Alza is a great place for consumer electronics and this showroom is a great opportunity touch and play with the goods. For visitors and expats - Finding an English speaking assistant can be a challenge.

They have terrible advertising and the prices are not exactly the cheapest, but otherwise everything works very well and I see some progress with every purchase.

Two parking pleasantly fanciful expenditure and payment and rich showroom, but a lot of subject matter is just for viewing (mice are fixed properly, mobile phones locked / via lockscreen can not, headphones anything wrong).

Well functioning e-shop with common electronics. ATTENTION on the selection of special goods. At the merchants on site you will find almost nothing. As there was no other option, I ordered the goods announced as "unpacked". I expected the package and contents to be "used" but functional. Surprise - but the content was not complete - the package did not contain 2 items out of 5. So I wrongly assumed that when they advertise and sell unpacked goods, they will check it at least before sale. I consider this to be fraud and disrespect for the customer. The claim was acknowledged.

Not really a practical shop, putting things by brand together. If you want to compare things you have to walk a distance. Not really cheap this shop, my advice: go somewhere else.

In the alza you will find everything from electronics to other things. I am absolutely satisfied with it.

Professional approach, fast service. An amount of staff always at hand, willing to deal with anything. The only minus, just my feel too overheated due to the weather outside (wind, cold) and inside an estimated 25 degrees :)

Enough stuff-cool. Only those sour insights of sellers (rather brand promoters) and their willingness is completely different than it should be.

Sellers do not have much time to pay for the customer. Waiting can be made easier with good coffee. Missing location information for ads. She's in another building.

If I don't have to and you can pick it up anywhere else, I wouldn't go there

Huge showroom full of electronics. The payment (or pickup ticket giving machines) are not placed very helpfully, other than that, nice. There is little cafe inside as well!

I was fired for my alleged problem with my phone that they didn't ring that they sent me messages called me and I had nothing there and that I had an unexcused Friday because of a heated bathroom and I had to look after the owner because I can't lock the door and I'm quite expensive So thank you for glad that you fired me and I can't find a job because of you.

Total satisfaction, I am a regular customer and no problem again. Good parking, inside everything clearly displayed and the staff always helpful.

A salesman from another planet at the Kindle reader says they have another brand - Amazon. He probably doesn't know what the manufacturer is and what type. They say the reader is exposed, but it's actually a lie. There is only a dummy and still locked behind the glass. But it doesn't surprise those chicks.

I bought the alza quite often. But recently, I needed to file a phone call for a little money, and Alza stood completely behind her. Although claiming a refund, the claimants still claim they do not recognize it and do not want to return the money. After asking for a lawyer, I was right, but even with Alza it does not move, so please watch where you are shopping. This problem with Alzou is solved by many people after discussions.
Update: It helped an expert opinion that was clearly true, so the money was returned. He wants to persevere. And it's just proof that it really tries to save on those who do not end up.

For those interested in new IT technologies, household goods, TV, photo etc. I recommend. Not only the wide range and mostly the best prices, but also the service, including the return or exchange of goods, are excellent.

A lot of goods, quite fast way to get it. One star missing for not so helpful assistants.

When this store reduces prices, it will probably become the best rated e-shop. Megalomanship here in the first place ... why does an electric car from BMW have to interfere here in Hole ovice right in the main entrance? E.g. signs dedicated to such financial resources for children with cancer would look much healthier.

I do not know how others, but I recommend. I always get what I need. At affordable prices.

Quick equipment, nice and extensive showroom. There is often a problem with parking, but it will always resolve quite quickly in the end.
