For me, every complaint was solved without any problems, mostly on stock or on the next day. I have a bit of a dump for a ticket, I have to go through the store, why is not it going on? Chapu, marketing to shop. Top kafe !!

I bought a number of goods from Alza and I always considered it reliable. Error. I came across the first complaint.
With normal use, the hinge on my laptop broke. The goods were under warranty, so I went to the branch. Here, Alza's employee had me sign the formula upon receipt of the goods that the complaint did not meet the warranty conditions and was rejected. He informed me that I should not worry about this formula, because it is only "pro forma", as it is a classic defect of this model and the laptop will be sent for complaint.
In good faith, I signed and waited for settlement.
More than 2 weeks and nothing passed. In the third week, I called the operator to urge the complaint. Within a few days, I received a notification that the whole thing could only be resolved as a post-warranty repair and I was suggested to pay 4000 for the repair. 20% of the original price only for a cracked hinge, in addition for goods that are still under warranty ???
At the next purchase, I would recommend considering whether the goods may show a hidden defect, as the complaint will not be accepted.

Alza is getting bigger and bigger and this is starting to cause problems and disadvantages. Some of these are natural and understandable, but something is already over the line.

For example, it is probably the worst dispensing point I know. The basic idea that a person arrives at the dispensing point, picks up the goods and is no longer here on the road again in a few minutes. Even if you have paid for it, you still have to pay and pay for them. Which in itself is cool, but the placement of vending machines is no longer cool. Regardless of which parking lot you park in, it is still a 10 minute walk just from the car to the vending machines, to the dispenser and back to the car. This business strategy, where the seller wants to pull you around all the goods he has, does not go too much with the dispensing point. The mall.cz dispensing site, which is about 300 meters from Alza, has about one meter from vending machines to dispensers - that is the point of dispensing.

Total failure. I used to love Alza, due to their superior website, showroom, and customer service until now... went to pick up a product on 30/12, and was given the wrong product. Immediately brought it up to management, who did not want to help. To make matters worse, a manager directed me to a claims specialist to get a refund, and he also did not want to help because his shift was over but still decided to help other customers... I can only reduce that the workers are racist and don t want to help people of color, as they had no problem helping white people.

This is all done relatively quickly. The store is fairly large with so many products being on display to try out. I found the amount of this decent, but would have definitely liked if they had more things like something a little more affordable. The design is really eyepoping, but not from the outside. There it looks a little boring, but that doesn't really matter. It's a little distant, but they have some parking spaces, which is nice.
