This time I'v got contradictory information about the purchase and lost over hour and half of my time. The staff was not helpful as well.

Unclear, poorly spaced, non-functioning toilets, long waiting ...

The need to go through the entire store when ordering over the Internet. Annoying TV commercials and misleading discounts on all goods, even though it's actually even more expensive than in other stores.

Vendors need to learn more and be interested in the products they sell. Customer sometimes knows more than a vendor .....

The best place to buy ecronics, but also other goods. Helpful sellers, advise. Claims minimal and hassle free. Super place!

It has already happened to me 2 times !!!!!! SMS to be picked up) I will say that I don't want anything anymore and I cancel the order - they will send me to cancel it nowhere, put it in hell ...... you yeah ..... never again !!!!

We buy well in Alza, we choose everything in peace on the Internet, and we go to the branch to pick up the goods, or look at how it looks in the real.

Alza.cz does not manage - it delivers the order over a week, it excuses itself every day for a mistake at the loader, they always come up with a different story on the lines, why they could not deliver something. The largest technology company was thus tested as a complete failure.

Modern shop with many vending machines. People are a lot, but the system is already soaked and waiting is not long. Always satisfied.

Great choice, some products can be tested at the store, helpful staff who always advise, the system of self-service is excellent, just occasionally wait a bit.

Being able to play with all the new technology is fun, you can kill a lot of time here. Unfortunately they somehow always manage to delay any order by at least a couple of hours, so don't rely on the delivery time too much.

They have a great selection of products yes, but the pay yourself and pickup system is, in a nutshell, kind of retarded. They probably think they're being really clever but in reality it's inconvenient and inefficient for customers. I try to avoid this place when possible.

I paid 49Kc for a night out. None of the customers were there, and yet the transfer took a long time.

Excellent and fast service, English speakers at store as well. You can browse online for what you want, place your order and according to availability you may even have it ready for pick up at the same day. Really good offers and trained employees to offer advice at the store.

Terrible, a lot of people, confusion, dear, but if one needs something fast, they can usually get them.

You can buy everything there with almost no wait time, you can easily return all stuff if you are not happy.

Alza? Always a good purchase. Occasionally, it would be advisable to have more detailed specifications for the goods - for those who are curious and lazy to look at the device manufacturer.

I have many years of experience with Alza and in many ways I am really satisfied. The selection of the assortment is increasing year by year, additional services and transport are improving, and imports to branches and collection boxes are a great saving of time and petrol. There are usually long queues at headquarters. I spend my time with excellent (though a little expensive) coffee at a local cafe. Great is the possibility of a bazaar and the purchase of unpacked products with nice discounts. Complaints are a bit more demanding. The waiting time for admission to the counter to process the complaint is around 30-45 minutes and not always solved everything to my satisfaction.

Update: even 8 days later shipment undelivered, a total of 7x "error" at the loading of the vehicle and today 12.12. notice that they create a new order number and they will send me now with the new number;). Goods ordered on November 30th, which they had in stock, with delivery delivered December 1, so they hold the luck to put it in order. More orders from another e-shop ...

Always a lot of people, long waits and are more expensive.

So who in Alza would not like ... it is a pity that they do not have an assortment of agricultural equipment. But it will take the CPC and the number two will be almost overnight.

Some people hate them, some don't. One thing is for sure, though. The square foot area packed with electronic goods of various types is hard to beat. Sometimes they offer price matching on certain items if you find valid listing online.

Even though the prices are higher than usual most of the time, the convenience of large ish parking lot, self service payment machines and friendly staff makes me come back.

Their marketing it top notch, too. I absolutely HATE their green mascot. Everyone knows what he represents, though. It's brilliant.

Huge place to see/touch electronica before purchase

The B&H of Europe! You can find a wide assortment of tech products and other appliances here. A store associate will place an order, write you in order slip, and you will plug it into the computer. Then you will walk to the pickup area, where the order will be delivered to you. It's an extremely efficient system, and inventory has so far been great!

Prices on computer hardware seem to be in line with USA MSRP. If you're from Australia, that's worth celebrating!

Waiting for the goods took 55min, finding a place to park was a problem.

My favorite electronics store, if I want to see the news as it looks in real life, I will always come here. But I make purchases exclusively over the Internet, so I can only evaluate the expenditure, which is relatively fast (at least relative to the number of customers).

Assortment and e-shop processing ok. Access to customers very "interesting" and rather below-average. The showroom contained and enough things to look through. But to come here only at a time when people are at work, otherwise there are clouds people and everything is waiting for x minutes (in peak hours and tens of minutes)

Helpful staff, quick handling of my non-standard business. Plus, great Doubleshot coffee - I recommend to try it.

Wide selection, OK prices, bad queues. God forbid you need to return or repair an item - expect slow progress, repeated visits and (in my case) failed laptop repair and lost charger. When I have the chance, I go to czc.cz instead.

A lot of people like this before Christmas, otherwise the alza got better. If you go to pick up the goods, it's worth having their app on your phone. Alerts you when goods are ready to be issued and you don't have to keep looking at order number boards. tabule

Probably the largest seller of HW and electricity in the Czech Republic. It is not the cheapest, but I always get what I'm looking for here. I recommend

Catastrophic leave the car park, totally unmanageable ... so clouds people at the expense and then 27 minutes you get out of the parking lot and then you are forced to go buy parking and it then blocks the whole exit when someone puts a car and runs to the slot machine .. I think, that Alza in obvious busy times of Christmas should have a free parking and a race from open to exit .. ..

Q4 2018 - new exhibitions, the presenters are not fortunate, they do not have a long wait for the Christmas sale. In blackfriday, their databases slowed, which was mostly on payboards, but fortunately, the attendant was present all the time, apologized for the system, and sorted customers with ordering problems. What's up to me .... Special ... It's like they'll call you to wait for 5 minutes to wait for the first place to tell you that it's going to take 2-4 minutes to ... You can let me wait and not to abandon my beautification. Probably introduced because of the impatience.

I was able to try the Sense Arena training system during the hockey world championship promotion in Slovakia. Everything was perfectly prepared, and the shoppers were shortened by the time they wanted to get the goods.
