Worst service ever, very unprofessional, very slow...

Worst service ever, very unprofessional, very slow and rude. I have been waiting for over 2 years for insurance claim, it still can't get settled yet. They don't keep me inform of anything. They don't answer their calls and they don't return calls back. I don't think anyone should get paid to give the kind of service that I received unfortunately they are lawyers and they will get their share anyway. I will go all the way to BBB to complain about their garbage service.
I will not recommend them to anyone, they have better law firm out there.
