Honestly the best electronics store in the Czech republic by far. Helpful workers that actually understand what they are talking about and are trying to help. You can also try almost anything out in person there. The only thing is you might end up waiting about 20 minutes for your stuff if you come pick it up in person on busy days. Not a problem for most people.

Selections like swine, the site is said to be returned within 14 days. They just won't tell you that if you are an entrepreneur you can't. On the web alza.cz publishes goods as available however it's not and takes several days to prepare and confirm that ordered goods are ready for pickup. Prices are not competitive compared to others. It is not what it used to be...

Biggest IT store in Prague. They have everything and lot on display in their Holesovice showroom. There's doubleshot coffee inside showroom. Place is very busy and staff is so-so, some of them even lie to sell stuff that then doesn't work as expected. Prices are higher than CZC and also this company doesn't contribute much to Czech Rep. as it is off-shore (which pisses me off the most).

As they are e-shop only you have to make order first, then wait for SMS/e-mail and then go and pick up. They offer delivery to designated self-service postboxes or to door.

Cannot complain about this store. It s an amazing showroom where you can look around and mostly get anything you would ever want. They even let you try out VR which is totally awesome. The company in itself is not the cheapest but it is definitely the most comfortable shopping experience you get in Czechia.

Waiting times for a pick up are INSANE! It sometimes take more than 60 minutes - it s pandemic and it s packed with people breathing in each other s cheeks. Maybe it s time to invest in a bigger distribution center/more employees?

It's getting better. One of the few Czech shops at European level. There is everything you need to purchase. Only an online store operated on exposed laptops would need to be cohesive.
