Not bad for fast shopping, but there is not much to choose from.

Very funny, they have all the technology possible but inside they don't have a proper AC, extremely hot in the summer. The employees will send you from one to an other without knowing what must be done if you have an issue. We asked for an invoice and they told us we will receive it on email, never happened.

On our last visit, we were attracted by telwvize. Great offer, unbeatable discount, massage merchant. Even though we did not buy it, on the net we bought it about another approx. 2000, - currency.

One year ago I bought a cell phone acer Z220 and for that I also bought insurance against breakage and theft for 2 years for 368kc and when I gave them a cell phone repair because of a cracked lcd glass so we said in 3 weeks that the phone is repaired and when they wanted 250kc for some 10% rate otherwise we will not give the phone so I hope it will be alza solve

I'm not buying here for the first time and I hope not for the last time, but I was very indignant by the gentleman in the green T-shirt. It doesn't matter if the person (customer) looks like a top manager in a suit or an IT specialist at first glance, but coughing up a customer and pretending that there is no really is the worst business card. I asked the gentleman what it looks like with the new Nvidia 20xx series of pre-sale graphics cards. Just a simple "I don't know. Goodbye"

The place is organized in a modern way, there are many different pieces of electronics on display, the sales range is rich, the e-shop is clear. However, higher prices compared to the competition are no longer offset by the friendliness of complaints. Usually, after the first rejection round, the customer must assert his rights intensively. Self-service complaints, although very modern, take away the customer's opportunity to obtain confirmation of the condition of the delivered product as well as the opportunity to explain the nature of the problem in a more layman's way. The product description is realized only unilaterally by the store itself a day later.

I think it's terrible to move around the whole space from the video to pay and back. That's really a prudu.

Last night, one master received an epileptic seizure, present customers were immediately seeking help. I was shocked by the access of Alzazof's staff. Completely unresponsive. I would expect them to call at least an ambulance, nothing but nothing, no interest.

The showroom is aimed at the general public. Business and high tech models (not counting gaming) you can not find here, even though they are presented. When buying, additional services are offered to raise the already high prices.
Aside from that, they were looking for goods in the warehouse that were not there, or could not find it, even if it was supposed to be.
Again on the second tent in the Czech Republic is such a standard, so why not visit Alza.
