Large showroom with lots of staff. Sufficient parking, dispensing place and lots of news and stalls. It's worth a visit to make decisions.

I have never visited so spacious an electronics store before. The range of products is impressive, and the organization, with kiosks for making payments and receipt of items only steps away, is too.

Great selection, nice layout, but can take quite awhile to get shopping done.

Very chaotic layout, dispensing points are in two places, I waited at one, after which I mixed the issue on a completely different side of the hall. Of course, you have to go through all the built-in goods to get to the boards where you enter the pin and receive a ticket to issue. A flood of goods and prehrsle people, making a very stressful environment, a showcase of consumerism. Be prepared that they will try to sell you insurance again for what you buy, even if you have already refused twice online and if you refuse again, the Alza employee will be offended. Plus: the goods were there, we didn't wait too long and the gentleman at the pick-up helped to load the goods into the car.

Biggest electronic store in Prague. Really good prices.

Unfortunately, after ordering the goods and paying in advance, Alza wrote me that an error had occurred and I would be waiting for the goods. So I asked for a refund. Which worked with the problems.

This is what shopping should look like. Purchase, pay and send for dispensing from your mobile. And before you even reach the branch, the goods are waiting for you at the counter. Huge amount of exhibited products, possibility to touch everything, try. At the same time great customer service in case of complaint / repair.

I like Alza, but it obviously bothers me the need to go through the whole store there and back if I want to pick something up and pay in person. It is clear to me that it is so deliberately made that you sell something else. But I am not interested in the exhibited products. I know what I'm going for and I don't really have to look at the people who have their helmets on their heads and do it.

Terrible behavior next time CPC or anything else! We spent over two hundred thousand in Alza last year. Now she bought the TV because she had a terrible sound so to her the soundbar. But the sound was not working properly and the connection was still bloody, I tried another cable, etc. Nothing helped. When I wanted to return both things and buy more expensive TV instead, I learned that it is not possible to buy the ID, that they can send a complaint to both things but that it is possible that the fault will not manifest if they both tested separately and not together . Complaints may take more than a month ... that they can buy it but I would come in one day after I tried things for thousands of CZK. After two hours at the headquarters suddenly there was something to ease the cost of return. Approach all terrible. Basically, they're laughing at you. I do not understand how it is possible that a person who spends two hundred thousand a year has far worse conditions than someone who spends ten. And I also do not understand how Alze pays to have negative feedback over the Internet and lose a customer who has been shopping for years. After a terrible two hours of wrestling, I still had to pay 80 CZK for parking and when I needed to change it on the cash register did not want to do it. That was too much.

Today a really terrible experience with order processing. Around noon I ordered a mobile phone, which was supposed to be ready for pickup at 19:00 in Hole ovice. I immediately paid for the order by card. I chose a branch in Hole ovice only because I knew I would be there in the evening, otherwise I always choose Po ernice, as it is only 5 km from my home. At 19:45 still no SMS, even so I went to the showroom and entered the order number. A ticket came out from the vending machine stating that it was not possible to automatically process the order and with a serial number to the cash registers. For almost 20 minutes I waited for the call to be told without any excuse that the phone had not arrived for unknown reasons. When I asked where to arrive with the fact that the order was clearly given that in Hole ovice in stock and will be available at 19:00, so I was surprisingly told that from Po ernice. Miss at the counter then did not wait for my answer and ended the interview with the sentence "Unfortunately, nothing can do with it now, so greeted" ... Then I thought that if the phone still did not arrive from Po ernice, so I should have the opportunity the next day pick up in Pocernice. Unfortunately, the showroom in the meantime managed to close. So I call the 24-hour infoline where I hung nearly 20 minutes at 8 pm !! and I was second all the time (good to know that on the infoline of the largest Czech e-shop with millions and millions of customers and potential callers sitting at 8 pm obviously only one person). When I explained the problem, again without any excuse for false information and errors in the distribution network replied "we operators can not change it, I can write there asking for a pickup in the debris but it is whether they approve or not" ... So the customer buys and pays the goods and the employees of the e-shop distribution network with the goods can do what they want and disregard the customer's requirements, even if the whole situation was due to their mistake ...? Really great!

Alzou as such probably know all of them, so it is better to describe the local branch itself. There are just two entrances and a parking lot. The whole area is really vast and the complaints even have a separate building. At the top you will find a showroom with all kinds of electronics and most of the things you can do, including the latest games. Surely it's no problem to spend an hour or two here if you want to see everything or have it counted (many companies here have their own people who are dedicated to just a few specific products). Moreover, it is also possible to use the local bar / snack. If you are going to have the speed, you should definitely choose another dispensing station. In the busiest hours, the time from your arrival, picking up receipts, walking to picking up, waiting for goods, and going down to a few dozen minutes.

Here it is as weak as nowhere, probably because they will immediately be number one on the market. I'm just annoyed that a person who knows a lot less about a given issue than you tries to convince you about something often tries to convince you of what is good without their own experience. Otherwise a great place where you can try everything and you will usually receive the goods within 10 minutes. Complaints about smaller things usually take place in the form of piece by piece.

The best combination of store and e-shop I know. I have bought dozens of products here over the years to the maximum satisfaction. I recommend.

