People often write just what s wrong and I m one of them, but I can tell when it s all right. I wanted to let you know that you have hired a pearl in your business. This person is called Mohamed Abdel Aziz. (And yet I am a racist). I recently went to the Marina Lodge hotel in Port Ghalib and this person first greeted us at the airport with a smile like Tui's acronym, then he There were small concerns about the room, I didn't want to disturb the hotel staff but the manager Tui told me: he was going to fix it, because the customer is there for a good holiday. Mrs Aziz was coming every day with a big smile to see if everything was going well. Thanks to him and at the request of some customers we had a better lunch at 4 p.m. since we were all in and in 1/4 h, customers were full of water at the bar and restaurant ... 5 minutes later the staff removed the e at and cleaned the pumps. It looked like Mrs Aziz with a magic wand, obviously he is from the country and knows how to make this clear right away and I think he has good contact with the boss, which is a plus for us and for him. hotel.
