When I called to get some information on bank char...

When I called to get some information on bank charges on my account, the woman I was speaking to, placed me on hold, without asking or telling me she was going to do so. She never came back on the line. I don't believe she had any intention to do so. That's some terrible customer service for you.
This has happened to me several times when trying to speak to someone over the phone, so I went out of my way to find out how to leave a review because it's an issue that needs to be addressed at their credit union.

Great place to bank/ Credit Union, but the people representing the bank are very rude and inconsiderate of the people banking there. I was once scammed and the bank/ credit union did not make me feel welcome through the process of me being the victim. Need to really work on customer service here

I have banked here for over 20 years. I am finally calling it. Today their "systems" were down so they were unable to release my money to me to pay bills and leave town tomorrow morning. This is really just the last straw on an already large pile. Service has declined over the years. The drive through at the Hillside location is a 30 minute minimum ordeal to withdraw cash. We pay our bills with cash so I endure this regularly. Though I will say the longer drive to the branch on I-40 is often worth the savings time-wise. Either way, we're out. As soon as "the system" is back up so we can move our money!

They are extremely rude! I called today to get my online account unlocked and the woman that answered the phone was rude the moment she answered. She even hung up on me. I have paid off 4 cars with them and been a member for over ten years. If you like being treated poorly for no reason... Sign right on up!

Rate should be lower but a 1 is all I can give worst service ever. I took my service to another bank months ago because I had a ATM machine not associated with this credit union take and not return my debit card. Then when I called I was told I would have to pay for a new debit card even though I didn't lose it nor was it stolen. After weeks of the run around a manger finally got hold of me asking for the ladies name telling me that because she said that was not their policy and I should have been given a new card with no question asked. I had already switch to a new bank and wanted to close this account but was told it couldn't be done over the phone I'd have to come up their. Fast forward months later I didn't close the account due to all my IRS tax deposits being linked to thos account and being told no changes could be made until the next round or tax refunded. Money has been direct deposited and it shows funds but say none are available. I called and was told the manger on duty didn't now why and that I would have to wait until the manger that restricted the account was their because they dont work on Saturdays. Do not bank with them I banked with then since I was in my early teens and the service have be decimated over the years. Save yourself the time because no one ever knows what's going on and your always given a run around. A 1 star is generous their rating should be 8n the negatives.

Money just keeps disappering out of my account tryed calling no answer have had problems sincd day one have tried logging into my account on my phone but my account doesn't exist on there website have called and they tell me stuff but never works.

ABSOLUTELYHORRIBLE Credit Union, I had saved up my money to pay off my loan sooner than later. I went up there and ask the teller for the balance so I could pay off the loan in full. She told me the balance and then I sent the full amount thru the machine. After I sent the full amount in Cash the teller called me back and stats I have to pay fees that are on a different account. She said it s because I have to keep a certain amount of money in a account that I never opened. I didn t have control over this account and I had to have it. I told them I refuse to pay that because I didn t open that account or even asked for it. after disputing everything they wouldn t let me pay my loan. teller became rude and manager was not understanding and didn t even want to listen to me. After my experience I would recommend DO NOT USE THIS CREDIT UNION @ ALL COST.

I really give a rating of zero we buying a car never been late on a payment we bought another car so we asked Misty at Bell street if we can let a person take over the payment bc they couldn't put in their name Misty told us just let them make payment it be alright so we did that never made a late payment had insurance too but then Jennie at the 24th branch didn't like the person that was taking over payment called collection on us say a minor was driving the car it wasn't true she was 19 and driver license Jennie had problem with that then we started getting harassing call from joyle Bell street branch but this yet never been late always had insurance telling us we can't let the person take over payments all we get harassing call threw out the day then they added 500 for no insurance watch we had then we had the people go try put in their names then they wanted to add 5000 more on car so they back out on the car so our payment was late husband call make arrangements with Joyle when I try getting money out of the bank they harassing me about car payment thru the drive thru window finally after 15 mintue I finally got my money so I went to another get a new account so I don't get harass anymore then I get calls again from Joyle harass about the car I didn't see a problem other making the payment they were on time bc it was ok Misty told me and my husband it was ok when they ask her she state she didn't say that which she did Jennie and Joyle started all this mess and Joyle call us today ask if we are bring the car my husband talk said we be in 15 minutes we show up and Joyle was there we were going talk her but she wasn't there we just got off the phone with her really I will not ever tell anyone about this bank especially go to Jennie nor Joyle they are horrible service even if they don't like people that not right if people trying do right . I gave a flat F rate Zero we are good people trying do the right thing

I have had great service from this bank. TA is our loan officer and she makes it so easy on the loan process. She makes us feel right at home when in the bank. ACFCU is the best place in town for all your banking needs.

THIS IS A PUBLIC WARNING from an account holder wh...

THIS IS A PUBLIC WARNING from an account holder who is closing their account. THIS CREDIT UNION DOES NOT ID PEOPLE GOING THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU TO WITHDRAW MONEY FROM AN ACCOUNT. They do not ask for ANY form of ID. It was reiterated to me from the vice president of the facility that that they base withdrawls off a picture of the acct. holder and the signature given. So if someone comes through the drive thru and can look similar enough to an acct holder and be able to sign their name they can withdraw whatever is in the account. Does anyone else see where this could go horribly wrong with all the con artists and identity theft rings out there?

I called to inquire about a refund from a loan payoff and they sent me someone in collections. She told me - I'll just deposit that into your savings and I said, I don't have a savings account with you guys. Very rudely, she said - Yes, you do! I asked how I have a deposit account with them when I had never opened one and she explained that they opened one for me. So, basically, they opened a savings account without my knowledge or consent!

not a bad bank but i wish they were more up to date as in, supporting apple pay and cash app, & more modern with today s banking technology.
The interest rates are typically very good for savings accounts, money markets, etc.
