Terrible place to work. The Managed Services Department is nothing more than a receptionist position. The job is mostly connecting users to the real IT departments of hospitals and banks. Bathrooms are keep dirty and smelly at all times. The lead for Managed Services knows absolutely nothing about IT. She only knows the procedures of the company. If you do not suck up to the bosses they will fire you for no reason. This is a terrible place to work!!!

Worst place ever to work!!!!! Don't ever got there to find a job. I was used and abused there. I was contracted out to another contractor and so I was subcontracted and while everyone else was making 20 some odd $ an hour I was making $18 and I had more experience than everyone I worked with and was constantly over worked and helping my coworkers because they lacked my experience and then I was fired and they also attacked my reputation. I wasn't the only person that experience this type of treatment from this "outfit", they need to close this place down and put a wrecking ball to the building and none of these people that are working should be able to find work just so they can see what it feels like for someone to do that to another person. Everyone has a right to feed their family without someone attempting to ruin their reputation. Very unprofessional and I sincerely hope they close down and never reopen again under that name or any other.

Great people at all levels of the company. I have only been here for a little over a month and feel that I am not only a great fit for Alphanumeric, but they are also a great fit for me. Everyone has been so friendly and welcoming, so far it a great place to work! A great culture - I look forward to coming to work everyday.
