Posto terribile in cui lavorare. Il Managed Services Department non è altro che una posizione di receptionist. Il lavoro consiste principalmente nel connettere gli utenti ai reparti IT reali di ospedali e banche. I bagni sono sempre sporchi e puzzolenti. Il responsabile dei servizi gestiti non sa assolutamente nulla dell'IT. Conosce solo le procedure dell'azienda. Se non fai schifo ai boss, ti licenzieranno senza motivo. Questo è un posto terribile dove lavorare !!!

Il posto peggiore in cui lavorare !!!!! Non sono mai arrivato per trovare un lavoro. Là sono stato usato e maltrattato. Sono stato appaltato a un altro appaltatore e quindi sono stato subappaltato e mentre tutti gli altri guadagnavano 20 dollari l'ora, io guadagnavo 18 dollari e avevo più esperienza di tutti quelli con cui lavoravo ed ero costantemente sovraccarico e aiutavo i miei colleghi perché mancavano la mia esperienza e poi sono stato licenziato e hanno anche attaccato la mia reputazione. Non ero l'unica persona che ha sperimentato questo tipo di trattamento da questo "vestito", hanno bisogno di chiudere questo posto e mettere una palla da demolizione all'edificio e nessuna di queste persone che stanno lavorando dovrebbe essere in grado di trovare lavoro proprio così possono vedere come ci si sente se qualcuno lo fa a un'altra persona. Tutti hanno il diritto di nutrire la propria famiglia senza che qualcuno tenti di rovinare la loro reputazione. Molto poco professionale e spero sinceramente che chiudano e non riaprano mai più con quel nome o con qualsiasi altro.
L'unico rappresentante del servizio clienti è così irrispettoso e ti mentirà per affrettarti a chiudere il telefono. Devono guardare chi assumono.

Persone fantastiche a tutti i livelli dell'azienda. Sono qui solo da poco più di un mese e sento di non essere solo una persona perfetta per Alphanumeric, ma anche per me. Tutti sono stati così cordiali e accoglienti, finora è un ottimo posto dove lavorare! Una grande cultura: non vedo l'ora di venire a lavorare ogni giorno.
Diverse lacune da migliorare in questa azienda. Spero di avere miglioramenti nella gestione e nella gestione delle risorse umane in Portogallo.