Love this store. They have everything....reminds me Amazon, where I used to shop for everything in the US.

in the last few months they have successfully become the most expensive eshop in pze. czc and mironet are already a bit cheaper and more reliable. In addition, I was transported several times that I was going to pick up goods that were allegedly in stock, and the reality is that until the next day. today, to be sure, the dispensing system did not work all afternoon. the last straw for me, alza never again.

Night picking is just a bomb. It saves a lot of time. All I have to do is go around and I don't have to chase myself in the closet. Thanks Alzac.

Alza is a lively business. There are always a million people in Hole ovice, but you can also see a lot of things. There is always a queue, now closer to Christmas it will be more and more tragic. But otherwise super business, however, everyone knows.

What to add ... just Alza ... youve me incredibly the little one green, but ok ... I'm going to buy it;) ...

Amazing shop, just wish the waiting lines were shorter. But alza is perfect for any sorts of shopping, presents or simply when you need something but don't really know what it is. Maybe I would recommend to have an online notification to the app once your products are ready for pick up so you can browse the shop meanwhile and maybe add something to the pile. Otherwise love it!!

Alza in Hole ovice is a place where the owners of e-shops or shops can go. Alza is simply the best.

Everything the operators do feeds you a promise. They can't deliver for a week. They provide different information after each. Issue instead of paid supply can not. You can't cancel either. They always lie about something else. The delivery takes over a week and even that may not turn out and will be longer. I desperately say to take advantage of what you don't have, I'll at least pick up what it is and where you have it, even if I go around the dispensing places, but at least give out what you have - also nothing. I deal with it every day by phone. Nothing.
Enjoy it. I definitely do not recommend ordering something from Alza these days

Good service, wide offer but the prices a not higher.

You can find what kind of equipment you need at an affordable price, or at a discount, and return it for a complaint or simply return if something does not suit you without any problems

Nice showroom with resting facilities to grab quick bite with coffee. Great chance of actually touching an item before purchase with plenty of items available. The only minus is that sometimes its not easy to get someone dedicated to product actually be there to help. Otherwise no complains.

This place is great for shopping without queues.
Excellent and kind service to yourself and the cafe.

This is not seen with conventional vending machines.
Prices in the store are not exorbitant, so for how and for what, of course at the time.

Big bad. In addition to the aggressive advertising distasteful even not working, consumerist juggernaut selling the largest amount of everything. By buying a banal thing I spent the whole day - desperate communication at 3 counters, then a trip to Po ernice (but for 70 CZK surcharge), where I waited 2 hours and did not purchase because Alza box did not work, 5 exhausting calls with incompetent operators as a bonus. "Order" (all day sucked) I canceled and a specialized competition took 15 minutes better product at a better price. Never more.

I love the technique and I admire the unforgettable sale of ancillary services (technology insurance, coffee, refreshment) in Alze, willing staff and especially excellent speed due to the number of people and orders. Always enthusiastic.

This time my visit of alza was horrible. They make you walk through all show rooms, even in the case when erything is ordered and paid for in advance. I was waiting appr. 25 minutes to receive my order

For several years there have been no negative impressions of communicating with Alpha. A distinctive feature is the friendly staff and the desire to help the buyer. It is not difficult to hand over or exchange goods. If you buy electronics, then only in Alz.

Alza is the electronics shop par excellence here in Prague, it has a site with endless products. Besides electronics, you will also find many other products, such as household products, perfumes, jewelery, watches, etc.

Absolutely ridiculous logistics in this place. 1st, to pay you have to walk through whole place. Then you go back to get your things. Then, if you want to apply tax free, you have to go back again.

Promises of mistakes, vagueness of vendors, false information

I have been shopping for over 10 years here and over the years and over the tens of purchased items, I have not even had one problem with the complaint here. what about the electronics rod, even if I had to kill thousands, I will also buy in alze :)

as a further advantage I would see parking free of charge, transport mostly free of charge, the possibility to pay straight through the card, and as such is really taken - let me know that my order is ready at the window expands.

What I would say is that there are unnecessarily high numbers of salespersons in a branch who can handle basic things, but for more complex questions, their horizons are limited to the precision of the product label on the alpha pages. u me specifically for questions on NAS, WIFI repeater, chromecast, google asistent ....

I have been going to Alza from the very beginning, and I am satisfied. Who doesn't like it there today has a lot of opportunities to shop elsewhere. They just might have a bonus there.

I really liked this place. Arranging things by branding instead of products seems to me quite inappropriate. Plus the addressed staff had no knowledge of the goods. I can read the goods label myself (and without mistakes).

Less and less competitive prices, though the flexible options of buying and delivery and the mere selection of goods makes it my preferred store in Prague.

The best electronics business in the CR and probably the best of what I have seen in the world. Modern, pleasant, and great choice of goods. In the 1990s, they moved to a mall next to the house, and today it is a giant, which can not be admired.
Prices are at a good level. It is important to remember and service and relationship with the customer. Any problem can obviously be resolved.

Super HUGE place. Salesman are really nice and willing to help you. I went for a basic cell phone and got it pretty quick. 100% recommended

System good, but vylhane discounts and promotions. Tricks with complaints about clients. Unfortunately, as the company grows, arrogance of power manifests itself. Pre-orders and fraud for x-clients are a warning to rely on this business.

It's half and half .. late delivered goods and excuses ... Otherwise a very nice shop, friendly staff and a huge selection
