Huge showroom. Everything except one thing. Payment machines are at the most distant location from the counters. So it will pull you through the entire store. The purpose is clear to me, but this is a thought of 1999, not of 2019. I therefore always recommend, when ordering for this branch, to pay online and not at the place. It's a mile.

Nice big tech store, no media market but enough choice

The layout of the store is annoying. You have to walk to one end of the store to get your ticket and then walk to the complete other end to claim your order. Why not just have them side by side? I didn't come here to get my work out in.

Leave the parking lot for half an hour and ignore the okazale, they once again got me. Ever since that aversion has ended, not that green creature, I started to fear it.

Alza, what to add .. Exclusive services, well-arranged website and what is definitely the best on the market for me is how they have everything automated. Everything can be easily done via a mobile application, from purchase, to payment, reservation, ticket generation, tracking of the delivery process, notification of the prepared consignment at the delivery, or to the complaint. This is what the 21st century services should look like. And the best part is that Alza is not sleeping and innovating. Super. (no, I'm not an Alza employee)

Who does not love Alza?? :) Easy quick, huge selection of just about anything, great web site, easy returns and exchanges, big enough parking at the main depo, many stores and pick up points. And the coffee at the central depo in Holesovice is lovely too ;)

Waste ... Alze fades as far as it goes. I have a great deal of money, just a discount on the eye, the complaint here is an unpleasant thing, when you buy something through the e-shop and you go out of it, so you have to be careful about the fact if they really have a stock (they write on the stock but they do not have it apartment at branch where you want to pick it up). Ads with the green trap, which have been in our hands for at least 10 years, have also "enriched" our Czech culture. Buy it anywhere else, if it is, find where the goods are the cheapest (need to zbozi.cz, heureka.cz) .. there is a lot of alternatives such as mironet.cz, tsbohemia.cz, czc.cz..atd. etc.

I was in Hole ovice to pick up the package before Christmas and I was surprised that I was waiting in the queue for only 11 minutes even though there were hundreds of people. So for me

I wait for 2 months to return a recognized claim. And nothing. And it's not small. And, after an emergency, they shoot off a niche email. I can prove it.

Alza is simply Alza, most of the mischiefs stem from a relatively dominant position in the market.

They take it as a matter of course so careful about the label on stock, long ago it does not mean that you keep the stock straight while you wait to take stock. So God knows where.

As far as sales are concerned, it is considered acceptable to wait for 15+ minutes to deliver goods .. and now I am not talking about the peak when the full capacity is used, but simply if you do not pay Alze simply on the ligament it does not matter much anymore .. and if you already for the merchandise you paid so you just wait to remove your chosen goods as self-purge and will not leave because getting the money back would be about as long they had longer ..

What's even worse is waiting and the process with what happens if there is a need for a complaint / withdrawal from the sales contract. Here it is common that complacency technicians how these employees here say between them text in the instant messaging application and they are probably enjoying what they will do after work mainly do everything to avoid having to press the button and bring the next one in order .. here for 15 minutes forget about the issue.

The price of Alze is also not the main reason to buy ..

I don't know if it makes sense to fill in any review - we all know each other. It is not the cheapest, the ads are the most annoying, but the assortment is quite big and the complaint process, except for a bitch.

Very good organized. Even we had wrong order number we were able solve it within few minutes.

I don't really like queues for sales / advisors. Alza has the biggest choice, but since I did not get advice, I went again to the competition.

I would have to think a lot about the electronics I no longer have from alzy.cz. I have been using the showroom since its beginnings, when it was four times smaller and I always have the head to stand for further progress. Check out the various products, try them, get them unpacked from the original packaging, buy them straight away! Complaint services are excellent.

If it goes just a little, I'll be shopping next time. E-shop accidentally throws unsolicited items into the basket without being alerted (specifically, headphones to a mobile phone), which does not really come to me as a fair sales tactic. So that, 8.6. 2019, after persuading the seller, we ordered and paid a TV in Hole ovice, which they had in another store, with the fact that we will have it ready at Lu iny the second day at 10:15. It's 4:15 PM and it's not there until now. The call to the info line is unnecessary because nobody has called me back after two promises to find out the situation. If somebody called me in those 10:15 that the TV wouldn't be tonight, I wouldn't have to wait all day like an idiot. I could and should have ordered the TV elsewhere.
They can still pay for the transfer from warehouse to warehouse! From now on, I hate the bastard green xindl even more!

It is 15.6. and Alza still has my considerable money. No e-mail when I get them back. Above all, the vendor convinced me before buying about how Alza is better and faster in the service, return, cancellation, and so on. I am disappointed and that is a very weak word.
