I was involved in a car accident last year and my case was resolved sooner than I expected. Ms. Martinez and her staff were always available whenever I had any questions. I am very happy with the outcome and will definitely be referring anyone I know to this firm.

I had the pleasure of working with Steven Gurian. In the midst of the pandemic, Steven effortlessly engaged an out-of-state client in a probate matter involving 8 heirs living in 4 different states. One of my siblings was difficult and delayed what should have been a quick probate. Steven professionally handled the delay and immediately addressed any questions or concerns we had. I strongly recommend Steven, his assistant Valerie Sanchez and the firm.

The attention is very bad. At the beginning as all good attention and false promises. Then everything freezes and when the office is called they never respond and if they respond it is with a lie. The truth is that the case of my house due to flooding and clearing is going to be one year old and they have not done anything.

My home suffered some damage due to Hurricane Irma. I contacted this law firm after being told by a friend that they were amazing on their property damage case. The referral lived up to the service I received. I was given an appointment for a visit to the home. The inspection was very informative and thorough. My attorney Anthony Lopez was very nice and attentive. He provided honest information without making us feel like my home didn't matter. He worked on my case and kept me informed of what was happening so that I could make the right decisions. Choosing him was the perfect outcome to my situation. My home is now very nicely fixed and I couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you to Anthony and his staff. I sincerely appreciate the hard work and dedication. I would definitely recommend.

Poor communication, they don't return the calls, and nobody in the office knows who is taking care of my case. The case is taking long time (1 and half year approx), and it is not resolved yet. I am very disappointed. Don't recommended. The worst decision I have taked about a law firm.

I have a Restoration Company. These guys called me for months asking for my business. They sent Dane to our office to put on a show and brag about how strong they are. Deciding to finally give them a chance, they assigned Joe DePrado to the 5 cases we sent them. There was terrible communication from their staff from the start about hearings and Depositions. They outright lost 4 of the 5 cases we sent them. Similar cases with other Attorneys were won for us. These guys are a DISASTER. Stay away from them. I pulled the 5th case before they were able to kill that one too.

I have never seen such incompetence by a law firm in my life. Nobody returns phone calls. Nobody answers emails. Case keeps getting transferred around the office and the Legal Assistant didn't even want to give me the last name of the attorney working on my case. Nothing but Ambulance Chasers

Update: I actually ended up firing them as my attorney. Consistently did not respond to communication, which is a reportable Florida Bar Assoc offense.

Maybe Anthony should spend less time making commercials and more time focusing on running his firm.

After one and a half years of dealing with hurricane Irma, this law firm still making mistakes and my check from March s settlement with Universal Casualty & Insurance, is still missing inside this legal factory !!!!!!!.

They did a legal intake and they said somebody would get back to me, they set up two appointments, nobody got back to me. They set up a time I reserved the time I was by the phone nobody got back to me. I call them they just keep putting me on hold.

Garbage service. Had to wait a year because of an internal problem company had. Was then told to wait for my money after settlement and denied a request to expedite process. Was told sorry tough luck. They treat their service like a meat market. Get you in get you out. Unfortunately for a lawyer this is not the type of service people look for. I will never recommend anyone to this pathetic place.

Worst service ever, very unprofessional, very slow and rude. I have been waiting for over 2 years for insurance claim, it still can't get settled yet. They don't keep me inform of anything. They don't answer their calls and they don't return calls back. I don't think anyone should get paid to give the kind of service that I received unfortunately they are lawyers and they will get their share anyway. I will go all the way to BBB to complain about their garbage service.
I will not recommend them to anyone, they have better law firm out there.
