After one and a half years of dealing with hurricane Irma, this law firm still making mistakes and my check from March s settlement with Universal Casualty & Insurance, is still missing inside this legal factory !!!!!!!.
Five months past by and I still waiting for my check!!!
Worst customer service in town and they want you to believe that they re treating you as a VIP !!!
Maybe the people giving a five stars qualification, are being treated better than we were!
If you are going to do business with the hurricane factory , hold on tight to your seat and have a lot of patience!
The system doesn t let me , but I ll give them a ZERO!!!!!!!
