When I called to get some information on bank char...

When I called to get some information on bank charges on my account, the woman I was speaking to, placed me on hold, without asking or telling me she was going to do so. She never came back on the line. I don't believe she had any intention to do so. That's some terrible customer service for you.
This has happened to me several times when trying to speak to someone over the phone, so I went out of my way to find out how to leave a review because it's an issue that needs to be addressed at their credit union.
