greeted at the front desk by a very nice young lady named Madison. She was friendly, funny and very helpful! Enjoyed talking with her. She did a very good job and we felt very welcome. The breakfast lady was very helpful and went the extra mile for us. Very pleasant experience. We have had many positive experiences with this brand and will stay again.

Wonderful stay. Very friendly staff, especially Ms. Emily! Comfortable beds, quiet rooms, indoor pool/hot tub in a Log Cabin Lodge theme. Close to Walmart if you need anything. Always hot coffee available plus fresh cookies and soup in afternoons. Breakfast area is adequate with waffles, eggs, cereal, fruit, etc. Good selection for all. Entry has two seating areas that are very nice and relaxing for reading, searching internet on iPad or just unwinding with a cookie. Front porch area with metal tables and chairs was very nice with the cool breeze. We stayed 5 days and loved every minute except when we had to check out and leave. Well worth the location in Laramie.

The actual hotel experience was favorable. However these shady M F'ers, we told them we'd be in the area for a fire and that we'd likely be coming back for a few days. So, naturally, they book up so there aren't enough rooms for the twenty of us. Then went and charged our boss $6000 for the one night ($600/room). AmericInn? I think not, that's not how you generally support your firefighters.

At the moment there is no difference between this hotel and a cheap motel in town. I m fact a cheap motel would honesty probably be better since this place is in such a strange outskirts location. Their pool, hot tub, breakfast, and exercise facilities were all unavailable due to COVID-19, which is completely understandable yet disappointing since other hotels in town had reopened their facilities. What was extremely disappointing however was the fact that our TV remote was non-functional and we needed to ask for a replacement 3 times before we got one that works, and we could not get a single device to connect to their WiFi. Person behind the desk was very unhelpful as well. When asking if there was anything to do around the hotel at all since everything was closed, he replied with you could always go hiking . I can take a hint and could tell that what he actually meant was take a hike or get lost. Literally all of the services or benefits you would get from staying there are unavailable. There are several cheaper motels actually in-town that will at least have working WiFi.

Non of the amenities offered were actually available, yet the rooms are still being charged at full rate. Bitterly disappointing.

1st room they had me in carpet stains and tv didn't work. Got moved to another room, it was dirty and more carpet stains than the first. Linens had stains on them, shower wasn't clean, lots of pet hair in carpet in main hallway. TVs in rooms are first generation flat screens. Fuzzy picture. They had a pool and exercise room I did not use. Management hard to understand. I would not recommend.
