If I can put the a -10 I would. Totally unprofessional. I had a case for a claim with my house and it is been 10 month with the claim and no answer. They are not prompt with the cases, the do not respond to insurance in a timely matter.

I have my case with Joe De Prado (Anthony Lopez), and he do not answer, nor return calls.

If you are looking someone to represent you, look another place. They are unreliable.
